Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Benetzen von rieselförmigen Streugütern insbesondere Fasern, Späne, Schnitzel aus lignozellulosehaltigen und/oder zellulosehaltigen Rohstoffen oder Kunststoffen mit einem Bindemittel mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten:a) Trocknen der rieselförmigen Streugüter auf eine Endfeuchte von 3 - 20%;b) Zuführen der rieselförmigen Streugüter einer Förderleitung (4);c) Pneumatisches Fördern der rieselförmigen Streugüter innerhalb der Förderleitung (4) zu einem Benetzungsabschnitt (7);d) Erhöhung der Strömungsgeschwindigkeit der rieselförmigen Streugüter in einem Reduzierabschnitt (8) der dem Benetzungsabschnitt (7) unmittelbar vorgeschaltet ist;e) Benetzen der rieselförmigen Streugüter mit einem Bindemittel in dem Benetzungsabschnitt (7);
- Verfahren zum Benetzen von rieselförmigen Streugütern nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei im Anschluß an den Benetzungsabschnitt (7) die benetzten Streugüter zunächst durch einen Verweilabschnitt (10) gefördert werden.
- Verfahren zum Benetzen von rieselförmigen Streugütern nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das pneumatische Fördern mittels erhitzter Luft erfolgt.
- Verfahren zum Benetzen von rieselförmigen Streugütern nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Mantelfläche des Benetzungsabschnittes (7) derart temperierbar ist, dass sich an der Innenwandung ein Kondensatfilm bildet.
- Vorrichtung zum Benetzen von pneumatisch geförderten rieselförmigen Gütern mit einem Bindemittel, wobei die rieselförmigen Güter zunächst in einem Trockner auf Endfeuchte getrocknet werden, die getrockneten Güter in einer Förderleitung (4) einem Benetzungsabschnitt (7) zugeführt werden, wobei dem Benetzungsabschnitt (7) ein Reduzierabschnitt (8) vorgeschaltet ist, der eine Querschnittsreduzierung D1 der Förderleitung (4) auf D2 des Benetzungsabschnittes (7) bewirkt, wobei der Benetzungsabschnitt (7) mit einer Vielzahl von Beleimungsdüsen (9) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Benetzungsabschnitt (7) über die gesamte Förderlänge (L1) einen reduzierten Querschnitt D2 aufweist und dass im Anschluss an den Benetzungsabschnitt (7) eine Förderleitung (13) vorsehen ist, in der ein Nachtrocknen der rieselförmigen Güter erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung zum Benetzen von pneumatisch geförderten rieselförmigen Gütern mit einem Bindemittel nach Patentanspruch 5, wobei dem Benetzungsabschnitt (7) und der Förderleitung (13) ein Verweilabschnitt (10) zwischengeschaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Benetzen von pneumatisch geförderten rieselförmigen Gütern mit einem Bindemittel nach Patentanspruch 6, wobei der Verweilabschnitt (10) mit einer Mischkammer (11) verbunden ist, und die Mischkammer (11) eine Zuführleitung (12) für ein erhitztes gasförmiges Fördermedium aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zum Benetzen von pneumatisch geförderten rieselförmigen Gütern mit einem Bindemittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Benetzungsabschnitt (7)aus hochwertigem poliertem Material besteht und als doppelwandiges Rohr ausgebildet ist, das einen Einlass und einen Auslass für ein Kühlmedium aufweist.
