Abstract
Claims (9)
- Outil d'insertion comprenant un moyeu en forme de disque (10), pouvant être entraîné en rotation, et un abrasif (12) disposé notamment dans une région radialement extérieure, comme par exemple pour un disque de découpe, un disque de meulage, un disque d'ébauche, un disque de fraisage, caractérisé en ce que le moyeu (10) présente au moins un logement (16, 18, 20) s'étendant dans la direction axiale (14), disposé de manière excentrée, pour un élément fonctionnel, formé par un boulon, d'un système de serrage rapide, le logement présentant une paroi latérale s'étendant dans la direction axiale, qui est façonnée sur le moyeu (10) par un procédé d'emboutissage profond.
- Outil d'insertion selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le logement (16, 18, 20) est réalisé d'une seule pièce avec le moyeu (10).
- Outil d'insertion selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le logement (16, 18, 20) présente une paroi latérale fermée (22, 24, 26).
- Outil d'insertion selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le logement (16, 18, 20) présente une surface de section transversale ronde.
- Outil d'insertion selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le logement (16, 18, 20) présente, sur son côté frontal (28, 30, 32) tourné dans la direction axiale (14), au moins une ouverture de passage (34, 36, 38).
- Outil d'insertion selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le logement (16, 18, 20) est disposé dans une région (40) disposée de manière renfoncée dans le moyeu (10).
- Outil d'insertion selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le logement (16, 18, 20) dépasse un serre-flan (42, 44) dans la direction axiale (14).
- Outil d'insertion selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le logement (16, 18, 20) est disposé, dans le sens opposé à un sens de rotation (46), avant le serre-flan (42, 44).
- Système de serrage rapide comprenant un outil d'insertion selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, et un dispositif de serrage rapide, notamment d'une meuleuse d'angle portative (48), par le biais duquel l'outil d'insertion peut être connecté fonctionnellement à un arbre d'entraînement, l'outil d'insertion pouvant être connecté fonctionnellement au dispositif de serrage rapide par le biais d'au moins un élément d'encliquetage en forme de boulon monté de manière mobile contre un élément de ressort, lequel élément d'encliquetage s'encliquète dans une position de fonctionnement de l'outil d'insertion dans le logement (16, 18, 20) et fixe par engagement positif l'outil d'insertion dans la direction périphérique (50, 52).
