Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Kuppeln und Entkuppeln der Anschlußenden von Druckmittelleitungen, insbesondere von Hydraulikleitungen, mit einer ortsfesten und einer auf einem beweglichen Schlitten bewegbaren Kupplungshälfte, die in Kuppel- und/oder Entkuppelstellung bewegbar ist, insbesondere an Werkzeugschnellwechseleinrichtungen von Bau- oder Landmaschinen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (112) durch eine Kolben-/Zylindereinheit (113,114) bewegbar und in der Kupplungsstellung durch den Druckkolben (114), dessen Druck durch ein entsperrbares Druckhalteventil (119) gehalten ist, in der Verriegelungsstellung fixierbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckhalteventil (119) vom Steuerstand eines damit ausgerüsteten Gerätes betätigbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hydraulischen Leitungskupplungen (18,19) ohne eigene Trennsicherung, wie eine Kugelsicherung od. dgl., ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung zum Kuppeln und Entkuppeln der Anschlußenden von Druckmittelleitungen, insbesondere von Hydraulikleitungen, mit einer ortsfesten und einer auf einem beweglichen Schlitten bewegbaren Kupplungshälfte, die in Kuppel- und/oder Entkuppelstellung bewegbar ist, insbesondere an Werkzeug-Schnellwechseleinrichtungen von Bau- oder Landmaschinen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (213a) durch ein mechanisches Kraftübertragungsmittel, insbesondere eines Schraubgewindes (222, 226) oder eines Hebels (220), von der entkuppelten in die gekuppelte Position bewegbar und dort in der Verriegelungsstellung fixierbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der Kupplungshälften (214) lösbare Verriegelungsmittel (29,216,217) zur Fixierung der Kupplungshälften (27,214) im gekuppelten Zustand aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungshälften (27,214) jeweils in einem Gehäuse (25,213) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die lösbaren Verriegelungsmittel mit dem Schlitten (213a) und/oder Gehäuse (213) in Verbindung stehen und durch die Verschiebung des Schlittens (213a) von der gekuppelten in die entkuppelte Stellung bewegbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Verriegelungsmittel in Form einer selbst verriegelnden Schnappkupplung mit Überwurfhülse (216) zur Lösung der Verriegelung ausgebildet und die Überwurfhülse (216) formschlüssig mit dem Schlitten (213a) und/oder Gehäuse (213) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kraftübertragungsmittel als den Schlitten (213a) bewegende und die Kupplung (27,214) in der Schließstellung haltende Gewindeschraube (221,225) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Gehäuse (25) und/oder wenigstens eine Kupplungshälfte (27) federgelagert ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (213a) mittels auf Rund- oder Führungsschienen (211) gleitenden Hülsen (212) verschiebbar gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (213a) eine Durchtrittsaufnahme (218) für einen Stellhebel (220) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungshälften (27,214) und/oder Gehäuse (213) sie umgebende Schutzhülsen aufweisen.
