Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mounting system for a ski binding on a ski according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • the front and rear binding aggregates of conventional ski bindings have to be fitted to the ski in a shoe-size fashion. If the attachment of the binding units is done by screwing, depending on the size of the shoe differently spaced holes must be provided for receiving the screws in the ski.
  • skis are known, which are provided on their upper side with undercut longitudinal rails, which are anchored to structural parts of the ski and are already arranged by the ski manufacturer in the production of skis.
  • this guide rails can then be front and rear binding units insert with complementary to the profile of the guide rails guide profiles and fix in different positions on the guide rails. Possibly.
  • This fixation can be achieved by means of an abutment supported between the binding units on the guide rails or on the ski take place, which in turn is then coupled via variable-length band or rod-like members with the binding units.
  • binding units are arranged to be arranged on ski-base parts in the ski longitudinal direction adjustable to make an adaptation to different shoe sizes can.
  • fixing holes must be arranged regularly in accordance with special drilling patterns in the ski.
  • a mounting system of the type specified above known.
  • a mounting system in which the skifest to be mounted parts without regard to the sole length of the desired ski boot can be mounted.
  • This can be used for ski-side mounting holes a uniform drill or hole pattern, which can also be configured from the standpoint of minimal reaction of the mounting system on the flex characteristics of the ski beyond.
  • the ski-side structural parts receiving the fastening means, in particular screws, which are necessary for a tear-proof mounting of the fastening means need only occupy very small areas in plan view of the ski, since the position of the fastening means depends on the sole length of the desired Ski boot is independent and accordingly exactly specifiable. In this way, unwanted stiffening of the ski can be avoided by excessively large structural parts for receiving fasteners.
  • the guide rail parts can transmit neither train nor thrust forces on each other. Accordingly, the two guide rail parts do not form a continuous structural layer above a neutral bending plane of the ski within the receiving area of the ski boots on the ski. Nevertheless, the design of the guide rail parts can give the impression of a one-piece or one-piece construction.
  • the mounting system of FR 2 815 546 A1 Also advantageous in that the binding units inevitably receive an increased vertical distance from the ski top side, similar to frequently mounted between conventional binding units and the ski top side stand or spacer plates.
  • the mounting system of FR 2 815 546 A1 So also has the function to raise the footprint of the ski boot opposite the ski upper side to facilitate the edge use of the ski.
  • a pin or a screw can pass through a vertical bore at an end region of the respective carrier part and engage in a corresponding hole arranged individually or as part of a row of holes on one of the guide rail parts, to determine the respective carrier part in the ski longitudinal direction.
  • a locking member with at least one transversely movable control tab, which can be inserted in the transverse direction into recesses of an arranged on a guide rail part counter latch side.
  • the holes or threaded parts are arranged at predetermined positions, which are independent of the sole length of a ski shoe to be placed on the ski 1, as will be shown below.
  • the two guide rail parts 2 and 3 can give the appearance of a single part.
  • the guide rail parts 2 and 3 may overlap in the region of the longitudinal center of the ski 1 according to FIGS. 1 and 2.
  • this overlap should be designed so that transversely to the ski longitudinal direction extending, opposite end faces of the guide rail parts 2 and 3 are spaced from each other in the ski longitudinal direction, such that the guide rail parts 2 are able to transfer any bending forces on bending movements of the ski 1 each other.
  • the overlap should preferably be designed so that the two guide rail parts 2 can transmit no tensile forces on each other.
  • the front guide rail part 2 forms according to FIG. 3 essentially a resting on the ski upper side, relatively flexible plate with at its longitudinal edges extended, upwardly and laterally projecting web-like guide rails 5, which are freely accessible at the front end in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail part 2 and at the other end of the guide rail part 2 in a the other guide rail part 3 from above overlapping platform-like area 6 ends.
  • T-profile 7 In the front half of the guide rail part 2 an inverse, upwardly open T-profile 7 is recessed, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail part 2 and is open at the front end.
  • the T-profile 7 is followed by a row of holes 8 whose function will be explained below.
  • Each hole of the row of holes 8 is arranged within an example conical elevation, such that the guide rail part 2 may be formed thin in the vicinity of the row of holes in the vertical direction, the holes of the row of holes 8 nonetheless have a greater vertical length.
  • the guide rail part 3 has to the guide rails 5 of the guide rail part 2 with respect to their profile similar guide rails 9. Between these guide rails 9 is in a subsequent to the guide rail part 2 region of the guide rail part 3 of the row of holes 8 of the guide rail part 2 similar row of holes 10, whose purpose further down is explained.
  • a front binding support member 12 is slidably disposed on the front guide rail part 2.
  • This is formed as a platform-like slide member integrally formed with, sliding shoe-like guide elements 13 which have a complementary to the guide rails 5 profile and accordingly engage around the guide rails 5 with positive engagement, so that the binding support member 12 is movable only in the longitudinal direction of the guide rails 5.
  • the guide elements 13 are arranged as front and rear guide elements spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction, so that the guide rails 5 are exposed in the longitudinal center region of the front binding carrier part 12 and can move vertically relative to the binding carrier part 12 in this area without danger of distortion on the binding carrier part.
  • a principally conventional front or toe-side ski binding assembly can in principle be mounted on a ski in the same way as before. 1 to 3, only a two-part base plate 14 ', 14 "is shown, which carries the front shoe or sole support unit (not shown) Mounting holes 15 'and 15 "in the Fixing screws 16 can be inserted into these fastening holes 15 'and 15 ", which are then screwed into receiving holes 17 on the binding carrier part 12 for holding the binding unit or the base plate 14', 14" Fixing screws 16 are dimensioned so short that they do not interact positively or positively with the guide rail part 2.
