Claims (17)
- Transformator, insbesondere Sicherheitstransformator zur Bereitstellung einer Sicherheitsspannung zur Versorgung von Klingeln, Türschlössern, Sprechanlagen, Sensoren, Geräten der Gebäudeautomation und dergleichen, mit einer primären Spulenwicklung (5), einer sekundären Spulenwicklung (6), einem mindestens teilweise in das Innere der Spulenwicklungen (5, 6) greifenden Eisenkern aus aufeinander gestapelten Transformatorblechen (2) und seitlich der gestapelten Transformatorbleche (2) angeordneten Anschlusselementen zum Anschließen der Spulenwicklungen (5, 6),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Außenabmessungen (l, s) der Transformatorbleche (2) umso viel kleiner gewählt sind als die Außenabmessungen von Transformatorblechen, die für die gewünschte maximale Leistung erforderlich wären, dass der Transformator einschließlich der Anschlusselemente in ein Standardgehäuse (34) mit festgelegtem Durchmesser (D) oder festgelegter Grundfläche, insbesondere Standardunterputzdose, einfügbar ist und dass die Höhe (h) des Stapels aus Transformatorblechen (2) und die Höhe der Spulenwicklungen (5, 6) gegenüber der für die gewählten Transformatorbleche üblichen Höhe um so viel vergrößert ist, dass sich die gewünschte maximale Leistung des Transformators ergibt. - Transformator nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Transformator zum Einbau in ein Gehäuse (34) mit einem Innendurchmesser (D) von 60 mm und einer Höhe (H) von 50 mm, insbesondere eine Standardunterputzdose, ausgebildet ist, und dass Transformatorbleche (2) des Typs EI und der Standardgröße 38,4 mm x 32 mm vorgesehen sind. - Transformator nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Transformatorbleche (2) bis zu einer Höhe von ca. 30 mm aufeinander gestapelt und die Spulenwicklungen (5, 6) entsprechend hoch ausgeführt wird. - Transformator, insbesondere Sicherheitstransformator zur Bereitstellung einer Sicherheitsspannung zur Versorgung von Klingeln, Türschlössern, Sprechanlagen, Sensoren, Geräten der Gebäudeautomation und dergleichen, mit einer primären Spulenwicklung (5), einer sekundären Spulenwicklung (6), einem mindestens teilweise in das Innere der Spulenwicklungen (5, 6) greifenden Eisenkern aus aufeinander gestapelten Transformatorblechen (2) und seitlich der gestapelten Transformatorbleche (2) angeordneten Anschlusselementen zum Anschließen der Spulenwicklungen (5, 6), insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die beiden Spulenwicklungen (5, 6) jeweils in einer separaten Kammer eines (5', 6') Isoliergehäuses (4, 14) untergebracht sind. - Transformator nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die beiden Kammern (5', 6') dadurch gebildet sind, dass die beiden Spulenwicklungen (5, 6) nebeneinander auf einem gemeinsamen Spulenträger (4) angeordnet sind und dass auf dem Spulenträger (4) eine Spulenabdeckung (14, 18) aufgesetzt ist, die zusammen mit dem Spulenträger (4) zwischen den beiden Kammern (5', 6') eine labyrinthartige Trennwand (7, 15) bildet, so dass die Luft- und Kriechstrecke zwischen den beiden Kammern (5', 6') eine geforderte Mindestlänge aufweist. - Transformator nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Spulenträger (4) zwischen den beiden Spulenwicklungen (5, 6) eine Doppelwand (7) aufweist, in welche die Spulenabdeckung (14, 18; 30) mit einer entsprechend angeordneten Rippe (15, 21) eingreift. - Transformator nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Spulenabdeckung (14, 18; 30) zweiteilig ausgebildet ist, mit einer drei Seiten des Spulenträgers (4) umfassenden Spulenhaube (14) und einem auf der vierten Seite angeordneten Deckel (18; 30). - Transformator nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Deckel (18; 30) auf die Spulenhaube (14) aufclipsbar ist. - Transformator nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Spulenträger (4) zwei weitere zu der Doppelwand (7) parallele Wände (8, 9) auf den beiden voneinander abgewandten Seiten der beiden Spulenwicklungen (5, 6) aufweist, die mit geringem Spiel von der Spulenabdeckung (14, 18; 30) umfasst sind. - Transformator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Anschlusselemente (24) so angeordnet und ausgebildet sind, dass die Anschlusskabel bezogen auf das Paket aus gestapelten Transformatorblechen (2) von unten und/oder von oben in die Anschlusselemente (24) einführbar sind. - Transformator nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Anschlusselemente (24) Betätigungsmittel (25') aufweisen, die von unten und/oder von oben betätigbar sind. - Transformator nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
auf der der Betätigungsseite abgewandten Seite der Anschlusselemente (24) Anschlussleiterplatten (26) zum Verbinden der Anschlusselemente (24) mit den Spulenwicklungen (5, 6) vorgesehen sind. - Transformator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
unter der Spulenhaube (14) in einer der beiden Kammern (5', 6'), insbesondere in der Kammer (5') der primären Spulenwicklung (5) eine Thermosicherung angeordnet ist. - Transformator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine das Paket aus Transformatorblechen (2) umfassende Außenhaube (22) vorgesehen ist, die auf der der Anschlussseite abgewandten Seite eine Aussparung (23) aufweist, durch welche die Spulenhaube (14) mit ihrem einen Ende hindurchgreift. - Transformator nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Außenhaube (22) zwischen die Anschlusselemente (24) und das Paket aus Transformatorblechen (2) greift und dabei eine Luft- und Kriechstrecke erforderlicher Länge bildet. - Transformator nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
auf der der Aussparung (23) abgewandten Seite der Außenhaube (22) eine Abdeckung (30) vorgesehen ist, welche die Unterseite des Transformatorkerns (1) und insbesondere die Anschlussleiterplatten (26) abdeckt. - Transformator nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Abdeckung (30) gleichzeitig die Unterseite der Spulenwicklungen (5, 6) abdeckt.
