Description

The present invention relates to a kit or set of elements intended to equip a room in which is installed a toilet bowl and comprising an opening next to a surface on which a vehicle can park, and to a toilet device or WC, for people with a motor handicap, in particular motorists with motor disabilities.

The document EP 1 523 972 A1 discloses a foldable seat, mounted on running gear, comprising a horizontal telescopic guide and a connecting element between the latter and the seat, in order to help disabled people to take a bath.

The autonomy of motorists with motor disabilities or reduced mobility, that is to say, in the context of the present invention, substantially unable, or hardly able to move on foot, is limited by the absence of toilets for disabled people who are reserved for them, means of transferring there from and then to their motor vehicle, other than by transferring beforehand to an individual vehicle for the disabled, such as a wheelchair or scooter. There are, of course, private individual devices, such as small wheelchairs or transfer boards or slides (see, for example US 6,256,806 and US 6,115,971 ), but no practical and economical solution, usable for public toilets for motorists with motor disabilities, has not been planned.

The same is true for people with motor disabilities moving outside, for example by scooter or wheelchair.

Finally, most buildings, shops, restaurants, hotels, offices and apartments do not have toilets accessible to people with motor disabilities, and more often than not, an adaptation would require costly architectural transformations.

The patent application GB A 2 467 166 describes a device for transferring a disabled person to a toilet bowl in a room, comprising rails arranged on the ground and in which can slide a folding seat support which can move between an outside position next to a disabled wheelchair and a position interior next to a bowl, said support carrying an inflatable seat with an opening serving as a toilet seat and being able to slide laterally between the support and the bowl, respectively the chair. However, this device is complicated and greatly clutters the occupied area.

The patent application PCT / EP2015 / 074022 proposes a solution to these problems by providing a toilet or toilet device, for motorists with motor disabilities, this device comprising a room comprising an opening next to which a car can park, outside said room, a toilet bowl for disabled, installed in said room, a mobile jump seat, comprising a seat for the user, means for guiding said jump seat, fixed in said room, said mobile jump seat being able to be moved by the user on said guide means between an advanced position located next to and close to the seat of the user's automobile, stopped in a determined position next to said opening of the room, and a transfer location, in which the jump seat and the bowl are one next to each other and in the immediate vicinity, the jump seat having means allowing it to be immobilized in its transfer position and in its forward position next to the seat of the automobile, said opening being able to be closed by the user when said jump seat is inside said local.

Requirement JP 2002/227434 describes a building specially designed to accommodate a motor handicapped person, with a fixed guide rail 7 extending over the entire displacement length of a folding seat carrying a toilet seat capable of moving above a toilet bowl. In order for the disabled user to exit or enter the building, this rail exits outside the building. It also follows that a special closure must be adapted.

The present invention proposes to remedy these drawbacks and to provide a kit or set of elements according to claim 1 and a toilet or toilet device according to claim 10, for motor disabled, efficient, inexpensive, and able to be put in. place economically, allowing a simple, safe and efficient use for the user, and particularly economical and easy to manage, and to keep clean and hygienic, for the entity which manages it.

Another objective of the invention is to make it possible to provide the physically disabled with toilets that are easy to use without noticeable fatigue.

Another objective of the invention is to enable people with motor disabilities to use very small toilet rooms.

Another objective of the invention is to economically transform existing toilets, including very small ones, into toilets for the disabled, without architectural modifications, while remaining usable in the usual way by non-disabled people.

By motor disabled, within the meaning of the present invention, is meant persons with non-existent or reduced mobility. These are, for example, people with paraplegia, or having lost the use of their legs, or who can only walk with difficulty, for example people suffering from obesity. This term also includes people with normal or slightly impaired mobility, but who get tired or run out of breath very quickly, in particular people suffering from obesity.

Also concerned in the context of the invention are, for example, people with motor disabilities traveling on vehicles such as scooters for the disabled, for example in public or commercial places, sleds or skis for the disabled, vehicles for the disabled on beaches, armchairs or tricycles, motorized or not, for example in public places or gardens, shopping centers, etc.

The subject of the invention is a kit or set of elements according to claim 1, and in particular intended to equip a room in which is installed a toilet bowl and comprising an opening, next to a surface on which can park a vehicle, in particular a disabled vehicle, outside said room,

Said kit or assembly comprising
a horizontal telescopic jump seat guide device, capable of being fixed to a wall in said room,
a mobile jump seat mounted on running gear arranged at the front part of the jump seat, that is to say the part remote from the guiding device, to roll on the floor of said room so that it can be moved by the user while being guided on said guiding device, said jump seat comprising a seat having a toilet seat opening, a connecting element between the jump seat and the guide, located behind the jump seat, said seat being articulated on said link to be movable between a vertical folded position, in which said running elements are raised and folded against the seat, and an extended position in which the seat is horizontal and the running gear rolls on the ground.

