Abstract

Es wird eine Abdeckung für ein Kochgeschirr, insbesondere eine Pfanne oder einen Kochtopf, mit einem Basisteil (1) und ggf. mit einem Griffelement (2) angegeben, welche eine besonders einfache Handhabung zum Erreichen der Standstellung ermöglicht, indem am Basisteil (1) ein Standbauteil (3) fest angeordnet ist.

Description

„Abdeckung für ein Kochgeschirr"
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Abdeckung für ein Kochgeschirr, insbeson- dere eine Pfanne oder einen Kochtopf, mit einem Basisteil und ggf. mit einem Griffelement.
Eine Abdeckung in Form eines Pfannendeckels oder Kochtopfdeckels nimmt - wenn sie nicht gerade zum Verschluss oder zur Abdeckung des Kochgeschirrs benötigt wird - relativ viel Platz der Arbeitsfläche eines Küchentisches ein. Wird die Abdeckung von einem erhitzten Kochgeschirr abgenommen, kondensiert der Wasserdampf an der Innenoberfläche der Abdeckung und hinterlässt einen nassen, zudem heißen Bereich auf der Arbeitsfläche. Die abgenommene und auf dem Küchentisch, dem Herd oder wo auch immer abgelegte Abdeckung bildet wegen der hohen Temperatur eine Gefahrenquelle oder wenn sie aufgrund ihrer Größe über den Rand einer Auflagefläche hinausragt.
Für die voranstehende Problematik bietet der Stand der Technik einige Lösungen an. Bspw. ist aus der DE-PS 665 161 eine Vorrichtung zum Heben, Halten und Aufstellen von Topfdeckeln bekannt, die einen mittigen Bügelgriff durchgreift und für das Halten der Abdeckung in weitgehend senkrechter Stellung zur Absteilfläche sorgt. Aus der WO 97/09915 ist ebenfalls ein Deckelhalter bekannt, der auch für knopfförmige Griffe verwendet werden kann. Eine weitere Deckelhaltevorrichtung, die am Topfgriff zu befestigen ist, ergibt sich aus DE-PS 633 874.
Dem vorgenannten Stand der Technik ist gemeinsam, dass stets eine separate Vorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die in Verbindung mit der Abdeckung gebracht werden muss, um eine platzsparende Standstellung der Abdeckung zu ermöglichen. Dabei sind mehrere Handhabungsschritte erforderlich, die Zeit kosten und teilweise Schwierigkeiten bei der Herstellung der Verbindung, da nicht immer gewährleistet ist, dass die separate Haltevorrichtung stets passend an die Ausformung des Griffelements der Abdeckung angepasst ist. Gerade in der ästhetischen und ergo- nomischen Gestaltung des Griffelements sind die unterschiedlichsten Varianten bekannt, die sich weder auf Bügel- noch auf Knopf griffe reduzieren lassen. Ausgehend vom Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Abdeckung der in Rede stehenden Art anzugeben, die eine besonders einfache Handhabung zum Erreichen der Standstellung ermöglicht.
Die voranstehende Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruches 1 gelöst. Danach ist eine Abdeckung der in Rede stehenden Art derart ausgestaltet, dass am Basisteil ein Standbauteil fest angeordnet ist.
Erfindungsgemäß ist erkannt worden, dass eine besonders einfache Handhabung der Abdeckung zum Erreichen der Standstellung ermöglicht werden kann, wenn es hierzu keiner separaten Haltevorrichtung bedarf. Hierdurch wird vermieden, dass erst eine Verbindung zwischen Abdeckung und Haltevorrichtung hergestellt werden muss. Hierbei könnte es mitunter erforderlich sein, dass am heißen Rand der Abdeckung angefasst wird, während mit der anderen Hand die Verbindung von Haltevorrichtung und Abdeckung hergestellt wird.
