Claims (26)
- Vorrichtung zur Übergabe einer Papier-, Karton-, Tissue- oder einer anderen Faserstoffbahn (1) in einer Maschine zur Herstellung und/oder Veredlung derselben von einer rotierenden Walze (3) an eine, von einem endlos umlaufenden, luftdurchlässigen Band (2) umschlungene, besaugte Leitwalze (6),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zwischen der Walze (3) und der Leitwalze (6) eine rotierende, besaugte Transfer-Leitwalze (7) angeordnet ist, welche von der Faserstoffbahn (1) teilweise umschlungen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Faserstoffbahn (1) die Transfer-Leitwalze (7) mit einem Winkel von mindestens 120°, vorzugsweise von mindestens 150° umschlingt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Transfer-Leitwalze (7) von der Walze (3) oder der Leitwalze (6) beabstandet ist, wobei der Abstand vorzugsweise zwischen 5 und 500 mm liegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Transfer-Leitwalze (7) von der Walze (3) und der Leitwalze (6) beabstandet ist, wobei der Abstand vorzugsweise zwischen 5 und 500 mm liegt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walze (3) von einer Presswalze einer vorgelagerten Presseinheit gebildet wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Band (2) von einem Trockensieb einer folgenden Trocknungseinheit gebildet wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Leitwalze (6) lagestabil angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Transfer-Leitwalze (7) lageveränderlich, vorzugsweise schwenkbar angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Lageveränderung der Transfer-Leitwalze (7) in einer den Umfang der Umschlingung der folgenden Leitwalze (6) durch die Faserstoffbahn (1) verändernden Weise möglich ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Unterdruck der Transfer-Leitwalze (7) steuerbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Transfer-Leitwalze (7) eine weiche Beschichtung aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Beschichtung von einem Weichpolymer, vorzugsweise Gummi gebildet wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Transfer-Leitwalze (7) eine dünne, äußere Beschichtung aus Teflon besitzt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Transfer-Leitwalze (7) eine Perforation aufweist, welche vorzugsweise von durch den Walzenmantel laufenden Bohrungen gebildet wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die perforierte Querschnittsfläche des Walzenmantels etwa 5 - 20%, vorzugsweise etwa 5 - 10% der Mantelfläche umfasst. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Bohrungen einen Durchmesser von maximal 10 mm, vorzugsweise maximal 5 mm und insbesondere von maximal 2 mm haben. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Transfer-Leitwalze (7) zumindest eine Saugzone (9) besitzt, die sich im wesentlichen auf den Bereich der Umschlingung durch die Faserstoffbahn (1) beschränkt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sich die Saugzone (9) entgegen der Bahnlaufrichtung (13) über den von der Faserstoffbahn (1) umschlungenen Bereich hinaus erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Leitwalze (6) zumindest eine Saugzone (8) besitzt, die sich im wesentlichen auf den Bereich der Umschlingung durch die Faserstoffbahn (1) beschränkt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sich die Saugzone (8) entgegen der Bahnlaufrichtung (13) über den von der Faserstoffbahn (1) umschlungenen Bereich hinaus erstreckt. - Verfahren zur Übergabe einer Papier-, Karton-, Tissue- oder einer anderen Faserstoffbahn (1) in einer Maschine zur Herstellung und/oder Veredlung derselben von einer rotierenden Walze (3) an eine, von einem endlos umlaufenden, luftdurchlässigen Band (2) umschlungene, besaugte Leitwalze (6), insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Faserstoffbahn (1) oder ein Streifen davon zwischen der Walze (3) und der Leitwalze (6) eine rotierende, besaugte Transfer-Leitwalze (7) zumindest teilweise umschlingt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Walze (3) von einer Presswalze einer vorgelagerten Presseinheit gebildet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 21 oder 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Band (2) von einem Trockensieb einer folgenden Trocknungseinheit gebildet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Unterdruck der Transfer-Leitwalze (7) während des Überführens der Faserstoffbahn (1) oder eines Streifens davon reduziert, vorzugsweise gänzlich abgeschaltet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Unterdruck in der Transfer-Leitwalze (7) während des Normalbetriebs zwischen -1 und -10 kPa liegt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zum Überführen der Faserstoffbahn (1) oder eines Streifens davon die Transfer-Leitwalze (7) in einer die Umschlingung der Transfer-Leitwalze (7) sowie der folgenden Leitwalze (6) durch die Faserstoffbahn (1) verringenden Weise in ihrer Lage verändert, vorzugsweise geschwenkt wird.
