Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine mobile Trennwand gemäß dem Oberbegriff von Patentanspruch 1.
  • Mobile Trennwände werden dazu verwendet, Messestände auszustatten und zu begrenzen, sowie Wohn- oder Arbeitsräume nach Bedarf zu unterteilen. Dabei ist es wünschenswert, die Trennwand faltbar auszugestalten, um sie platzsparend verstauen zu können. Üblicherweise bestehen solche Trennwände aus mehreren Wandelementen, die als starre Rechtecke ausgebildet sind und die gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind. Solche Trennwände sind zwar zusammenlegbar, aber auch im zusammengelegten Zustand entspricht die Größe mindestens der eines Wandelements.
  • Aus der DE 39 21 913 A ist eine Trennwand bekannt, die einen scherengelenkartig zusammenfaltbaren Rahmen besitzt. Dadurch ist zwar eine weitgehende Zusammenlegbarkeit gewährleistet, aber die Konstruktion ist sehr aufwendig und im Allgemeinen nicht aus Holz herstellbar, was die Verwendbarkeit in häuslicher Umgebung, aber auch im Bereich mancher Büros einschränkt. Außerdem besitzt der Rahmen eine dreidimensionale Struktur, was im Hinblick auf den Platzbedarf nicht immer zulässig ist.
  • Ferner ist aus der DE 299 19 367 U ein Paravent bekannt, bei dem eine segelähnliche Fläche auf einer Unterkonstruktion aufgespannt ist. Der Rahmen ist aus ineinander gesteckten flexiblen Stabelementen gebildet. Der Zusammenbau einer solchen Vorrichtung ist aufwändig und es kann eine ohne Bespannung stabile Konstruktion nicht ohne weiteres erreicht werden.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft sowohl Trennwände, die aus einem einzigen Wandelement bestehen, als auch Trennwände, die aus mehreren zusammenhängenden oder miteinander verbindbaren Wandelementen bestehen.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Trennwand zu schaffen, die diese Nachteile vermeidet und die leicht auf ein relativ kleines Format zusammenlegbar ist, wobei besonderer Wert auf eine ästhetisch ansprechende Form gelegt wird und eine ausreichende Stabilität gewährleistet ist. Insbesondere wird eine hohe Funktionalität gefordert, die sich unter anderem dadurch ausdrückt, dass die Trennwand in einfacher Weise ohne besondere Hilfsmittel eingeklappt bzw. aufgestellt werden kann.
  • Erfindungsgemäß werden diese Aufgaben durch eine Ausbildung nach Patentanspruch 1 gelöst.
  • Wesentlich an der Erfindung ist die Tatsache, dass der Rahmen in einfacher Weise zusammengelegt werden kann. Insbesondere dann, wenn auch die ersten Streben ein Gelenk aufweisen, kann beim Zusammenlegen ein Format erreicht werden, das kleiner ist als jede Erstreckung des Rahmens in Gebrauchsstellung. Ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt ist die Tatsache, dass die Trennwand in ästhetisch anspruchsvoller Weise ausgebildet sein kann, da die konstruktiven Erfordernisse das Design nicht beeinträchtigen. Vorzugsweise ist der Rahmen im Wesentlichen rechteckig oder quadratisch ausgebildet, so dass das Erscheinungsbild dem herkömmlicher Trennwände entspricht.
  • Die Bespannung ist aus einem flexiblen Soff hergestellt, der eine ausreichende Elastizität aufweist, um die beim Einklappen auftretenden Dehnungen ohne Beschädigung aufnehmen zu können und der brandhemmend ausgerüstet ist.
  • Besonders bevorzugt ist es jedoch, wenn die ersten Streben innerhalb der durch die vier Eckpunkte definierten Ebene liegen und gekrümmt ausgebildet sind. Dies bedeutet, dass die senkrechten Streben entweder nach innen gekrümmt sind, so dass des Wandelement konkav ist, oder dass sie nach außen gekrümmt sind, so dass des Wandelement konvex ist. Zusätzlich oder alternativ kann vorgesehen sein, dass die zweiten Streben gegenüber der durch die vier Eckpunkte definierten Ebene gekrümmt ausgebildet sind. Dies bedeutet, dass diese Streben in einer im Wesentlichen waagrechten Ebene liegen. Eine Kombination dieser Maßnahmen bewirkt, dass sich die Bespannung in der Form einer Sattelfläche, wie etwa einem hyperbolischen Paraboloid wölbt, was sowohl Vorteile hinsichtlich der Stabilität bringt als auch eine besonders ausgeprägte Erscheinungsform mit sich bringt.