  • Another, longer fastening screw 18 is inserted into the mounting hole 19 of the lower base plate member 14 'and the aligned mounting hole 20 in the binding support member 12 and screwed into one of the holes of the row of holes 8 of the guide rail part 2.
  • the fastening screw 18 holds the binding support member 12 together with the binding unit arranged thereon in the longitudinal direction relative to the guide rail part 2.
  • the binding unit is arranged on the binding support member 12 relative to the longitudinal center of the ski 1 further forward or rearward.
  • At the front end of the front binding support member 12 may still be formed or arranged a guide piece 21, which is complementary to the T-profile 7 of the front guide rail part 2 and engages in the T-profile 7. This can be achieved with respect to vertical tensile forces particularly strong coupling between front guide rail part 2 and binding support member 12.
  • a rear binding member 22 is slidably disposed on the rear guide rail part 3, a rear binding member 22 is slidably disposed.
  • sliding shoe-like guide elements 23 are attached or integrally formed on the binding support member 22, which have a profile complementary to the guide rails 9 and hold the binding support member 22 to the guide rails 9 in the vertical and sideways direction immovable.
  • front and rear guide elements 23 There are again arranged longitudinally spaced front and rear guide elements 23, between which the guide rails 9 of the guide rail part 3 remain vertically movable.
  • the binding support member 22 can be fixed immovably to the guide rail member 3 in the longitudinal direction by means of a fastening screw 24 which is inserted into a receiving hole 25 on the binding carrier part 12.
  • the fastening screw 24 is screwed into one of the holes of the row of holes 10. With the respectively selected hole of the row of holes 10, it is determined whether the binding support member 22 is located further forward or further back on the ski 1 and held.
  • a conventional conventional rear or heelside binding unit is arranged on the binding carrier part 22.
  • a sliding guide plate 26 with its rear end between undercut edge strips 27 of the binding support member 22nd can be inserted, wherein in the inserted end position integrally formed on the binding member 22 spring tongue 28 engages the facing transverse edge of the sliding guide plate 26 stop.
  • the sliding guide plate can cooperate with integrally formed on it recesses 29 with not shown locking elements on the edge strips 27 of the binding carrier part 22.
  • the spring tongue 28 and the latching recesses 29 serve essentially only as an assembly aid in the arrangement of the sliding guide plate 26 on the binding support member 22.
  • fixing screws 30, which are inserted into receiving holes 31 of the sliding guide plate 26 and in it let mounting holes 32 in the binding support member 22 to rotate.
  • the fastening screws 30 may also be formed so long that they can be screwed into holes of the rows of holes 11 of the rear guide rail part 3. In this case, the fastening screws 30 also serve to fix the binding carrier part 22 on the guide rail part 3, so that the fastening screw 24 can be dispensed with.
  • the sliding guide plate 26 is used for slidably receiving a binding housing 33 of the rear or heel-side binding aggregate.
  • the sliding guide plate 26 has the sliding guide plate 26 in profile C-shaped edge webs 34, in which the binding housing 33 with molded on it lateral guide webs 35 engages.
  • the binding housing 33 is held on the sliding guide plate 26 by a screw-adjustable abutment 36, on which the binding housing 33 is supported by means of a variable prestressable initial spring suspension (not shown).
  • This start-up suspension is used in a known manner to hold the heel-side binding unit in contact pressure on the heel-side sole end of the ski boot.
  • the row of holes 8 is arranged on the front guide rail part 2
  • FIGS. 5 to 7 differs from the embodiment described above initially by a different locking of the front binding support member 12 in the longitudinal direction.
  • a double-armed locking lever 39 is pivotally mounted on the underside of the front binding support member 12 by means of a rivet 38 which passes through a corresponding vertical bore of the binding support member 12.
  • one arm of the latching lever 39 designed as a flat part is arranged movably against the force of a restoring spring 41 within a window 40 recessed in the binding carrier part 12.
  • the formed in the example shown as a helical spring return spring 41 is relatively stationary supported in a recess of the window 40 and seeks to clamp with its other end the associated arm of the locking lever 39 against the opposite edge of the window 40.
  • the other arm of the locking lever 39 has an angled portion 42, which is accessible as a handle within a further window 43 in the binding support member 12.
  • this tie bar 45 may in principle be arranged on the front guide rail part 2. In the present case, however, it is arranged on an extension 46 of the rear guide rail part 3, and the guide rail part 2 has a corresponding recess for receiving the aforementioned extension 46.
  • the abutment member 48 is pivotally mounted with lateral extensions 50 in corresponding recesses (not shown) on the binding housing 33 and can engage with downwardly projecting locking lugs 51 in ladder-like transverse slots 52 of the sliding guide plate 26, wherein the voltage of the starting spring 49, the locking lugs 51 against the sliding guide plate 26 and thus tries to push into the transverse slots 52.
  • the end of the abutment member 48 facing away from the starting spring 49 serves as a handle with which the abutment member 48 dug with its locking lugs 51 from the transverse slots 52 of the sliding guide plate 26 and after displacement of the binding housing 33 on the sliding guide plate 26 again engaging the locking lugs 51 in other transverse slots 52 can be fixed in a new position.