By telescopic guide is meant the fact that a mobile part can be deployed by sliding beyond one end of a fixed part while remaining partially guided and held by said fixed part, the jump seat being able to thus be moved beyond from one end of the guide device.

De préférence on interpose alors un dispositif élastique entre la partie fixe et la partie repliable du strapontin, de façon à compenser sensiblement le moment de rotation du au poids de la partie repliable et permettre à l'utilisateur de replier et déplier la partie repliable, avec son assise, pratiquement sans effortSaid seat is articulated on said link so as to be movable between a vertical folded position, in which said rolling members are raised and folded against the seat, and a deployed position in which the seat is horizontal and the running gear rolls on the seat. ground. Preferably, an elastic device is then interposed between the fixed part and the folding part of the folding seat, so as to substantially compensate for the torque due to the weight of the folding part and allow the user to fold and unfold the folding part, with his sitting, practically effortless

Preferably, the assembly comprises a fixed vertical wall masking the guide, at least behind the bowl, and the lower edge of which is placed above the seat in the deployed position. Preferably, this wall is sufficiently spaced from the guide, forward, so that the seat in the folded position, with the running gear, can be concealed by said wall.

The subject of the invention is also a toilet or WC device according to claim 10, and in particular for physically disabled persons comprising a room comprising an opening next to a surface on which a vehicle can park, in particular a motor disabled vehicle. , outside said room, a toilet bowl for the disabled, installed in said room, and such an assembly mounted in said room, said assembly comprising
a mobile folding seat, comprising a seat for the user,
a device for horizontal guiding of said jump seat, fixed in said room, at a level clearly above the ground, a connection between the jump seat and the guide being located behind the jump seat,
said mobile jump seat being mounted on running gear, rolling on the floor of the room so that it can be moved by the user, while being guided on said guiding device, between an advanced position located next to and near the seat of the user's vehicle, said vehicle being able to be stopped in a determined position next to said opening of the room, and a location of use, in which the jump seat, with its seat is located above the bowl, said members bearing then being disposed in front of and / or behind and / or next to said bowl, said seat having a toilet seat opening, which is then disposed above the opening of the bowl,
in which the guiding device is telescopic, and no fixed part of the guiding device emerges outside said room, the opening being able to be closed by the user when said jump seat is inside the room .

Preferably, the elements of this set are delivered in the form of a prefabricated kit.

Advantageously, the guide guiding the jump seat comprises a telescopic guide device comprising elongated elements sliding relative to each other, for example, a rail, a rut or an elongated slide on which a slide slides. elongated, itself forming a guide on which slides a second elongated slide, connected to the jump seat.

Preferably, the guide comprises two fixed slides, in which slide two elongated slides connected to each other, for example by two bars or a vertical plate. For longer runs, the connection between the two slides may itself carry an additional telescopic stage, for example two parallel slides in which slide two other elongated slides connected to each other and connected to the jump seat.

The elongated slides may be rollers spaced apart and interconnected, for example by a plate.

When the telescopic guide is mounted against or on a wall of the room, no fixed part of the guide emerges outside the room, so that no obstacle is placed above the surface located next to the room , and on which the vehicle is parked, when the folding seat is inside the room, and the opening of the room can be closed, for example by a door.

This surface can simply be formed by a zone of the ground extending next to the room, for example an asphalt or cemented parking lot or roadway. However, provision can also be made to form a surface with a coating of this kind, or prefabricated, in particular in the case where the device is located on unserviced land, for example, a ski slope or a sandy beach or a garden. As a variant, only the part of this surface directly adjacent to the opening of the room, and on which the jump seat rolls, can have a coating of this type, or be prefabricated. This surface can also simply consist of the ground or floor of a room or corridor leading into said room through its opening.

For example, a surface for receiving an automobile may have a width of 230 to 320 cm.

The device can advantageously comprise at least one container, or box, or bin, preferably having an openable cover, and located on the side of the bowl through which the user arrives from the opening of the room, and not forming an obstacle. when passing the jump seat. The user can thus place on this container, the accessories, such as urinary catheters, suppositories or others to use them, then after opening the cover, throw them into the container. Preferably, the container is spaced a certain distance from the bowl, to leave, between it and it, a free space where the disabled user can prepare himself and manage his accessories.

