Abstract

Un bâtiment pour habitat collectif sous la forme d'un corps de bâtiment comprend une partie logement (1) constituée d'un certain nombre de blocs de logement (4-12) et d'un bloc commun (2, 3). La forme du corps de bâtiment est essentiellement symétrique et se dresse autour d'un axe central vertical (19), par exemple avec une périphérie circulaire ou polygonale, et est recouverte d'un toit (25). Les blocs de logement sont divisés en secteurs dans une partie périphérique annulaire ; le bloc commun comprend au moins une unité commune centrale (2) située à l'intérieur de la partie logement. L'unité commune centrale (2) comprend un espace de piscine central doté d'une piscine centrale (28) et d'un couloir annulaire commun (33) autour de la piscine et entre la piscine et les blocs de logement. Le toit permet à la lumière de se diffuser dans au moins certaines parties du bloc commun.
