Claims (7)

  1. Procédé pour la production de tuyaux tronconiques à partir de feuilles de métal, courbés de manière à laisser une fente longitudinale ouverte et amenés entre le profil porteur de rouleaux calibreurs de manière à être soudés le long de ladite fente, la vitesse d'amenage du tuyau (1) entre les rouleaux calibreurs (8) étant plus élevée que la vitesse tangentielle desdits rouleaux calibreurs (8) dans la zone de tangence avec le tuyau, caractérisé en ce que chacun des profils des rouleaux calibreurs (8) s'élargit de plus de 90° environ afin que les deux profils englobent une partie supérieure du tuyau amené tandis qu'une partie inférieure du tuyau, d'environ 180°, repose sur une matrice (6) présentant la même forme et conicité que le tuyau.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'axe central du tuyau est maintenu à un niveau constant pendant l'avance du tuyau, tandis que la hauteur à laquelle le soudage est effectué varie.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les tuyaux de conicité variable sont produits au moyen d'un réglage de la vitesse de rotation des rouleaux calibreurs par rapport à la vitesse d'amenage du tuyau, en utilisant les mêmes rouleaux calibreurs.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la vitesse d'amenage du tuyau entre les rouleaux calibreurs est fonction de la conicité du tuyau.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'amenage du tuyau est effectué en poussant ou en tirant le tuyau.
  6. Usine pour la production de tuyaux tronconiques à partir de feuilles de métal, courbés de manière à laisser une fente longitudinale ouverte et amenés comprimés entre le profil porteur de rouleaux calibreurs (8) de manière à être soudés le long de ladite fente, l'élargissement du profil porteur des rouleaux calibreurs (8) étant inférieur à la longueur du tuyau (1) à former et souder, caractérisé en ce que chacun des profils des rouleaux calibreurs (8) s'élargit de plus de 90° de manière à ce que les deux profils englobent la partie supérieure du tuyau (1) tandis que la partie inférieure du tuyau, d'environ 180°, repose sur une matrice (6) présentant la même forme et conicité que le tuyau (1).
  7. Usine selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle le rapport entre l'élargissement du profil porteur des rouleaux calibreurs (8) et la longueur du tuyau (1) à former et souder est compris entre 0,05 et 0,5.