In a particularly improved embodiment, the guide is fixed in the room at a level clearly above the ground, preferably at a level higher than that of the top of the bowl, the connection between the jump seat and the guide being located behind the jump seat. The horizontal guide can advantageously be fixed against a wall or a room wall or partition located behind the bowl. Provision can also be made for the guide to be placed on the other side of this wall, by providing therein a long horizontal slot allowing the movement of arms or connecting elements integral with the jump seat, the slot being able to be masked, for example by a flexible brush arranged along its length.

The running gear may include, for example, rollers or balls mounted at the lower end of feet or uprights arranged at the front of the jump seat. We can possibly only provide one central foot at the front of the folding seat, but preferably two feet are provided at the front of the folding seat, the guide, with its connecting element with the folding seat, being designed to take part of the weight jump seat with the user, the rest of the weight being taken up by the wheels or balls. According to an improvement, it is possible to provide an elongated rim or horizontal rail parallel to the guide and arranged at a level higher than that of the evacuation duct or of the bowl, and supporting a rolling or sliding slide secured to the jump seat or to an element of guide close to the jump seat, and taking the weight back.

In the case of a downward draining bowl, under the ground, and placed at a certain distance from the wall or partition, in order to leave a running surface on the ground behind the bowl, the jump seat can optionally then also include running gear at the rear, so that all of the weight is taken up by the rollers or balls rolling on the ground. The term “roulette” also means any rolling device, for example rollers, small wheels, balls, capable of rolling on the ground.

The orifice of the seat may be completely surrounded by the seat, but alternatively it may extend forward, the seat having a U-shape, leaving a front passage to facilitate the user's preparations. However, a seat in the form of a closed bezel, preferably substantially circular, is preferred, which allows the user to turn around. Particularly preferably, the seat is mounted on the folding seat so as to rotate about its vertical geometric axis. The user can thus switch from his vehicle to a seated position on the jump seat in which his sagittal position is perpendicular to the opening, which can then be a narrow door, through which he can pass easily, then turn, if necessary, once inside the room.

In an advantageous embodiment, the pierced seat can be mounted in a horizontal sliding manner, preferably in a cantilever manner, on a folding seat structure mounted on wheels, preferably from front to rear. The race of the jump seat on this structure can preferably be small, for example 30 to 60 cm. This embodiment allows the user, for example, to approach a sink located at a certain distance in front of the bowl. It also allows the motorist user, once the jump seat has reached its forward position next to the automobile, to bring the seat completely closer to the side of the automobile seat even more, even when the trajectory of the jump seat on its guide is offset towards the rear of the automobile so as not to be hampered by the presence of the open door, in particular if this path is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the automobile.

The device may optionally include motor means for driving the jump seat guided by its guide means and control means relating thereto, controllable by the user, but, as a variant, provision can be made for the jump seat to be able to be moved by the user's manual muscle strength.

Preferably the closure (s) of the room, such as sliding doors or curtains, is carried out using a motor, preferably electric, and is controlled by the user.

In one embodiment, the jump seat may include vertical seat displacement means, allowing a variation in the vertical level of the seat of the jump seat, at least between two levels, namely the level of the upper edge of the bowl and the level of the seat of the automobile or other vehicle, if it is different. These means may include an electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, or other lifting and lowering means or cylinder. These means are preferably controlled by the user, by a control means, such as a lever, preferably placed on the jump seat.

In one embodiment, the direction of movement of the jump seat is substantially perpendicular to the axis of the bowl. The opening of the room is then arranged on the corresponding lateral side of the room. In this embodiment, the guide of the assembly or kit can be fixed to the wall located behind the bowl, the rolling means being disposed in front of the bowl when the jump seat is brought above the latter.

In another embodiment, in particular in the case where the bowl is placed at the bottom of the room, looking at the opening, said guide device is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the bowl, the guide being able to be fixed on the wall extending between the opening of the room and the back wall, the rolling means then being disposed along one side of the bowl when the jump seat is brought above the latter.

Thus the same assembly, preferably delivered in the form of a kit, can be installed in these two types of toilet rooms.

It is thus possible, thanks to the invention, to make accessible to people with motor disabilities, cramped toilet rooms, such as toilets or bathrooms in apartments, old office buildings, restaurants, hotels, which no longer meet the needs of current administrative standards and whose architectural transformation would be impossible or extremely expensive.

In addition, with an assembly whose seat can be folded up by pivoting upwards, preferably by being able, in the retracted position, to be pushed back along the guide behind a masking wall, the same room, even small, can still be used in normal conditions, by users without disabilities.

