407,152. Saucepan &c. lids. MARSDEN, D. K., 195, Mottram Road, Stalybridge, Cheshire. Dec. 9, 1932, No. 34906. [Class 66.] Saucepan &c. lids are supported in erect position when removed from the pans by pivoted legs a which lie flat on the lid when in position covering the pan. The leg shown is formed of sheet metal and loosely mounted in a hinge barrel formed on an attachment part b secured to the lid by one of the handle rivets e, a tab d extending from the part forming the hinge-pin serving as a stop to limit the outward movement of the leg. The leg may be made of wire and mounted in an attachment part clipped to one of the end parts of the handle.
