Claims (12)

  1. Disposition en vue de la production d'une image imprimée pour des machines à affranchir le courrier et à cachet postal, qui comprennent un système de commande électronique et un moyen de mémorisation pour des données commandant un moyen d'impression, lesquelles sont imprimées pour au moins un premier transporteur postal en sections prédéterminées de l'image imprimée sur une bande ou sur un article postal, caractérisée en ce
    - qu'au moins un moyen de sélection en vue de sélectionner des informations (20) postales spéciales est prévu et relié au système de commande, une section sélectionnée, commandée par le système de commande électronique à gauche à côté d'une première position dans une deuxième position, est imprimée avec des informations (20) postales spéciales via le moyen d'impression,
    - que le système de commande électronique de la machine à affranchir le courrier (15) est relié à des moyens de traitement postal (13 et 16) qui détectent les données, lesquelles permettent un traitement et un tri des articles postaux lors du premier transporteur postal,
    - que les moyens de traitement postal mentionnés ci-dessus comprennent un ordinateur (16) et des stations (13, 14) d'un système d'affranchissement (10) qui, du fait de leur fonctionnement, sont reliés entre eux afin de permettre le tri des articles postaux lors du premier transporteur postal, ainsi que l'ordinateur (16) comporte un moyen d'exploitation postale, les stations englobant au moins un module scanner (13) et un module de transport (14), qui sont disposés en amont du flux postal de la machine à affranchir le courrier (15), les stations et la machine à affranchir le courrier étant reliées à l'ordinateur (16) et pouvant être commandées en fonction de leurs moyens d'exploitation des adresses,
    - qu'un deuxième module de transport (17) et au moins un module de tri (18) sont disposés en aval du flux postal de la machine à affranchir le courrier (15), les stations mentionnées ci-dessus étant reliées à l'ordinateur (16) et pouvant être commandées en fonction de leurs moyens d'exploitation des adresses.
  2. Disposition, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de traitement postal comprennent un module scanner (13), deux modules de transport (14 et 17) ainsi que des modules de tri (18 et 19) qui peuvent être commandés de l'ordinateur (16) en fonction de leurs moyens d'exploitation des adresses.
  3. Disposition, selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le module scanner (13) permet une détection OCR d'une adresse préimprimée dans la zone d'adresse de l'article postal et les moyens d'exploitation des adresses effectuent une exploitation de l'information des adresses, afin de maintenir une information de triage et cela en fonction du temps de calcul nécessaire à cet effet, une régulation de vitesse en cascade à deux étages du transport d'articles postaux dans le système d'affranchissement ayant lieu.
  4. Disposition, selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la régulation de vitesse en cascade à deux étages a lieu en fonction d'au moins un des paramètres
    - puissance de calcul disponible
    - temps de calcul pour la correction des adresses
    - étendue des données à imprimer
  5. Disposition, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les informations (20) postales spéciales caractérisent un deuxième transporteur postal, lesdites informations (20) postales spéciales comportant au moins une date (21), un marquage (22) pour un transporteur postal privé/régional sélectionné et un identificateur (23) pour l'article postal.
  6. Disposition, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un premier moyen de sélection est prévu, servant à la sélection de l'impression d'une section de l'image imprimée et étant relié au système de commande, ledit système de commande commande le moyen d'impression à la suite de la sélection de telle manière que, la section (2 ou 1) respectivement sélectionnée, caractérisant un transporteur postal privé/régional ou gouvernemental/universel, est imprimée sur une position prédéterminée attribuée définitivement.
  7. Disposition, selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce qu'une section (1) respectivement sélectionnée, caractérisant un transporteur postal gouvernemental ou universel, est imprimée sur une première position et la section (2) respectivement sélectionnée, caractérisant un transporteur postal privé ou régional, sur une deuxième position.
  8. Disposition, selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la section (2) respectivement sélectionnée, caractérisant un transporteur postal privé ou régional, est imprimée sur une deuxième position.
  9. Disposition, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 6, caractérisée en ce qu'un deuxième moyen de sélection est prévu, lequel est relié au système de commande en vue de la sélection de l'impression d'un logo (5) et d'une information de triage (6), ledit système de commande commande le moyen d'impression à la suite de la sélection de telle manière que, le logo (5) et l'information de triage (6) sont imprimés sur la première position.
  10. Disposition, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 6, caractérisée en ce qu'un troisième moyen de sélection est prévu, lequel est destiné à la sélection de l'impression d'un code produit ou d'un mode d'expédition et est relié au système de commande et en ce qu'une impression du code produit ou du mode d'expédition a lieu dans une troisième section (3) sur une troisième position à gauche à côté de la deuxième position.
  11. Disposition, selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les informations (20) postales spéciales sont imprimées dans une couleur typique du transporteur postal privé ou régional sélectionné.
  12. Disposition, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 et 11, caractérisée en ce que le logo (5) et l'information de triage (6) sont imprimés sur la première position dans la même couleur typique du transporteur postal privé ou régional sélectionné ou dans une autre couleur.