In these two cases, it is preferred that the trajectory of the folding seat is such that the lateral projection between the edge, on the vehicle side, of the folding seat in its forward position, and the plane of the opening of the room, does not exceed 120 cm, the folding seat being able to itself have a width of the order of 40 to 50 cm.

According to an improvement, the telescopic guide, fixed behind the bowl, can extend symmetrically on both sides of the bowl, the jump seat can then be guided indifferently to the right or the left, the room then having an opening on each side, giving, each time on a space on which the vehicle or the automobile can come to park, depending on whether the user is seated in the vehicle on the left or on the right.

In the case of a symmetrical telescopic guide on both sides of the room, the last runner, in which the arm or connecting piece with the jump seat is guided when the jump seat comes out of the room opening, may include, in its center, a connecting piece or mechanism allowing the jump seat to drive this slide when it gets closer to the bowl, so that all of the guide parts, movable slides and slides are centered when the jump seat is in its position of use on the bowl. This mechanism may consist simply of a snap-fit, for example with a ball, sufficient for the movement of the guide to drive the jump seat, but small enough for the user to be able to manually drive the jump seat relative to the guide, overcoming the resistance of the snap-fastening.

Particularly preferably, the guide is formed by a telescopic guide device comprising elongate elements sliding relative to each other, for example, an elongated slide on which slides a slide, on which slides a second elongated slide, ball systems being generally provided to ensure frictionless sliding between the parts. Such guides are available in a manner that is quite customary on the market.

The device can advantageously have a device allowing the folding seat to be immobilized in its position of use and in its forward position next to the seat of the automobile, for example a brake or a stopping or locking device, which can be actuated by a control, for example a lever or a folding folding armrest.

The opening of the room can advantageously be closed by the user when said jump seat is inside said room.

In one embodiment of the invention, the device may include means for detecting the presence of the user on the jump seat. Preferably, these detection means are associated with the seat, for example in the form of a detector or weight sensor on the seat.

The subject of the invention is also the use of the assembly or kit according to the invention, to make accessible to motor disabled arriving by vehicle, existing toilets, including very small toilets, comprising the fixing of the guide on a wall, preferably perpendicular to the opening of the toilet, at a height, preferably greater than that of the toilet bowl, so that the folding seat can come into a deployed position outside the opening, or at least in a position flush with the vertical plane of the opening, so as to be positioned next to said vehicle stopped on the exterior surface, for example a bedroom or a corridor.

This use may relate to toilets of very small dimensions, in particular premises unable to accommodate a wheelchair, for example with a length of 90 to 120 cm, and a width of 80 to 120 cm, the opening having a width , preferably at least 60 cm.

On se réfère aux Figures 1 à 3.We refer to Figures 1 to 3 .

The device comprises a room 1, for example a public toilet, the floor 2 of which is flush with the ground surrounding the room, this floor, for example made of cement, being very slightly inclined towards a bung 3 located in its center, for the evacuation of water after automatic washing of the room, by usual means. The room has a roof 4, front and rear walls 5, 6, and two side walls 8 having a large opening capable of being closed, for example by a curtain or sliding door 9, said opening giving onto a surface 7, level. -foot with the floor 2 of the room. Finally, the room has an intermediate internal wall 10 defining a technical compartment with the rear wall 6. This room can be of any construction, box or cabinet. urban, prefabricated or not, or be part of any building. It can have any shape, for example square or rectangular or cylindrical.

Ces conteneurs 13 sont situés en avant et à l'écart de la paroi intermédiaire 10, pour laisser un passage sur le plancher, et leur hauteur n'excède pas celle de la cuvette 11.Inside the room, towards the intermediate wall 10, but at a certain distance in front, there is a toilet bowl, draining and supplying from the ground, so that it remains between the bowl and the wall 10 , a free floor part. The front wall 5 carries a sink 12, with its supply and its outlet. Finally, on either side of the bowl 11 are two containers or receptacles 13, reclosable at their upper part by a horizontal cover. These containers 13 are located in front of and away from the intermediate wall 10, to leave a passage on the floor, and their height does not exceed that of the bowl 11.

On the wall 10 is fixed a telescopic guide device 14 of an assembly according to the invention, shown more precisely on the figure. Figure 4 , this device comprising a horizontal slide 15 fixed firmly to the wall, in which can slide, in both directions, a slide 16 itself forming a second slide, in which can slide, in both directions, another slide 1, also forming a slide. The exit movements of the elongated slides 16, 17 (diagram C) are stopped by stops (not shown) so that in the extended position, there remains a sufficient length in the slide which guides it, to remain in the state. horizontal, or even to withstand a significant weight load acting on the extended end of the slide 17. The sliding of the slides is easily effected by means of balls. Such guidance devices are customary in the trade. Finally, the slide 17 itself forms a slide in which can slide a small slide 18 carried by the upper end of a vertical link arm 19.

