This compartment 7 delimits a maneuvering zone 17, bordered by the blind side wall 4, the front wall 3, the blind bottom wall 6, and the partition wall 11, and equipped with a floor (not shown) covering the pipes 18 of a soil cleaning system by projection of water, which connect the technical room 10 to the blind bottom wall 6, as shown on the Figure 1 (this cleaning system will not be described in detail) .

As can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 4, the partition wall 11 is in two parts 19, 20. It thus comprises a first panel 19 which forms or supports the wash basin 9, and a second panel 20 which supports the bowl of W-C 8.

The first panel 19 is on the side of the partition frontal 3, near entrance 14, while the second panel 20, which is adjacent to the first 19, is side of the blind side wall 4.

In practice, as shown in Figure 1, the evolution circle C (diameter greater than 150) cm), which ensures complete freedom of movement for disabled people in wheelchairs (circle here plot in phantom), is strictly included in the operating area 17.

It should be noted that the distance separating the edge of the bowl 8 of the opening 14 is also chosen greater than 80 cm, for the benefit of comfort and sanitary security.

In this case, the partition wall 11 being in two parts 19, 20, it is possible to mount removable at least one of the panels 19, 20, or both, as provided in the illustrated embodiment in Figure 1.

In another aspect, and as shown in the figures, the sanitary 1 comprises, besides the sanitary compartment 7 in which the bowl 8 allows to satisfy all the needs of the public, a urinal 32 separated from the sanitary compartment 7 and accessible from the outside of the sanitary 1, independently of it.

In this way, the most pressing male needs can be satisfied without the men being obliged to use the sanitary compartment 7, which would impose a relatively long immobilization, and saves both water and electricity necessary for the operation and cleaning of the sanitary compartment 7.

As can be seen in FIG. 1, this urinal 32 is accessible by a second opening 15, distinct from the first opening 14 allowing access to the sanitary compartment 7, so that two people can satisfy their needs simultaneously.

In order to make the best use of available space, the urinal 32 extends, at least in part, in the room technique 10 which, in fact, is occupied only, daily, the time to evacuate waste (for essential paper, newspapers, cans) drained by water floor washing (this water accumulates in a reserve 33 provided for this purpose behind the first panel 19), and occasionally the time to perform the necessary repairs or checks on sanitary equipment 1.

In practice, we take advantage of the door 16 which closes the technical room 10, door 16 in which the urinal 32 is formed at least in part.

In fact, the urinal 32 comprises, on the one hand, a pool collector 34 which encroaches on the floor of the technical room 10, as well as a front wall 35, against which urinate men, and who is trained in the door 16 itself of the technical room 10 (this door 16 is shown closed in FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7 and open in Figures 4 and 5).

It is possible to supply the reservoir 47 and make it pour permanently into the urinal 32. Indeed, a permanent flow avoids the drying out of the surface of the front wall 35.

In fact, it has been found that with the drying up of the wall 35 appear phenomena of capillarity which prevent a uniform distribution of water on the surface 46 of the front wall 35, the water tending, as and as it flows, to gather in a thin central net, to the detriment of the quality of the evacuation.

In the example illustrated in FIG. 7, the tank filling 47 is permanently ensured by a feed pipe 51 (simply sketched on FIG. 7) connected to a cover 52 coming to close the tank 47 in its upper part.

Although it is envisaged to allow free access to the urinal 32, it is also planned to limit access, if necessary by means of a toll system.

Thus, as shown in Figure 6, the Sanitary 1 can be equipped with a manoeuvrable door (either automatically or manually) between closed position (Figure 6) in which it prevents access to the urinal and an open position (no represented), for example when the toll has been settled, it allows the passage of a person.

Moreover, for the sake of comfort, we can equip the sanitary 1, in front of the urinal 32, a footstool 54 which, in the extension of the grating 43, increases the floor space of the urinal 32.

We can also equip the sanitary 1 with an awning 55 overcoming the urinal 32 and intended to protect the user of bad weather.
