Claims (7)
- Schussfaden-Wechselvorrichtung für eine Webmaschine mit mindestens einem Paar von Zubringerösen für jedes Schusseintragselement,
wobei die Zubringerösen (411, 412; 413, 414) eines Paares zwischen einer Bereitschafts- (B) und einer Übergabeposition (U) zueinander gegenläufig bewegbar sind,
wobei die Zubringerösen (411, 412; 413, 414) einzeln an steuerbar angetriebenen Schlitten (41, 42, 43, 44) befestigt oder ausgebildet sind,
wobei die Schlitten (41, 42; 43, 44) auf gestellfesten Führungsschienen (51, 52; 53, 54) zwischen der Bereitschafts- (B) und der Übergabeposition (U) geführt sind,
wobei den Schlitten (41, 42; 43, 44) eines Paares von Zubringerösen (411, 412; 413, 414) zwischen dem steuerbaren Antrieb (Schrittmotor 66, 66') und den Schlitten (41, 42, 43, 44) Übertragungsglieder in Form eines flexiblen Zugmittels (6, 6') zugeordnet sind,
wobei das flexible Zugmittel (6, 6') über ein Antriebsrad (65, 65') und mindestens ein Umlenkrad (671, 672, 673, 674) unter Ausbildung von gegenläufig bewegten Trumen (61, 62, 63, 64), die parallel zu den Führungsschienen (51, 52, 53, 54) ausgerichtet sind, geführt wird und
wobei an dem flexiblen Zugmittel (6, 6') im Bereich dieser Trume (61, 62, 63, 64) die Schlitten (41, 42, 43, 44) mit ihren Zubringerösen (411, 412; 413, 414) befestigt sind. - Schussfaden-Wechselvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (41, 42, 43, 44) aus einem Kunststoffteil besteht,in das eine Keramiköse als Zubringeröse (411, 412; 413, 414) eingefügt ist,das mit profilierten, der Führungsschiene (51, 52, 53, 54) angepassten Führungsprofilen (412, 423) ausgestattet ist unddem mindestens eine lösbare Kupplung (Klemmplatte 412, 422) für das flexible Zugmittel (6, 6') zugeordnet ist.
- Schussfaden-Wechselvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Zugmittel (6, 6') aus einer Zugschnur gebildet ist, deren Enden am Antriebsrad (65, 65') lösbar fixiert sind.
- Schussfaden-Wechselvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsrad (65, 65') auf dem Wellenzapfen (661, 661') eines Schrittoder Servomotors (66, 66') befestigt ist.
- Schussfaden-Wechselvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsrad (65, 65') zwischen Nabe und Radkranz mit Ausnehmungen (652, 652') und mit Klemmmitteln (Schnurklemmen 651,651') für das Zugmittel (6, 6') ausgestattet ist.
- Schussfaden-Wechselvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der profilierten Führungsschienen (51, 52; 53, 54) eines Paares das Antriebsrad (65, 65') und je eine von zwei Umlenkrollen (671, 672; 673, 674) für das fiexible Zugmittel (6, 6') tangieren.
- Schussfaden-Wechselvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkrollen (671, 672; 673, 674) als Kunststoffteile ausgebildet sind und
dass die Gleitfläche der Nabe und/oder die Führungsbahn für das flexible Zugmittel (6, 6') mit festen Schmierstoffen (z. B. Teflon) beschichtet ist/sind.
