Claims (36)
- Dispositif (1) de conditionnement et de distribution d'un produit, ce dispositif comportant :une unité (3) rechargeable en produit au moyen d'un récipient (2) muni d'un organe de distribution (4),un corps (9),un élément (13) rechargeable en produit comportant une surface d'application du produit,une valve de remplissage (20) solidaire dudit corps et agencée pour passer d'une configuration de fermeture à une configuration de remplissage sous l'effet d'une poussée exercée par l'organe de distribution et pour reprendre sa configuration de fermeture en l'absence d'organe de distribution.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de distribution du récipient comporte une tige (5) de valve.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de distribution comporte une tige de pompe.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte également un récipient (2) destiné à recharger l'unité (3), ce récipient étant muni d'une tige de valve ou d'une tige de pompe.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que la tige est mobile par rapport au récipient selon son axe entre une position de repos et une position de distribution du produit.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que la force nécessaire pour provoquer le passage de la valve de remplissage de la configuration de fermeture à la configuration de remplissage est inférieure ou égale à la force nécessaire pour faire passer la tige de sa position de repos à sa position de distribution.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé par le fait que la force nécessaire pour faire passer la tige de sa position de repos à sa position de distribution est comprise entre 10 daN et 15 daN.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la valve de remplissage est configurée pour prendre la configuration de remplissage avant que l'organe de distribution ne délivre du produit dans l'unité rechargeable en produit.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la valve de remplissage est réalisée d'une seule pièce par moulage de matière, notamment une matière élastomère.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que la valve de remplissage est réalisée par l'assemblage de plusieurs composants.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la valve de remplissage est rapportée sur le corps (9) de l'unité rechargeable.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que le corps (9) de l'unité rechargeable est traversé par une ouverture (22) à l'intérieur de laquelle est disposée la valve de remplissage (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé par le fait que l'ouverture (22) est située dans un renfoncement (24) débouchant dans un espace intérieur (12) de l'unité.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par le fait que la valve de remplissage ne dépasse pas du renfoncement.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il n'y a pas de contact entre la valve de remplissage et l'élément rechargeable en produit.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que la valve de remplissage comporte un organe de rappel élastique permettant de la ramener dans la configuration de fermeture lorsque l'organe de distribution du récipient est désengagé de la valve de remplissage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 16, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de rappel élastique (28) se présente sous la forme d'une lèvre réalisée d'un seul tenant avec une partie (25) formant obturateur de la valve de remplissage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 16, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de rappel se présente sous la forme d'un ressort qui n'est pas réalisé d'un seul tenant avec une partie (25) formant obturateur de la valve, notamment un ressort hélicoïdal s'interposant élastiquement entre une surface extérieure (31) du corps et un épaulement (54) réalisé sur la partie formant obturateur (25) de la valve de remplissage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la valve de remplissage comporte une partie formant obturateur qui comporte au moins un orifice (38) qui est obturé par le corps (9) de l'unité rechargeable quand la valve est dans la configuration de fermeture et qui débouche dans l'espace intérieur (12) quand la valve est dans la configuration de remplissage, notamment au moins deux orifices (38) diamétralement opposés et coaxiaux.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la valve de remplissage comporte une partie formant obturateur qui comporte au moins un bossage (51, 52) permettant de réduire l'étendue des surfaces en contact de la valve de remplissage et du corps (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 20, caractérisé par le fait que la valve de remplissage comporte au moins un bossage annulaire, notamment au moins deux bossages annulaires (51, 52) disposés de préférence de part et d'autre du ou des orifices (38) par lequel ou lesquels le produit transite avant d'atteindre l'espace intérieur (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la valve de remplissage comporte une partie fixe (55) disposée dans une ouverture (22) du corps (9) et une partie (25) formant obturateur, mobile relativement à cette partie fixe sous l'effet d'une poussée exercée par l'organe de distribution du récipient, notamment sous l'effet d'une poussée exercée par la tige d'une pompe ou d'une valve venant appuyer contre la partie (25) formant obturateur pour l'écarter de la partie fixe.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la valve de remplissage comporte un embout (60) agencé pour coopérer avec l'organe de distribution (5), cet embout (60) étant mobile relativement à une pièce en élastomère.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la partie (25) formant obturateur est articulée sur la partie fixe par l'intermédiaire d'une partie (56) formant charnière.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la valve de remplissage comporte une tête (33) de retenue dans le corps (9) de l'unité rechargeable.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la tête (33) présente une paroi (34) amincie à sa périphérie.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément rechargeable en produit présent dans l'unité est constitué par un organe d'application.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un organe (10) de préhension de l'organe d'application fixé de manière amovible sur le corps.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 27, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'application est solidaire du corps lors de l'application.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 27 à 29, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'application comporte un élément élastiquement déformable, notamment une mousse.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'unité (3) comporte une poignée (90).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 31, caractérisé par le fait que la poignée (90) est amovible.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 31, caractérisé par le fait que la poignée (90) est repliable.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'unité (3) comporte une grille (95) interposée entre l'élément rechargeable en produit et la valve de remplissage (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient (2) comporte un tube plongeur.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 34, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient (2) comporte un piston (103) et par le fait que le récipient comporte un organe de distribution, notamment une pompe sans reprise d'air.
