Claims (6)
- Spender (Sp) zur portionierten Ausgabe pastöser Massen (8), mit rohrförmigem Gehäuse (1), in welchem ein Kolben (9) sich bei Entleerungsbetätigung schrittweise in Richtung (Pfeil x) einer Entleerungstülle (18) verlagert, welcher ein in Richtung des Kolbens (9) eindrückbarer, über eine Handhabe (H) betätigbarer Quetschkopf (13) und den Öffnungsquerschnitt (19) der Entleerungstülle (18) verschließender Deckel (21) zugeordnet ist, wobei eine in Eindrückrichtung des Quetschkopfes (13) verschiebliche Dreh-Zapfenverbindung (DV) zwischen Deckel (21) und Entleerungstülle (18) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass eine Schlitz-/Dreh-Zapfenlagerung (23/22) zwischen Deckel (21) und Gehäuse (1) vorgesehen ist, und zwar derart, dass sich der Drehzapfen (22) nach teilweiser Öffnungsverschiebung (Winkel Beta) des Deckels (21) unter Mitschleppen der Entleerungstülle (18) durch Abstützen an einem gehäuseseitigen Widerlager (W) in Eindrückrichtung des Quetschkopfes (13) verschiebt.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Deckel (21) und Handhabe (H) eine Einheit bilden.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (21) in einen pickelhaubenartigen Vorsprung (32) ausläuft.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Widerlager (W) von einem in Richtung des Dreh-Zapfens (22) ausladenden Flügel (31) gebildet ist, gegen dessen Unterseite (30) die Flanke (29) eines Armes (I) des Deckels (21) stößt.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (21) einen Unterrand (33) aufweist und dass der Unterrand (33) des Deckels (21) in eine passende Vertiefungsrinne (34) des Gehäuses (1) eintaucht.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkweg (Winkel Beta) des Deckels (21) bis zur Freilage des Entleerungstüllen-Öffnungsquerschnitts (19) größer ist als der Restschwenkweg (Winkel Gamma) des Deckels (21) für die Eindrückbewegung des Quetschkopfes (13).