  • Eine besonders vorteilhafte Funktionalität wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Gelenke der ersten Streben als Scharniergelenke ausgebildet sind und jeweils eine Gelenksachse aufweisen, die im Wesentlichen parallel zu der durch die vier Eckpunkte definierten Ebene angeordnet ist und vorzugsweise innerhalb dieser Ebene liegt. Dies bedeutet, dass die obere Hälfte der Trennwand um eine im wesentliche waagrechte Achse nach unten geklappt werden kann. Weiters ist es in diesem Zusammenhang günstig, wenn die Gelenke der zweiten Streben als Scharniergelenke ausgebildet sind und jeweils eine Gelenksachse aufweisen, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht auf die durch die vier Eckpunkte definierten Ebene angeordnet ist.
  • Die Stabilität im Gebrauchszustand kann dadurch erhöht werden, dass im Bereich der Gelenke Halteklinken vorgesehen sind, um die Gelenke in der Gebrauchsstellung arretieren zu können.
  • Eine besonders begünstigte Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung sieht mehrere Wandelemente, die zu einer Trennwand verbindbar sind, wobei die Form einer ersten Strebe eines ersten Wandelements an die Form einer ersten Strebe des zweiten Wandelements angepasst ist. Dadurch wird ein lückenloser Anschluss der einzelnen Wandelemente sichergestellt. Dabei ist es in günstiger Weise möglich, die erste Strebe des ersten Wandelements konvex gekrümmt ist und dass die erste Strebe des zweiten Wandelements konkav gekrümmt ist.
  • Die Stabilität im Gebrauchszustand kann weiter dadurch erhöht werden, dass eine Versteifungsstrebe vorgesehen ist, die zwischen die ersten Streben eines Wandelements einspannbar ist. Alternativ können Versteifungsstreben auch diagonal im Bereich der Ecken des Rahmens vorgesehen sein.
  • In optisch ansprechender Weise kann die Trennwand einen Rahmen aufweisen, der aus Aluminiumprofilen, Kunststoffprofilen oder aus Holz hergestellt ist.
  • In der Folge wird die vorliegende Erfindung anhand der in den Figuren dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Das Wandelement von Fig. 1 besteht aus einem Rahmen 1, der aus zwei im Wesentlichen senkrecht angeordneten ersten Streben 2, 3 und zwei im Wesentlichen waagrecht angeordneten zweiten Streben 5, 6 zusammengesetzt ist. In dem Rahmen 1 ist eine Bespannung 6 aufgehängt, die den eigentlichen Sichtschutz darstellt. Fußelemente 7 dienen zur sicheren Aufstellung der Trennwand. Weiters sind zwei waagrecht angeordnete Versteifungsstreben 8 vorgesehen, die sich an den ersten Streben 2, 3 abstützen und in diesen eingehängt sind.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt schematisch das Einhängen der Versteifungsstreben 8.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt eine Trennwand, die aus zwei Wandelementen 10, 10a zusammengesetzt ist. Eine erste Strebe 2 des ersten Wandelements 10 entspricht in ihrer Form dabei einer ersten Strebe 3a des zweiten Wandelements 10a, so dass diese im Wesentlichen nahtlos aneinander anschließen. Die beiden Wandelemente 10, 10a sind durch mindestens eine Klammer 9 miteinander verbunden, die in Fig. 4 in vergrößertem Maßstab dargestellt ist.
  • Weiters ist aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich, dass die zweiten Streben 4, 5 des ersten Wandelements 10 nach vorne gekrümmt sind, während die zweiten Streben 4a, 5a des zweiten Wandelements 10a nach hinten gekrümmt sind. Nach vorne bzw. nach hinten bezieht sich auf die Ebene, die durch die Eckpunkte 11 bzw. 11a des Rahmens 1 bzw. 1a der Wandelemente 10 bzw. 10a aufgespannt ist, an denen die Streben 2, 3, 4, 5; 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a miteinander gelenkig verbunden sind. Die ersten Streben 2, 3 des ersten Wandelements 10 sind in der durch die Ecken 11 aufgespannten Ebene nach außen gekrümmt, so dass das erste Wandelement 10 eine konvexe Form aufweist, im Gegensatz dazu sind die ersten Streben 2a, 3a des zweiten Wandelements 10a nach Innen gekrümmt, so dass das zweite Wandelement 10a eine konkave Form aufweist.
  • Die Fig. 5 zeigt eine Ausführungsvariante, bei der an den ersten Streben 2, 3 Ablageelemente 12, 13 abnehmbar befestigt sind. Weiters sind an den oberen zweiten Streben 4 Beleuchtungselemente 14 in entfernbarer Weise vorgesehen.