Weiter ist erkannt worden, dass auf eine separate Haltevorrichtung verzichtet werden kann, wenn ein Standbauteil direkt an der Abdeckung angeordnet ist. Auf die- se Weise braucht die Abdeckung nur noch vom Kochgeschirr entfernt zu werden und aufrechtstehend platziert zu werden. Das mühevolle Verbinden mit einer separaten Haltevorrichtung entfällt vollständig, ebenso wie die Gefahr von Verbrennungen herabgesetzt wird. Das Standbauteil könnte zusätzlich eine Grifffunktion wahrnehmen oder zusätzlich zum vorhandenen Griff einer bereits vorhandenen Abdeckung hinzugefügt werden. Die feste Verbindung könnte bei einer solchen nachrüstbaren Standbauteilvariante könnte per Rast- oder Klemmverbindung realisiert werden. Bevorzugt wird aufgrund der Stabilität eine Abdeckung, die ständig fest mit dem Standbauteil verbunden ist.
Damit eine Aufrechtstellung der Abdeckung erreicht wird, könnte das Standbauteil in einem Winkel von ca. 90° vom Basisteil abragen. Je nach konstruktiver Ausführung des Standbauteils und dessen Zusammenwirken mit der Abdeckung und den dadurch bedingten spezifischen statischen Verhältnissen könnte der Winkel geringfügig größer oder geringfügig kleiner 90° betragen. Gemäß einem bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel beträgt der Winkel zwischen Standbauteil und Basisteil etwa 85°, so dass die Abdeckung in der Standstellung eine zur Abstellfläche leichte Neigung in Richtung Standbauelement einnimmt. Die geneigte Haltung resultiert aus den einzuhaltenden Gleichgewichtsverhältnissen. Jedenfalls ist darauf zu achten, dass die Standsicherheit des Standbauteil nebst Abdeckung durch ein abgestimmtes Verhältnis des Lastaufnahmevermögens des Standbauteils und des Gewichts sowie Hebelwirkungen des Basisteils eingehalten wird. Bei dem in Rede stehenden Ausführungsbeispiel wird das Gewicht des Basisteils in vorteilhafter Weise mit eingesetzt, um die Standsicherheit zu gewährleisten und einen weitge- hend optimalen Schwerpunkt der gesamten Abdeckung zu erreichen.
Im Hinblick auf die Realisierung geringer Abmessungen des Standbauteils ist es von Vorteil, wenn das Standbauteil am Randbereich, am äußeren Umfang des Basisteils angeordnet ist. Es könnte zwischen dem Standbauteil und dem Randbe- reich des Basisteils eine form- und/oder kraftschlüssig Verbindung vorgesehen sein. Nach einem einfachen Ausführungsbeispiel könnte eine Verschraubung stattfinden. Es wären auch Rast- oder Schnappverbindungen möglich, was allerdings die Bereitstellung passender Verbindungsmittel erfordern würde.
Das Standbauteil könnte im wesentlichen quaderförmig ausgebildet sein, wobei die von der Verbindungsstelle abgewandten Eck- und/oder Kantenbereiche abgeflacht oder abgerundet sind. Die größte Seitenfläche des Quaders könnte die Standfläche auf der Abstellfläche ausbilden. Im übrigen könnte der Quader so beschaffen sein, dass er an der Kontaktfläche zum Basisteil an dessen Ausformung, wie Wölbung, Abstufung etc., angepasst ist und daran nahezu fugenlos anschließt.
Eine stabile Standsituation wird erreicht, wenn das Standbauteil an seiner in Standstellung der Abstellfläche zugewandten Seite mindestens eine Ausnehmung aufweist. Eine solche Ausgestaltung wirkt dem Verkippen aufgrund einer unplanen Gesamtstandfläche entgegen und realisiert zwei Auflagebereiche. Die zwei Auflagebereiche könnten dadurch gebildet werden, dass sich die Ausnehmung zwischen der Verbindungsstelle des Standbauteils zum Basisteil und dem Randbereich des Standbauteils erstreckt, so dass die Kontaktierung der Abstellfläche einerseits durch den Randbereich des Standbauteils und andererseits durch den Randbereich des Basisteils im Bereich der Verbindungsstelle erfolgt. Die Ausnehmung könnte in Bezug auf die Abstellfläche konvex gewölbt sein und die Wölbung könnte sich im wesentlichen senkrecht zum Basisteil der Abdeckung erstrecken.
