Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Wechseln mindestens einer Druckform (36; 37) an einem Formzylinder (31; 33) einer mehrere Formzylinder (31; 33) jeweils mit einem zugehörigen Übertragungszylinder (32; 34) aufweisenden Druckmaschine,wobei der betreffende Formzylinder (31; 33) für die Zeit des Wechselns der Druckform (36; 37) vom zugehörigen Übertragungszylinder (32; 34) getrennt wird,wobei mindestens ein Schacht (41; 42; 43; 44) von einer Ruheposition in eine Arbeitsposition an den von seinem zugehörigen Übertragungszylinder (32; 34) getrennten Formzylinder (31; 33) herangeführt wird,wobei mindestens eine Fördereinrichtung (49; 68) zur Aufnahme einer vom Formzylinder (31; 33) abzunehmenden und in den Schacht (41; 42) zu fördernden Druckform (36; 37) oder eine Fördereinrichtung (54; 67) zur Zuführung einer in dem Schacht (43; 44) bereitgestellten Druckform (36; 37) zum Formzylinder (31; 33) betätigt wird,wobei das Trennen von Formzylinder (31; 33) und Übertragungszylinder (32; 34), das Heranführen des Schachts (41; 42; 43; 44) an den Formzylinder (31; 33) sowie das Betätigen der Fördereinrichtung (49; 54; 67; 68) ferngesteuert von einer der Druckmaschine zugeordneten zentralen Steuerung vorgenommen wird,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formzylinder (31; 33) seitenregistermäßig zum Schacht (43; 44) mit der bereitgestellten Druckform (36; 37) ausgerichtet wird, wobei das Ausrichten des Formzylinders (31; 33) ferngesteuert von der Steuerung vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Wechseln der Druckform (36; 37) der Schacht (41; 42; 43; 44) von seiner Arbeitsposition in seine Ruheposition zurückgeführt wird, wobei die Zurückführung des Schachts (41; 42; 43; 44) ferngesteuert von der Steuerung vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine zum Formzylinder (31; 33) zu fördernde Druckform (36; 37) zum Formzylinder (31; 33) seitenregistermäßig ausgerichtet wird, wobei das Ausrichten der zum Formzylinder (31; 33) zu fördernden Druckform (36; 37) ferngesteuert von der Steuerung vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckform (36; 37) durch ein von der Steuerung ferngesteuert betätigbares Haltemittel (21) am Formzylinder (31; 33) gehalten wird.
