本发明涉及一种防静电复古生态砖,包括坯体和釉层,坯体的配料重量百分组成为:长石35~38%、粘土28~32%、焦宝石7~10%、滑石1~3%、石英6~12%和导电粉5~14%;釉层的配料重量百分组成为:钾长石29~32%、钠长石15~18%、方解石6~10%、烧滑石5~8%、氧化锌4~7%、碳酸钡3~6%、氧化铝4~7%、熔块8~13%、煅烧土15~20%和高岭土3~7%,外加导电粉13~18%。本发明防静电复古生态砖,不仅具有陶瓷地砖的优异性能,装饰性强、耐用,而且,还具有防静电特性,经检测,表面电阻和泄漏电阻均为:1×106~1×109Ω,符合标准≤1×109Ω的要求,可以消除静电,促进人体健康,保护生活和工作环境。

防静电复古生态砖
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防静电复古生态砖,为陶瓷地砖,属于建筑陶瓷技术领域。
背景技术
在日常生活中,尤其在北方干燥的冬季,室内处处有“电”,触及门把手会被电击,触及水管会被电击,回家抱孩子也会被电击,甚至开锁触及钥匙孔,也会被电击。研究发现,这些电击现象会给人们的身体和精神带来很大的危害,影响人身肌体的生理平衡,潜移默化地导致种种疾患,加速人体老化。特别是有些工作环境要求不得存在静电,如高科技设备的机房等。因此需要消除静电。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防静电复古生态砖,可以消除静电,促进人体健康,保护生活和工作环境。
本发明所述的防静电复古生态砖,包括坯体和釉层,其特征在于:
坯体的配料重量百分组成为:长石35~38%、粘土28~32%、焦宝石7~10%、滑石1~3%、石英6~12%和导电粉5~14%;
釉层的配料重量百分组成为:钾长石29~32%、钠长石15~18%、方解石6~10%、烧滑石5~8%、氧化锌4~7%、碳酸钡3~6%、氧化铝4~7%、熔块8~13%、煅烧土15~20%和高岭土3~7%,外加导电粉13~18%;
其中:
导电粉的配料重量百分组成为:氧化铝55~60%、氧化钙16~23%和氧化锌20~27%;
熔块的重量百分组成为:R2O 4.07%、CaO 8.2%、BaO 1.5%、ZnO 6.2%、PbO 0.47%、Al2O3 8.7%、B2O3 2.67%、SiO2 67.38%和ZrO2 0.81%,其中R2O为Na2O和K2O的和,也写为KNaO。
本发明通过大量的研究试验,确定出了适宜的坯体配料和釉层配料组成,并在其中添加导电粉,从而获得了防静电复古生态砖。通过铺设本发明防静电复古生态砖,可以将静电引泄到大地中,改变人体体表的正常电位,使人体和大地之间形成等电位,避免了电击现象,消除了电击带来的不适,促进身体健康。消除静电,也满足了工作环境要求不得存在静电的要求;消除静电,也有利于环境保护,符合生态要求。
在很多时候,还需要在釉层上施印花釉,改善装饰效果,如复古效果,适宜的印花釉配料重量百分组成为:钾长石20~25%、钠长石15~18%、方解石10~15%、氧化锌6~8%、氧化铝4~8%、石英8~12%、熔块15~20%和高岭土6~10%,外加导电粉5~9%。
根据上述配料要求,利用通常的陶瓷地砖生产工艺,即可生产本发明防静电复古生态砖。一般的工艺过程如下:
坯体制备:
将各配料入磨研磨制成泥浆,然后烘干制成粉状颗粒,经压力机压制成型,烘干后得半成品——坯体。
釉料制备及施釉:
将各配料入磨研磨制成釉浆,在坯体上施釉后烘干。
需要施加印花釉时,同釉料制备一样制备印花釉,施加印花釉。印花釉根据花色的要求不同,添加相应的色剂,根据常规要求操作即可。
产品烧成:烧成周期50~90分钟,烧成温度1180~1210℃,烧成后得产品。
本发明防静电复古生态砖,不仪具有陶瓷地砖的优异性能,装饰性强、耐用,而且,还具有防静电特性,经检测,表面电阻和泄漏电阻均为:1×106~1×109Ω,符合标准≤1×109Ω的要求,可以消除静电,促进人体健康,保护生活和工作环境。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。

表中原料的组成不足100%者,余量为常规矿物杂质,地矿原料避免不了矿物杂质的夹带,想纯净也纯净不了。
其它原料为工业纯化工原料。
熔块的重量百分组成为:R2O 4.07%、CaO8.2%、BaO 1.5%、ZnO 6.2%、PbO 0.47%、Al2O3 8.7%、B2O3 2.67%、SiO2 67.38%和ZrO2 0.81%。
本发明防静电复古生态砖,包括坯体和釉层,其配料重量百分组成见下表:

Claims (2)

1. 一种防静电复古生态砖,包括坯体和釉层,其特征在于:
坯体的配料重量百分组成为:长石35~38%、粘土28~32%、焦宝石7~10%、滑石1~3%、石英6~12%和导电粉5~14%;
釉层的配料重量百分组成为:钾长石29~32%、钠长石15~18%、方解石6~10%、烧滑石5~8%、氧化锌4~7%、碳酸钡3~6%、氧化铝4~7%、熔块8~13%、煅烧土15~20%和高岭土3~7%,外加导电粉13~18%;
其中:
导电粉的配料重量百分组成为:氧化铝55~60%、氧化钙16~23%和氧化锌20~27%;
