Definitions
- the invention relates to a dam construction for liquids and bulk materials with a range of printing pallets and a sealing foil on the pressure side of the pressure pallets as well as with a number of support pallets.
- Dam structures are needed, for example, to a Increase the dike crown of an existing dike to reach. But they can also serve on roads or other areas to a provisional dike build.
- Dam structures In addition to the use at high water can such Dam structures also used to be on a level Area a reception basin for water or other To build liquids or bulk materials. Important is that such dam constructions are fast and low Workload can be built and also easy and be removed again without leaving any residue. This should be to a significant extent materials are used are readily available on the spot.
- Pallets that are useful for this purpose are in Form of standardized, commercial Euro nail pallets in Large scale available everywhere, where goods on Pallets are transported and stored. It has but shown that the support structure for the pallets insufficient stability of the thus produced Dam construction can be achieved. Both at end load as well as an increased load there is a risk that the dam construction collapses and thus its Functionality loses. The danger of such Instabilities of dam construction is particularly great when the background of the support structure is not sufficient safe stop there.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a dam structure of initially mentioned type to be carried out so that at simple and fast establishment a safe and fast stable connection of dam construction is achieved.
- the support pallets are opposite to the Print pallets arranged offset, so that each one Support pallet the butt joint between the two opposite bridged lying pressure palettes and vice versa. Thereby creates a coherent, three-dimensional Composite.
- the pressure pallets and the support pallets with their lower edges in each case over several Pallets continuous pressure side and support side Channel profiles are positively received and that through the pressure-side and support-side gutter profiles the tension-pressure anchor forming connecting bars connected to each other.
- the bumps of the gutter profiles are bridged by the set pallets and also result in a composite here.
- the gutter profiles correspond in their receiving the pallet edges Areas of these pallet edges.
- the gutter profiles give the lower edges of the pallets a secure hold while providing a connection between adjacent pallets. Furthermore The channel profiles serve to absorb the forces from the Connecting strips, which in this embodiment, the train-pressure anchor form according to the invention.
- connection anchors attack the pallets themselves, so that here the Use of gutter profiles not necessarily required, but in many cases nevertheless appropriate is.
- the pressure-side sealing foil is by means of from above attachable film clips at the top of the Print pallets or - if available - the Stauwanderhöhungsprofils fixable. This will not only a fixing of the sealing film, but also a Connection of neighboring pressure pallets or adjacent ones Stauwanderhöhungsprofile achieved.
- the upper support pallets are at their lower edge respectively over tie rods with the lower edge connected to the lower support pallets. This will remove the from Support force received in the upper support pallets entire composite of dam construction initiated so that this already without separate fixing on the ground a high inherent stability receives.
- the occurring Horizontal forces are thereby transmitted through the anchor posts the soil removed, leaving a horizontal displacement the dam construction is reliably prevented.
- a bend also relatively thin anchor posts can be advantageously prevented by the fact that Anchor pole at one in the distance above the ground extending edge of the lower edge of the upper Support pallet supports.
- a wrong construction is not possible.
- a safe statics the dam construction is ensured throughout, with by the pallet arrangement a self-stabilization is achieved.
- the basic elements namely Euro pallets, Foils and sandbags or instead Bricks fixing the foil are in worldwide sufficient amount available. In emergency situations can to those available in industry and commerce Pallet stocks are used.
- the dam construction is usable worldwide and without additional tools quickly assembled and disassembled. All parts are reusable and have even under extreme Environmental influences a long life.
- the invention also relates to the use of Clamping elements for fastening the films to the Printing pallets, with the spaces between Pallet boards recesses for receiving the foil form clamping clamping elements.
- the clamping element may consist of a clamping body (61) consist of at least one on its circumference has rising cam surface. It is intended that at least on the cam surface and / or on her opposite circumferential surface in a circumferential direction extending ridge from the cam surface and / or the opposite circumferential surface projects radially and that the clamping body has an end face accessible Key approach.
- the in Fig. 1 in a vertical cross-section dam structure shown has two rows of obliquely offset from each other put pressure pallets 1 and Supporting pallets 2, which are preferably at Wooden nail pallets in the standardized dimensions of Euro pallets is.
- the lower edge of the sealing film 3 is secured by a series of sandbags 5 and on the ground 6, for example, a dike crown set.
- the Supporting pallets 2 reach under the upper edge of the Print pallets 1.
- the two rows of pressure pallets 1 and support pallets 2 are in their lower area by train-pressure anchor connected with each other.
- the pressure pallets 1 with their bottom edges in each case over several pallets continuous pressure-side channel profiles 7 (FIG. 9), which are extruded.
- the stand lower edges of the support pallets 2 in the support side Channel profiles 8 (Fig. 10), which are also made of plastic are extruded.
- On both channel profiles 7 and 8 is in each case an upwardly open channel 9 or 10 formed, in which the pallet edges fit in the each required inclination adjusted and thus are recorded positively.
- One in the gutter 10 or 9 projecting sharp rib 10a (only in FIG. 10) shown) claws into the frontal wood of there set up pallet and gives her extra grip.
- the gutter profiles 7 and 8 are by the train-pressure anchor forming connecting strips 11 connected to each other.
- the Connecting strips 11 engage in recesses 12, 13 of ground parallel flange strips 14 and 15 of the Channel profiles 7 and 8 and are there form-fitting hooked.
- the Both channel profiles 7, 8 also a ground parallel Flange strip 16 and 17 on. Through the flange strips 14, 15, 16 and 17 becomes a widened footprint the gutter profiles 7 and 8 created so that these too do not sink into soft ground.