Die voranstehend geschilderte stabile Standsituation könnte noch verbessert werden, indem das Standbauteil an seiner in Standstellung der Abstellfläche zugewandten Seite eine weitere Ausnehmung aufweist, die sich in etwa mittig innerhalb des Randbereiches des Standbauteils erstreckt, so dass die Kontaktierung der Abstellfläche einerseits durch zwei Randbereichabschnitte des Standbauteils und andererseits durch den Randbereich des Basisteils im Bereich der Verbindungsstelle im Sinne einer Dreipunktauflage erfolgt.
Nach einem besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel könnten das Standbauteil und das Griffelement kraft- und/oder formschlüssig verbunden sein. Auf diese Weise werden Griff- und Standfunktion miteinander konstruktiv in Verbindung gebracht, was sich nicht nur günstig auf den Bewegungsablauf beim Abstellen der Abdeckung auswirkt, sondern auch die Stabilität insgesamt erhöht. Konkret könnte ein Ende des Griffelementes mit dem Basisteil verbunden und das andere Ende des Griffelementes mit dem Standbauteil verbunden sein.
Das Griffelement könnte die unterschiedlichsten Formgebungen aufweisen und beispielsweise in Form eines gebogenen Profilstabes vorliegen, der insbesondere aus Edelstahl gefertigt sein könnte. Anstatt nun den Querschnitt des Profilstabes zu vergrößern, um eine genügend große Greiffläche bereitzustellen, könnten zwei nebeneinandergeordnete Profilstäbe vorgesehen sein, die jede für sich einen runden Querschnitt kleineren Durchmessers aufweisen. Diese Grifflösung hat ein geringes Gewicht, bietet genügend Greiffläche und wirkt aufgrund des Luftpolsters zwischen den Griffstangen abkühlend. Die beiden Profilstäbe könnten zum Standbauteil hin divergieren und in diesem eingesteckt und verpresst sein. Das andere Ende des Griff elementes könnte an einem Verbindungsteil des Basisteils befestigt sein, wobei ein Ausführungsbeispiel eine Schweißverbindung vorsieht.
Das Verbindungsteil könnte zur Befestigung an der Abdeckung bzw. am Basisteil ein Gewindebauteil aufweisen, welches durch eine Bohrung im Basisteil geführt ist und mit einem von der Innenseite der Abdeckung her angreifenden Druckelement fixiert ist. In herkömmlicher Weise könnte eine Unterlegscheibe zwischengeordnet sein.
Eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Abdeckung sieht vor, dass an der Innenseite des Basisteils, in dessen Randbereich, eine Nut vorgesehen ist. Hierdurch kann abtropfendes Kondensat und/oder Kochgut gesammelt werden und verschmutzt nicht die Oberfläche der Abstellfläche.
Die Abdeckung könnte aus verschiedenen Materialien bestehen, die hitzebeständig sind. Für das Basisteil käme Edelstahl oder eine Kombination von Edelstahl und Glas in Betracht, wobei dann wiederum auch ein Dichtung erforderlich ist. Das Standbauelement könnte aus Kunststoff hergestellt sein, während das Griffelement entweder aus Kunststoff oder aus Edelstahl bestehen könnte.
Es gibt nun verschiedene Möglichkeiten, die Lehre der vorliegenden Erfindung in vorteilhafter Weise auszugestalten und weiterzubilden. Dazu ist einerseits auf die dem Patentanspruch 1 nachgeordneten Ansprüche, andererseits auf die nachfolgende Erläuterung zweier Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung anhand der Zeich- nung zu verweisen. In Verbindung mit der Erläuterung des angeführten Ausführungsbeispiels der Erfindung werden auch im allgemeinen bevorzugte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Lehre erläutert. Erfindungsgemäß ist am Basisteil 1 ein Standbauteil 3 fest angeordnet, was auch in Fig. 5 zu erkennen ist.
Aus Fig. 5 ergibt sich weiter, dass das Standbauteil 3 in einem Winkel α von < 90°, konkret 85°, vom Basisteil 1 abragt, so dass in der Standstellung der Abdeckung ein zur Abstellfläche 4 leicht geneigter Stand erreicht ist. Die Fig. 1 bis 3 und 5 zeigen, dass das Standbauteil 3 ist am Randbereich, am äußeren Umfang des Basisteils 1 angeordnet ist. In Fig. 5 ist dargestellt, dass das Standbauteil 3 mit dem Randbereich des Basisteils 1 über die Schraubverbindung 5 verbunden ist.