  • Die Fig. 6 bis Fig. 9 zeigen das Entfalten eines erfindungsgemäßen Wandelements 10. Zunächst werden in der Richtung des Doppelpfeils 15 die schwenkbar angeordneten Fußelemente 7 ausgeklappt. Danach werden die ersten Streben 2, 3 entsprechend dem Pfeil 16 aufgerichtet, indem die in der Mitte der ersten Streben 2, 3 vorgesehenen Scharniergelenke 22, 23 in ihre gestreckte Lage gebracht werden. Auf diese Weise wird eine Stellung erreicht, die im Wesentlichen der der Fig. 7 entspricht. Danach werden die zweiten Streben 4, 5 entfaltet, indem die Scharniergelenke 24, 25 dieser Streben 4, 5 in ihre gestreckte Lage gebracht werden. In der Stellung von Fig. 8 ist dies für die untere zweite Strebe 5 bereits der Fall, während die obere zweite Strebe 4 durch Anheben des Scharniergelenks 24 in Richtung des Pfeils 17 noch gestreckt werden muss. Die gestreckte Lage der Scharniergelenke 22, 23 24 und 25 wird durch Halteklinken 18 gesichert, die in einen Zapfen 19 einrasten.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung ermöglicht es, eine stabile und formschöne Ausbildung einer Trennwand zu erreichen, die einen hohen funktionalen Wert besitzt, da sie auf einfache Weise sehr klein zusammenfaltbar ist.

Claims (11)

  1. Mobile Trennwand, bestehend aus mindestens einem Wandelement (10, 10a), mit einem faltbaren, bevorzugt im Wesentlichen rechteckig oder quadratisch ausgebildeten Rahmen (1) und einer in dem Rahmen (1) gehalten flexiblen Bespannung (6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (1) folgende Bauelemente aufweist:
    - zwei in Gebrauchsstellung im Wesentlichen senkrecht angeordnete erste Streben (2, 3; 2a, 3a), die vorzugsweise in ihrem mittleren Bereich jeweils ein Gelenk (22, 23) aufweisen;
    - zwei in Gebrauchsstellung im Wesentlichen waagrecht angeordnete zweite Streben (4, 5; 4a, 5a), die in ihrem mittleren Bereich jeweils ein Gelenk (24, 25) aufweisen und die im Bereich ihrer Enden gelenkig an den Enden der ersten Streben (2, 3; 2a, 3a) befestigt sind;
    - Fußelemente (7) zur sicheren Aufstellung der Trennwand.
  2. Trennwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Streben (2, 3; 2a, 3a) innerhalb der durch die vier Eckpunkte (11) definierten Ebene liegen und gekrümmt ausgebildet sind und/oder dass die zweiten Streben (4, 5; 4a, 5a) gegenüber der durch die vier Eckpunkte (11) definierten Ebene gekrümmt ausgebildet sind.
  3. Trennwand nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenke (22, 23) der ersten Streben (2, 3; 2a, 3a) als Scharniergelenke ausgebildet sind und jeweils eine Gelenksachse aufweisen, die im Wesentlichen parallel zu der durch die vier Eckpunkte (11) definierten Ebene angeordnet ist und vorzugsweise innerhalb dieser Ebene liegt.
  4. Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenke (24, 25) der zweiten Streben (4, 5; 4a, 5a) als Scharniergelenke ausgebildet sind und jeweils eine Gelenksachse aufweisen, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht auf die durch die vier Eckpunkte (11) definierten Ebene angeordnet ist.
  5. Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Gelenke (22, 23, 24, 25) Halteklinken (18) vorgesehen sind, um die Gelenke (22, 23, 24, 25) in der Gebrauchsstellung arretieren zu können.
  6. Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fußelemente (7) einklappbar ausgebildet sind.
  7. Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Wandelemente (10, 10a) vorgesehen sind, die zu einer Trennwand verbindbar sind, wobei die Form einer ersten Strebe (2, 3) eines ersten Wandelements (10) an die Form einer ersten Strebe (2a, 3a) des zweiten Wandelements (10a) angepasst ist.
  8. Trennwand nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Strebe (2, 3) des ersten Wandelements (10) konvex gekrümmt ist und dass die erste Strebe (2a, 3a) des zweiten Wandelements (10a) konkav gekrümmt ist.
  9. Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Versteifungsstrebe (8) vorgesehen ist, die zwischen die ersten Streben (2, 3; 2a, 3a) eines Wandelements (10, 10a) einspannbar ist.
  10. Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (1) aus Aluminiumprofilen, aus Kunststoffprofilen oder aus Holz hergestellt ist.
  11. Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein an den ersten Streben (2, 3; 2a, 3a) befestigbares Ablageelement (12, 13) vorgesehen ist.
