Claims (18)

  1. Changeur de produit de revêtement (6, 6', 6") sous forme de composant autonome, en particulier changeur de peinture pour une installation de peinture, comportant plusieurs raccords pour l'admission de différents produits de revêtement (F1-F20), les différents raccords pour produits de revêtement débouchant dans une conduite de produit de revêtement (14, 14'),
    caractérisé en ce que la conduite de produit de revêtement (14, 14') comporte au moins deux tronçons (14.1, 14.1', 14.1", 14.2, 14.2', 14.2"), dans lesquels débouchent respectivement plusieurs des raccords pour produits de revêtement, sachant qu'au moins un des tronçons de conduite (14.1, 14.1', 14.1", 14.2, 14.2', 14.2") peut être lavé indépendamment de l'autre tronçon de conduite (14.1, 14.1', 14.1", 14.2, 14.2', 14.2").
  2. Changeur de produit de revêtement (6, 6', 6") selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que tous les tronçons (14.1, 14.1', 14.1", 14.2, 14.2', 14.2") de la conduite de produit de revêtement peuvent être lavés chacun indépendamment des autres tronçons de conduite.
  3. Changeur de produit de revêtement (6, 6', 6") selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que seulement un des tronçons (14.1, 14.2) de la conduite de produit de revêtement (14) peut être lavé indépendamment de l'autre tronçon (14.2), sachant que le tronçon de conduite (14.1) lavable isolément est disposé en aval de l'autre tronçon de conduite (14.2).
  4. Changeur de produit de revêtement (6, 6', 6") selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les différents tronçons (14.1', 14.1", 14.2', 14.2") de la conduite de produit de revêtement (14') sont disposés les uns derrière les autres dans le sens d'écoulement et se prolongent les uns les autres.
  5. Changeur de produit de revêtement (6, 6', 6") selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une vanne d'arrêt (16) est montée entre les différents tronçons (14.1, 14.2) de la conduite de produit de revêtement (14).
  6. Changeur de produit de revêtement (6, 6', 6") selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que, entre les différents tronçons (14.1, 14.2) de la conduite de produit de revêtement (14), un premier raccord pour produit de nettoyage débouche dans la conduite de produit de revêtement, afin de pouvoir laver les tronçons (14.1, 14.2) indépendamment l'un de l'autre.
  7. Changeur de produit de revêtement (6, 6', 6") selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, au niveau de l'extrémité avant de la conduite de produit de revêtement (14), un deuxième raccord pour produit de nettoyage débouche dans la conduite de produit de revêtement (14).
  8. Changeur de produit de revêtement (6, 6', 6") selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, entre les différents tronçons (14.1, 14.2) de la conduite de produit de revêtement (14), un premier raccord de retour débouche dans la conduite de produit de revêtement (14), afin de ramener les résidus de produit de revêtement hors de la conduite de produit de revêtement (14).
  9. Changeur de produit de revêtement (6, 6', 6") selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce que, au niveau de l'extrémité avant de la conduite de produit de revêtement (14), un deuxième raccord de retour débouche dans la conduite de produit de revêtement, afin de ramener les résidus de produit de revêtement hors de la conduite de produit de revêtement (14).
  10. Changeur de produit de revêtement (6, 6', 6") selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les différents tronçons (14.1', 14. 1 ", 14.2', 14.2") de la conduite de produit de revêtement sont réunis en aval.
  11. Changeur de produit de revêtement (6, 6', 6") selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les différents tronçons (14.1', 14. 1 ", 14.2', 14.2") de la conduite de produit de revêtement sont réunis en aval par l'intermédiaire d'une première vanne de commutation (17'), sachant que le première vanne de commutation (17') sélectionne un tronçon (14.1', 14.2') de la conduite de produit de revêtement (14').
  12. Changeur de produit de revêtement (6, 6', 6") selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que les différents tronçons (14.1', 14.2') de la conduite de produit de revêtement (14') convergent sont réunis en amont.
  13. Changeur de produit de revêtement (6, 6', 6") selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les différents tronçons (14.1', 14.2') de la conduite de produit de revêtement (14') sont réunis en amont par l'intermédiaire d'une deuxième vanne de commutation (16), sachant que le deuxième vanne de commutation (16) sélectionne un tronçon (14.1', 14,2') de la conduite de produit de revêtement (14').
  14. Changeur de produit de revêtement (6, 6', 6") selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un raccord d'air pulsé débouche dans la conduite de produit de revêtement en aval des tronçons (14.1', 14. 1 ", 14.2', 14.2") séparés et/ou au niveau de l'extrémité arrière de la conduite de produit de revêtement.
  15. Changeur de produit de revêtement (6, 6', 6") selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un raccord de retour débouche dans la conduite de produit de revêtement (14, 14') en amont des tronçons (14.1, 14.1', 14.1", 14.2, 14.2', 14.2") séparés et/ou au niveau de l'extrémité avant de la conduite de produit de revêtement (14, 14'), afin de ramener les résidus de produit de revêtement hors de la conduite de produit de revêtement (14, 14').
  16. Changeur de produit de revêtement (6, 6', 6") selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans l'un des tronçons de conduite (14.1) débouchent des raccords pour des produits de revêtement fréquemment utilisés, alors que dans l'autre tronçon de conduit (14.2) débouchent des raccords pour des produits de revêtement rarement utilisés.
  17. Installation de peinture comportant un changeur de produit de revêtement (6, 6', 6") selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
  18. Installation de peinture selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que les produits de revêtement acheminés vers le changeur de produit de revêtement (6, 6', 6") à travers les raccords pour produit de revêtement ont des fréquences d'utilisation définies, sachant que la somme des fréquences d'utilisation des produits de revêtement acheminés vers le tronçon de conduite lavable isolément est supérieure à 65%,
    alors que la somme des fréquences d'utilisation des produits de revêtement acheminés vers l'autre tronçon de conduite est inférieure à 35%.
