Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen kegelstumpfförmiger Rohre aus Metallblechen, die so gebogen werden, daß sie einen Längsschlitz offen lassen, und zwischen die tragenden Flanken von Kalibrierrollen geführt werden, um sie entlang des Schlitzes zu verschweißen, wobei die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit des Rohrs (1) zwischen den Kalibrierrollen (8) größer als die Tangentialgeschwindigkeit der Kalibrierrollen in dem Bereich des Anliegens an dem Rohr ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Flanken der Kalibrierrollen (8) sich über etwa 90° erstreckt, so daß die beiden Flanken einen oberen Abschnitt des zugeführten Rohrs umgreifen, während ein unterer Abschnitt des Rohres, etwa 180°, auf einer Druckplatte (6) ruht, die dieselbe Form und Konizität wie das Rohr aufweist.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittelachse des Rohres während des Zuführens des Rohres auf einem konstanten Niveau gehalten wird, während die Höhe, in der das Schweißen durchgeführt wird, variiert.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Rohre mit variierender Konizität mittels einer Einstellung der Rotationsgeschwindigkeit der Kalibrierrollen im Verhältnis zu der Vorschubgeschwindigkeit des Rohres hergestellt werden, wobei dieselben Kalibrierrollen verwendet werden.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit des Rohres zwischen den Kalibrierrollen eine Funktion der Konizität des Rohres ist.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zuführen des Rohres mittels Schieben oder Ziehen des Rohres durchgeführt wird.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Herstellen kegelstumpfförmiger Rohre aus Metallblechen, die so gebogen werden, daß sie einen Längsschlitz offen lassen, und zusammengedrückt zwischen die tragenden Flanken von Kalibrierrollen (8) eingebracht werden, um so entlang des Schlitzes verschweißt zu werden, wobei die Ausdehnung der tragenden Flanken der Kalibrierrollen (8) kleiner ist als die Länge des zu formenden und verschweißenden Rohres (1),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Flanken der Kalibrierrollen (8) sich über etwa 90° erstreckt, so daß die beiden Flanken den oberen Abschnitt des Rohres (1) umfassen, während der untere Abschnitt des Rohres, etwa 180°, auf einer Druckplatte (6) ruht, die dieselbe Form und Konizität wie das Rohr (1) aufweist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis zwischen der Erstreckung der tragenden Flanke der Kalibrierrollen (8) und der Länge des zu formenden und zu verschweißenden Rohres (1) zwischen 0,05 und 0,5 beträgt.
