Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bauteil mit erhöhter Arbeitstemperatur, insbesondere Rohr-Wärmetauscher für Polyethylen - Hochdruckanlagen, mit verbesserten mechanischen Eigenschaften.
Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, eine Legierung im Wesentlichen mit einer Zusammensetzung gemäß Werkstoff Nr. 1.6952 nach Stahl-Eisen-Liste mit eingeschränkten bzw. bestimmten Elementen und Elementengruppen mit einer Verformung von größer 4,1-fach, welcher Werkstoff eine hohe Festigkeit und Zähigkeit bei einer Arbeitstemperatur bis 350°C aufweist, für obige Bauteile einzusetzen.
Der Bauteil weist eine Zugfestigkeit Rm von größer 1100 N/mm2, eine 0,2% Streckgrenze bei RT von größer 1000 N/mm2 und eine 0,2% Streckgrenze bei 320°C von größer 880 N/mm2 auf.