Das Standbauteil 3 ist im wesentlichen quaderförmig ausgebildet, wobei die von der Verbindungsstelle zum Basisteil 1 abgewandten Eck- und/oder Kantenbereiche abgeflacht sind, wie besonders deutlich aus Fig. 1 zu erkennen.
Das in Fig. 5 gezeigte Standbauteil 3 gemäß dem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel ist von seiner Formgebung zwar auch an einen Quader angelehnt, weist aber eine Ausnehmung 6 auf, die sich an der in Standstellung der Abstellfläche 4 zugewandten Seite des Standbauteils 3 erstreckt. Die Ausnehmung 6 befindet sich zwischen der Verbindungsstelle des Standbauteils 3 zum Basisteil 1 und dem Randbereich des Standbauteils 3, so dass die Kontaktierung der Abstellfläche 4 einer- seits durch den Randbereich des Standbauteils 3 und andererseits durch den Randbereich des Basisteils 1 im Bereich der Verbindungsstelle 6 erfolgt. Die Ausnehmung 6 ist in Bezug auf die Abstellfläche 4 in etwa konvex gewölbt. Die in Fig. 6 gezeigte Rückansicht des Standbauteils 3 aus Fig. 5 entspricht einer ersten Variante des zweiten Ausführungsbeispiels. Die an der Rückseite des Standbauteils 3 vorgesehene, nicht näher bezeichnete Stufe ist im Hinblick auf das Lastaufnahmevermögen und die Einhaltung des Gleichgewichts zum Erhalt einer ausreichenden Stabilität der Abdeckung in der Standstellung von Bedeutung.
Die Fig. 7 lässt erkennen, dass das Standbauteil 3 aus Fig. 5 an seiner in Stand- Stellung der Abstellfläche 4 zugewandten Seite eine weitere Ausnehmung 7 aufweist. Diese Ausnehmung 7 erstreckt sich in etwa mittig innerhalb des Randbereiches des Standbauteils 3, so dass die Kontaktierung der Abstellfläche 4 einerseits durch zwei Randbereichabschnitte 8, 9 des Standbauteils 3 und andererseits durch den Randbereich des Basisteils 1 im Bereich der Verbindungsstelle im Sin- ne einer Dreipunktauflage erfolgt und somit die Kippsicherheit erhöht ist.
Das Standbauteil 3 und das Griffelement 2 sind kraft- und formschlüssig verbunden. Ein Ende 10 des Griffelementes 2 ist mit dem Basisteil 3 verbunden und das andere Ende 11 des Griff elementes 2 ist mit dem Standbauteil 3 verbunden. Das Griffelement 2 umfasst zwei nebeneinandergeordnete gebogene Profilstäbe aus Edelstahl, die zum Standbauteil 3 hin divergieren und in dieses eingesteckt und verpresst sind.
Das Basisteil 1 umfasst eine Verbindungsscheibe 12, an der das Ende 10 des Griffelementes 2 mit den beiden konvergierenden Profilstäben angeschweißt ist. Die Verbindungsscheibe 12 weist ein Gewindebauteil 13 auf, welches durch eine Bohrung im Basisteil 1 geführt ist und mit einem von der Innenseite der Abdeckung her angreifenden, rein schematisch angedeuteten Druckelement 14 fixiert ist. Zwischen dem Druckelement 14 und dem Basisteil 1 ist eine Scheibe 15 angeordnet. An der Innenseite des Basisteils 2, in dessen Randbereich, ist eine Nut 16 vorgesehen, in der sich in Standstellung der Abdeckung kondensierendes Wasser und dergleichen sammeln kann.
Die Abdeckung umfasst eine gewölbte Glasscheibe 17, welche von einem Edelstahlrand 18 eingefasst ist, an dessen Innenseite sich die Nut 16 befindet. An der Verbindungsstelle zwischen Glasscheibe 17 und Edelstahlrand 18 ist eine weiche Kunststoffdichtung 19 vorgesehen. Das Standbauteil ist aus Kunststoff gefertigt. Sämtliche Materialien sind hitzebeständig. Das Verbindungsteil 12 ist an die Formgebung der Glasscheibe 17 angepasst und liegt an dieser weitgehend glatt an.
