Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Trocknen einer Papierbahn (1), insbesondere einer Tissuebahn, mit einem Struktursieb (3), an dem die Papierbahn (1) während des Trocknungsvorganges anliegt, mit einer Einrichtung (10) zum Entwässern der Papierbahn (1), mit einer Einrichtung (10, 11), um die Papierbahn (1) auf dem Struktursieb (3) zu fixieren, und mit einer Trockentrommel, an der die Papierbahn mittels heißer Luft getrocknet wird, gekennzeichnet durch eine einzige Walzeneinheit, bestehend aus einer Saugwalze (10) und einer Presswalze (11), zum Entwässern und Fixieren der Papierbahn (1) am Struktursieb (3).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Presswalze (11) eine Schuhpresswalze ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Papierbahn (1) beim Durchlauf zwischen der Saugwalze (10) und der Presswalze (11) zwischen dem Struktursieb (3) und einer Filzbahn (12) aufgenommen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Saugeinheit (13) der Saugwalze (10) im Bereich des zwischen Presswalze (11) und Saugwalze (10) befindlichen Pressspaltes (9) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Saugeinheit (13) der Saugwalze (10) im Bereich vor dem zwischen Presswalze (11) und Saugwalze (10) befindlichen Pressspalt (9) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugeinheit (13) der Saugwalze (10) im wesentlichen vor dem Bereich des zwischen Presswalze (11) und Saugwalze (10) befindlichen Pressspaltes (9) angeordnet ist und bis in den Bereich des Pressspaltes (9) reicht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugeinheit (13) wenigstens zwei Zonen mit unterschiedlicher Saugleistung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Aufnahmewalze (5) von der Saugwalze (10) gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Dampfblaskasten (8) der Saugeinheit (13) gegenüber liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen einer Aufnahmewalze (5) und der Walzeneinheit (10, 11) ein Dampfblaskasten (8) angeordnet ist.
