Claims (5)

  1. Walzgerüst zum Walzen von schraubenförmigen Metallbändern, wie zum Beispiel Treppengeländer (2) für Wendeltreppen (1), welches Gerüst einen Rahmen (9), versehen mit zumindest drei Walzen (10a,10b,11), von denen zumindest eine Walze (10a,10b) einstellbar montiert ist, Antriebsmittel für den Antrieb von zumindest einer der Walzen (10a,10b) und von Zufuhrmitteln für die Zufuhr des zu walzenden Metallbandes zu den Walzen (10a,10b,11), umfasst, wobei die Zufuhrmittel eine an dem Rahmen (9) des Walzgerüstes befestigte, zumindest im Wesentlichen parallel zu einer nicht-einstellbaren Rolle (11) verlaufende, erste Transportbahn (12) umfassen, welche erste Transportbahn (12) mit einem verschiebbar darauf befestigten Wagen (13) versehen ist, und weiter eine zweite Transportbahn (15), mit einem verschiebbar darauf befestigten zweiten Wagen (19), der mit einer Klemmvorrichtung (18) für das Einklemmen des Metallbandes versehen ist, wobei die zweite Transportbahn (15) mittels eines Scharniergelenks an dem ersten Wagen (13) befestigt ist.
  2. Walzgerüst gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Transportbahn (15) zumindest nahe dem Rahmen (9) mit Führungsmitteln (20a,20b) für das Führen des Metallbandes versehen ist.
  3. Transportsystem, welches System eine erste Transportbahn (12) umfasst, versehen mit einem ersten verschiebbaren Wagen (13), und weiter eine mittels eines Scharniergelenks an dem ersten Wagen (13) befestigte, zweite Transportbahn (15), versehen mit einem zweiten verschiebbaren Wagen (19) und mit einer darauf montierten Klemmvorrichtung (18), welche Klemmvorrichtung (18) geeignet ist, um als Teil eines Walzgerüsts gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2 montiert zu werden.
  4. Verfahren zum Walzen von schraubenförmigen Metallbändern, wie zum Beispiel Treppengeländer (2) von Wendeltreppen (1), unter Verwendung eines Walzgerüsts gemäß Anspruch 1.
  5. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Walzen eines Metallbandes periodisch unterbrochen wird, wonach die gegenseitige Entfernung zwischen zumindest zwei Walzen des Systems aus Walzen (10a,10b,11) vergrößert wird, wonach das Material parallel zu den Walzen verschoben wird, wonach die Entfernung zwischen den zumindest zwei Walzen wieder bis zum ursprünglichen Maß herabgesetzt und das Walzen fortgesetzt wird.