Hinsichtlich weiterer, in den Figuren nicht gezeigter Merkmale wird auf den allgemeinen Teil der Beschreibung verwiesen.
Abschließend sei darauf hingewiesen, dass die erfindungsgemäße Lehre nicht auf die voranstehend erörterten Ausführungsbeispiele eingeschränkt sind.

Claims

P a t e n t a n s p r ü c h e
1. Abdeckung für ein Kochgeschirr, insbesondere eine Pfanne oder einen Kochtopf, mit einem Basisteil (1) und ggf. mit einem Griffelement (2), d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, dass am Basisteil (1) ein Standbauteil (3) fest angeordnet ist.
2. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stand- bauteil (3) in einem Winkel von ca. 90° oder < 90°, vorzugsweise in einem Winkel von 85° vom Basisteil (1) abragt, so dass in der Standstellung der Abdeckung ein zur Abstellfläche (4) in etwa senkrechter oder leicht geneigter Stand erreichbar ist.
3. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Standbauteil (3) am Randbereich, am äußeren Umfang des Basisteils (1) angeordnet ist.
4. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Standbauteil (3) mit dem Randbereich des Basisteils (1) form- und/oder kraftschlüssig verbunden ist, insbesondere verschraubt ist.
5. Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Standbauteil (3) im wesentlichen quaderförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei die von der Verbindungsstelle abgewandten Eck- und/oder Kantenbereiche abgeflacht oder abgerundet sind.
6. Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Standbauteil (3) an seiner in Standstellung der Abstellfläche (4) zugewandten Seite mindestens eine Ausnehmung (6, 7) aufweist.

Abdeckung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Ausnehmung (6) zwischen der Verbindungsstelle des Standbauteils (3) zum Basisteil (1) und dem Randbereich des Standbauteils (3) erstreckt, so dass die Kontaktierung der Abstellfläche (4) einerseits durch den Randbereich des Standbauteils (3) und andererseits durch den Randbereich des Basisteils (1) im Bereich der Verbindungsstelle zum Standbauteil (3) erfolgt.
8. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (6) in Bezug auf die Abstellfläche (4) konvex gewölbt ist und sich die
Wölbung im wesentlichen senkrecht zum Basisteil (1) der Abdeckung erstreckt.
9. Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Standbauteil (3) an seiner in Standstellung der Abstellfläche (4) zuge- wandten Seite eine weitere Ausnehmung (7) aufweist.

Abdeckung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Ausnehmung (7) in etwa mittig innerhalb des Randbereiches des Standbauteils (3) erstreckt, so dass die Kontaktierung der Abstellfläche (4) einerseits durch zwei Randbereichabschnitte (8, 9) des Standbauteils (3) und andererseits durch den Randbereich des Basisteils (1) im Bereich der Verbindungsstelle zum Standbauteil (3) im Sinne einer Dreipunktauflage erfolgt.
11. Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Standbauteil (3) und das Griffelement (2) kraft- und/oder formschlüssig verbunden sind.
12. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 11 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ende (10) des Griffelementes (2) mit dem Basisteil (1) verbunden ist und das andere Ende (11) des Griffelementes (2) mit dem Standbauteil (3) verbunden ist.
13. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Griffelement (2) mindestens einen, insbesondere aus Edelstahl gefertigten, gebogenen Profilstab umfasst.
14. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das Griffelement (2) zwei nebeneinandergeordnete Profilstäbe vorgesehen sind, die zum Standbauteil (3) hin divergieren und in dieses eingesteckt und verpresst sind.
15. Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basisteil (1) ein Verbindungsteil (12) umfasst, an dem das Ende (10) des Griffelementes (2) befestigt, insbesondere angeschweißt ist.
16. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsteil (12) ein Gewindebauteil (13) aufweist, welches durch eine Bohrung im Basisteil (1) geführt ist und mit einem von der Innenseite der Abdeckung her angreifenden Druckelement (14) fixiert ist.
17. Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Innenseite des Basisteils (2), in dessen Randbereich, eine Nut (16) vorgesehen ist.
18. Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung aus hitzebeständigem Material, insbesondere aus Edelstahl und/oder Glas und/oder Kunststoff, besteht.
