Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung (16) zur Behandlung einer Materialbahn, insbesondere zur Beeinflussung von Glanz und/oder Glätte einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn oder zur Entwässerung einer Papier- oder Faservliesbahn, mit wenigstens einem Breitnip (14), der zwischen einer Breitnipeinheit (10) mit wenigstens einem in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) verlängerten Breitnipschuh (18) sowie einem über den Breitnipschuh (18) geführten umlaufenden flexiblen Band (20) und einer komplementären Gegeneinheit (12) gebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Breitnipschuh (18) in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) sektioniert und zur variablen Einstellung der sich in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) ergebenden Schuhbreite (Bi) zumindest ein Teil (261) der zwischen dem einlaufseitigen und dem auslaufseitigen Schuhsegment (22 bzw. 26) angeordneten Schuhsegmente (26) zwischen einer Arbeitsstellung und einer Ruhestellung verstellbar ist, wobei die Schuhsegmente (22 - 26) bezüglich der komplementären Gegeneinheit (12) radial ausgerichtet und zumindest teilweise entlang einer zur Gegeneinheit (12) konzentrischen teilkreisförmigen Bahn (28) geführt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das einlaufseitige und das auslaufseitige Schuhsegment (22 bzw. 24) jeweils mit einer hydrodynamischen Auflauf- bzw. Ablauffläche (30 bzw. 32) für das umlaufende flexible Band (20) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nur zwischen dem einlaufseitigen und dem auslaufseitigen Schuhsegment (22 bzw. 24) angeordnete Schuhsegmente (261) zwischen einer Arbeitsstellung und einer Ruhestellung verstellbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nur das einlaufseitige und das auslaufseitige Schuhsegment (22 bzw. 24) jeweils mit einer hydrodynamischen Auflauf- bzw. Ablauffläche (30 bzw. 32) für das umlaufende flexible Band (20) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die betreffenden Schuhsegmente (261) radial zwischen der Arbeitsstellung und der Ruhestellung verstellbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radial zwischen einer Arbeitsstellung und einer Ruhestellung verstellbaren Schuhsegmente (261) eine geringere radiale Höhe (h) als die radial nicht verstellbaren Schuhsegmente (22, 24, 262) besitzen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radial zwischen einer Arbeitsstellung und einer Ruhestellung verstellbaren Schuhsegmente (261) jeweils zwischen zwei radial nicht verstellbaren Schuhsegmenten (22, 24, 262) angeordnet und in ihrer Ruhestellung jeweils in einer Aussparung (34) zumindest eines der benachbarten radial nicht verstellbaren Schuhsegmente (22, 24, 262) aufgenommen sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest das einlaufseitige und das auslaufseitige Schuhsegment (22 bzw. 24) über eine Schwalbenschwanzführung (36) entlang der zur komplementären Gegeneinheit (12) konzentrischen teilkreisförmigen Bahn (28) geführt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breitnipeinheit (10) durch eine Breitnipwalze mit einem über den Breitnipschuh (18) geführten flexiblen Walzenmantel (20) gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zumindest einen Breitnipkalander umfasst.
