Claims (16)
- Arretiervorrichtung zur Fixierung zweier Möbelstücke aneinander, insbesondere durch Verbindung zweier Seitenwände (1c, 1d), in denen jeweils eine Arretiereinrichtung (9) montierbar ist, mit den folgenden Merkmalendie Arretiervorrichtung umfasst zwei Arretiereinrichtungen (9),die beiden Arretiereinrichtungen (9) sind funktionsgleich ausgebildet,jede Arretiereinrichtung (9) weist ein topfförmiges Festteil (15) auf,in dem zugehörigen Boden (15b) des topfförmigen Festteils (15) ist eine Ausnehmung (23) ausgebildet,die Ausnehmung (23) umfasst von einer das Festteil (15) axial durchsetzenden Zentralachse (25) radial nach außen verlaufende Ausnehmungsabschnitte (23'),es sind von der Zentralachse (25) ausgehend zumindest zwei radial nach außen verlaufende Ausnehmungsabschnitte (23') vorgesehen, die in regelmäßigen Winkelabschnitten zueinander angeordnet sind,im Innenraum (27) des topf- oder gehäuseförmigen Festteiles (15) ist ein als Einstellglied (29) wirkendes Drehteil (29) vorgesehen,das Drehteil (29) umfasst ein Betätigungsteil (29a) mit einem axial in Richtung Boden (15b) versetzt liegenden Arretierelement (29c),das Arretierelement (29c) weist eine Formgebung mit radial nach außen vorstehenden Arretierarmen (31) so auf, dass das so gebildete Arretierelement (29c) durch die Ausnehmung (23) axial hindurchführbar ist, undzur Bewirkung einer Arretierung sind zwei mit ihrem Bodenbereich aufeinander zuweisende Arretiereinrichtungen (9) dadurch aneinander fixierbar, dass durch Eindrücken des Einstellgliedes oder Drehteiles (29) einer Arretiereinrichtung (9) das zugehörige Arretierelement (29c) durch die Ausnehmung (23) im Boden (15b) der eigenen Arretiereinrichtung (9) und durch die entsprechende Ausnehmung (23) im Boden (15b) der benachbart liegenden zweiten Arretiereinrichtung (9) hindurchführbar und durch nachfolgende Verdrehbewegung hinter den zwischen den Ausnehmungsabschnitten (23') gebildeten und zum Boden (15b) der anderen Arretiereinrichtung (9) gehörenden Arretiervorsprüngen (41) verriegelbar ist.
- Arretiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arretierelement (29c) und die zugehörige Ausnehmung (23) im Boden (15b) einer Arretiereinrichtung (9) so geformt und dimensioniert ist, dass die entsprechende Ausnehmung (23) um einen um das Arretierelement (29c) umlaufenden Spalt (33) größer gestaltet ist.
- Arretiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (23) im Boden (15b) kreuzförmig gestaltet ist.
- Arretiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arretierelement (29c) kreuzförmig gestaltet ist.
- Arretiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arretierwirkung nach Art eines Bajonettverschlusses gebildet ist.
- Arretiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arretierelement (29c) mehrere radial vorstehende Arretierarme (31) umfasst.
- Arretiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arretierarme (31) im Querschnitt parallel zur Zentralachse (25) zumindest leicht dachförmig gestaltet sind und/oder mit einem Vorsprung oder einer Erhebung (42), insbesondere einem rippenartigen Vorsprung (42) versehen sind.
- Arretiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass gehäuseinnenseitig jeweils Vertiefungen (40) oder Vorsprünge vorgesehen sind, die zur Erzielung einer bajonettartigen Arretierwirkung mit einem entsprechenden Vorsprung (38) oder einer entsprechenden Vertiefung an den Arretierarmen (31) und/oder einem abdeckappenförmigen Betätigungsteil (29), welches ein Drehteil (29) ist, zumindest in Verriegelungsstellung zusammenwirken.
- Arretiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einstellglied (28) ein abdeckkappenförmiges Betätigungsteil (29a) aufweist.
- Arretiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am umlaufenden Rand des abdeckkappenförmigen Betätigungsteil (29a) zumindest ein Vorsprung (38) und an der zylinderförmigen Innenseite der Umgebungswand (15a) des topfförmigen Festteiles (15) eine entsprechende Vertiefung (40) oder umgekehrt vorgesehen ist, wobei der Arretiervorsprung (38) in die Vertiefung (40) in Arretierstellung und/oder in Freigabestellung eingreift.
- Arretiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Innenraum (34) des topfoder gehäuseförmigen Feststellteiles (15) eine Federeinrichtung (35) vorgesehen ist, die das Einstellglied oder Drehteil (29) vom zugehörigen Boden (15b) weg druckbeaufschlagt.
- Arretiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einstellglied oder Drehteil (29) verliersicher im Innenraum (34) des topf- oder gehäuseförmigen Festteils (15) gehalten ist.
- Arretiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Arretiereinrichtung (9) in einer zugehörigen Wand (1a-1d) eines Möbelteiles, insbesondere boxen- oder containerförmigen Möbelteils, verdrehsicher verankert ist.
- Arretiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arretiereinrichtung (9) insgesamt von einer Rotationsform abweicht.
- Arretiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das topfförmige Arretiergehäuse (9a) auf der zum zugehörigen Boden (15b) gegenüberliegenden Seite mit einem umlaufenden flanschförmigen Rand (15c) versehen ist.
- Arretiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flanschförmige Rand (15c) von einer Kreisform abweicht, vorzugsweise ovalförmig gestaltet ist.
