Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Erfassen von unwuchtabhängigen Bewegungserscheinungen bei einer Wäschetrommel durch Messen deren Drehbewegung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass um eine Trägheitsachse quer zur Drehachse der Wäschetrommel auftretende Winkelbeschleunigungen über eine Verlagerung des Aufnehmers oder Aktuators eines Drehgebersystemes als Schwankung im Drehzahl-Meßwert erfaßt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlagerung des Aufnehmers oder Aktuators des Drehgebersystems gegen eine elastische Rückstellkraft gerichtet ist und/oder gegen mindestens einen, vorzugsweise zwei Anschläge erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aufgrund der Verlagerung meßbare Schwankung im Ausgangssignal des Drehgebers als Maß für die aus überlagerter Nick- bzw. Gierbeanspruchung der Wäschetrommel resultierende Taumelbewegung erfasst wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass relative Drehzahländerungen in zueinander orthogonalen Richtungen quer zur Drehachse der Wäschetrommel erfasst werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verlagerungsabhängige Drehzahländerung mit dem Drehzahlsignal von einem anderen Drehgeber verglichen wird, der starr angeordnet ist oder der ebenfalls, aber gegenüber einer anderen Trägheitsachse, elastisch verlagerbar ist. - Einrichtung zum Erfassen von unwuchtabhängigen Bewegungserscheinungen bei einer Wäschetrommel (11), die mit einem Drehgeber (18) als Drehzahlmessinstrument ausgestattet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Drehgeber (18) vorgesehen ist, von dem der mit der Wäschetrommel (11) rotierende Aktuator (16) oder der an sich gerätefeste Aufnehmer (17) relativ zueinander in oder gegen die Aktuator-Drehrichtung verlagerbar ist - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aktuator (16) oder der Aufnehmer (17) relativ zueinander gegen eine elastische Rückstelleinrichtung (19) und/oder gegen mindestens einen, vorzugsweise zwei Anschläge verlagerbar ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehgeber (18) als spannungsgebender oder frequenzgebender Tachogenerator ausgelegt ist, dessen permanentmagnetischer Rotor als Aktuator (16) im Stator-Spulensystem eines Aufnehmers (17) rotiert, der eine bezüglich seiner Drehachse exzentrische Masseverteilung aufweist und relativ zur Bewegung des Aktuators (16) gegen die elastische Rückstellkraft der Rückstelleinrichtung (19) und/oder gegen den oder die Anschläge verdrehbar ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Drehgeber (18) ein Impulsgeber mit einem mit der Wäschetrommel (11) drehgekoppelten Impulsmuster als Aktuator (16) vorgesehen ist, dessen Aufnehmer (17) in tangentialer Richtung bezüglich der Bewegung des Aktuators (16) gegen die elastische Rückstellkraft der Rückstelleinrichtung (19) und/oder gegen den oder die Anschläge verlagerbar ist, wobei vorzugsweise ein optoelektronischer Drehgeber (18) mit einer Loch- oder Schlitz-Blendenscheibe als Aktuator (16) in einer Lichtschranke als Aufnehmer (17) vorgesehen ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass außerdem ein nicht verlagerbarer Aufnehmer (17') vorgesehen ist, dessen Ausgangsfrequenz mit der Ausgangsfrequenz des verlagerbaren Aufnehmers (17) verglichen wird. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei in der Ebene quer zur Trommel-Drehachse (14) orthogonal gegeneinander verschwenkt angeordnete, jeweils verlagerbare Aufnehmer (17,17a) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Ausgangsfrequenzen der beiden verlagerbaren Aufnehmer (17,17a) miteinander verglichen werden. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb der Wäschetrommel (11) ihrer Taumelbewegung nach Maßgabe der Schwankung des Drehzahlsignales vom Drehgeber (18) durch Beeinflussung der Drehzahl oder ihres Gradienten bzw. durch Neuverteilung der Wäsche oder durch phasenrichtig überlagerte Drehmomentschwankungen des Antriebs aktiv entgegenwirkt.
