Abstract

Dispositif de perfectionnement d'appareil de mouillage d'un navire permettant une stabilité incomparable en mouillage forain, une sécurité au mouillage en évitant les risques d'abordage, et facilitant les opération d'embarquement et de débarquement sans incidence sur la longueur hors tout du navire. <IMAGE>

Description

Le "POKER PROW" est un dispositif de perfectionnement de l'appareil de mouillage d'un navire, principalement lorsque celui-ci est embossé en mouillage forain.
Par son action sur la ligne de mouillage le "POKER PROW" limite considérablement l'évitage du navire en maintenant celui-ci dans son cap.
Les principaux avantages de ce dispositif sont :
  • Stabilité incomparable en mouillage forain,
  • Sécurité au mouillage en évitant les risques d'abordage avec les navires voisins.
  • Opérations d'embarquement et de débarquement plus faciles.
  • Sans incidence sur la longueur hors tout du navire.
Le dispositif "POKER PROW" se compose de deux éléments principaux:
  • 1/Une plate-forme mobile, orientable,
  • 2/ Un axe-pivot.
    • 1-Plate-forme mobile orientable :
    En acier inox, orientable et immobilisée dans la position recherchée à l'aide d'un bouton poussoir bloqueur.
    Sur cette plate-forme sont fixés:
  • =Le guide chaíne et le davier à bascule (en inox).
  • =Le dispositif de rotation de la plate-forme autour de l'axe vertical du Pivot.
  • =un caillebotis en lattes de teck de 22mm d'épaisseur, est fixé sur l'arrière de la plate-forme.
    • L'appareil peut recevoir des ancres jusqu'à 40 Kg. après adaptation de ses caractéristiques en fonction de l'importance de la masse du navire.
    2- Le pivot vertical:
    Le pivot consiste en:
  • =L'axe du pivot ( en inox, diamètre 60mm ou plus selon la masse du navire), positionné verticalement sous la plate-forme mobile.
    L'axe traverse le pont et comporte dans la partie inférieure un filetage sur une longueur de 90mm pour la fixation de l'ensemble.
  • =Une semelle en inox, boulonnée sous la plate-forme mobile.
  • =Un socle cylindrique fixé sur la partie extérieure du pont, sur laquelle repose la platine de rotation ( céleron ou autre matériau similaire anti-friction.
    diamètre 250mm) permettant ainsi la rotation de la plate-forme selon un secteur de 0 à 90° par rapport à l'axe du navire, et son immobilisation à l'aide du bouton bloqueur selon l'orientation recherchée.
  • =Sous le pont, l'Axe Pivot est maintenu en place ainsi que tout le dispositif par écrou et contre écrou, avec une rondelle de serrage ( diamètre 140mm) positionnée
    sous la platine de rotation en cèleron ( ou autre matériau, diamètre 150mm).
    Ce dispositif permettant la rotation de l'Axe Pivot et par conséquence de la plate-forme de mouillage
    • B/ FONCTIONNEMENT:
    En mouillage forain, le POKER FLOW est disposé perpendiculairement à l'axe du navire (sous un angle d'environ 85°).
    L'écartement le l'alignement de la chaíne par rapport à la proue ainsi réalisé forme un triangle dont le sommet serait l'ancre et la base les deux extrémités du «POKER PROW». Ainsi maintenu, le navire offre une plus grande résistance aux effets conjugués
       =de la force du vent,
       =de la direction du courant,
       =de l'amplitude des vagues,
    de ce fait le phénomène d'évitage s'en trouve fortement réduit et le navire conserve son cap déterminé à l'embossage.
    C/ AUTRES APPLICATIONS: 1/ Plate forme de débarquement :
    En complément, le caillebotis peut recevoir une lyre pour adapter une passerelle permettant éventuellement le débarquement des passagers par l'avant du navire.
    Ce dispositif est particulièrement intéressant pour les navires à voiles qui ne possèdent qu'un moteur et de ce fait manoeuvrent difficilement dans les ports où les chenaux sont très étroits et d'accès mal aisé.
    2/ Les caractéristiques du navire ne sont pas modifiées :
    Du fait que par l'installation du dispositif « POKER PROW» le balcon de proue doit être ouvert pour permettre la manoeuvre de la plate-forme de mouillage, la longueur hors tout
    du navire équipé ainsi ne sera pas modifiée par rapport au même navire conforme au modèle de base, possédant un appareil de mouillage classique.
    Les dimensions du navire ne sont pas modifiées par l'installation du dispositif « POKER PROW » et restent parfaitement en accord avec la réglementation portuaire
    3/ Sécurité :
    Etant donné que les constructions modernes ont tendance à avoir des ancres placées toujours plus en avant pour éviter le contact de l'ancre avec la proue du navire, le fait d'avoir une étrave nette et sans apparaux débordant diminuent les risques d'abordages ou de heurts avec les autres navires en mouillage forain.
    D/ RESUME:
    Le « POKER PROW » est un appareil de mouillage orientable améliorant considérablement la stabilité d'un navire embossé en mouillage forain.
    Les principaux avantages retirés d'un tel dispositif sont :
  • =Stabilité incomparable en mouillage forain,
  • =Sécurisation du navire au mouillage évitant les risques d'heurt ou d'abordage avec les navires voisins,
  • =Opérations d'embarquement et de débarquement rendues plus faciles ,
  • =Aucune incidence sur les caractéristiques générales du navire notamment la longueur hors tout.