A folding seat 20, comprising four legs 21 carrying lower rollers 22, has a horizontal frame 23 on which is arranged a pierced seat 24, in the form of a toilet seat (see also Figures 8 and 9 ). The rear part of the frame 23 is integral with the lower end of the link arm 19. Preferably, the seat 24 can slide axially between a retracted position of use ( Figure 6 ) and a partially cantilevered forward position ( Figure 5 ), so that the user, once the folding seat 20 is located above the toilet bowl, can move closer to the sink. Provision can be made for the seat to be able to be immobilized in its two extreme positions by a pawl that can be released by the user.

On se réfère maintenant aux Figures 7 à 9.We now refer to Figures 7 to 9 .

In the case of a bowl 11 having an outlet 25 towards the rear and not directly downwards, the jump seat 26 does not have feet or wheels at the rear, but only two feet 27 with wheels 28 to the front. The weight load of the folding seat and of the user is taken up, at the rear, by two arms 29 mounted on a slide 30 sliding in the end slide 17, the dimensions of the arms and of the parts of the guide with its slide and slides being such that the device supports the significant lateral overhang when the slides 16 and 17 are extended to their extreme positions, when the jump seat is completely out of room 1.

It will be understood that the folding seat 20 or 26 can be moved between its position above the bowl 11 and its extreme deployed position outside of the room 1, both on the left and on the right side, so that the toilets are accessible to a disabled user coming from any side, for example right for a driving motorist, or left for a passenger motorist seated on the right in an automobile.

On se réfère aux Figures 10 et 11.We refer to Figures 10 and 11 .

In the technical space located behind the wall 10, the device comprises a flushing tank 31, an electrical panel 32 and a tank for cleaning the two containers 13. Pipes 34 passing through the ground make it possible to send a liquid. cleaner and disinfectant in the containers 13. As can be seen, the rear wall 6 is formed of two leaves, shown in the open position in the drawing.

Advantageously, the room 1 can be arranged on a prefabricated base 35, allowing connection to water, electricity, and connection to sewage or wastewater evacuations. As a variant, a septic tank can be provided there.

On se réfère aux Figures 12 à 16.We refer to Figures 12 to 16 .

The disabled motorist comes to park his vehicle, for example, an automobile 36, on the surface 7, on the left side of the room 1, in the position shown, at a distance of the order of 1.00 m from the door 9, and can open the door 37. It is possible to provide, for this purpose, markings, ruts or the like to help it position the automobile correctly. It then causes, for example by a remote control or a wireless application, the opening of the door or curtain 9 and the exit of the jump seat 20, guided on its guide 14, and driven by its electric motor. In the embodiment, where the jump seat is snapped into the middle of the slide 17, it can manually grip the jump seat and slide it to the immediate vicinity of the automobile.

The jump seat being within easy reach, the user then pulls the seat 24 in partial cantilever forward to place it next to the seat 38 of the automobile ( Fig. 13 ). If the jump seat includes a jack or other device for adjusting the height of the seat, it may possibly bring the seat level exactly to that of seat 38. The user transfers manually to the seat ( Fig. 14 ), then move the seat back on the frame 23 of the jump seat 20 ( Fig. 15 ). He then activates the folding seat motor and moves towards the room door and can close his door 37 ( Figure 16 ). The movement of the jump seat inward causing the telescopic elements 16, 17, it can, once fully entered the room, close the door or curtain 9. In the embodiment in which the jump seat is not motorized, the The user, seated on the seat of the folding seat, moves manually, by gripping the car door and the guide.

On se réfère aux Figures 17 à 20.We refer to Figures 17 to 20 .

The movement of the jump seat towards the bowl 11 allows it to pass over the container 13 on the right to find itself in an intermediate position between the bowl and the container 13 on the right ( Fig. 17 ). He can then place his effects and accessories 40 on the horizontal cover 39, and prepare himself for the passage over the bowl. He then moves the folding seat on the toilet seat, for the use of the WC ( Fig. 18 ). He can then slide the seat 24 towards the sink 12 to wash ( Fig. 19 ), then go back, then roll the folding seat towards the right-hand container 13 to resume its effects or throw the products or accessories used into the container 13, after having tilted the cover 39.

He can then move towards the exit by repeating the reverse steps of moving and opening the door and door to reach his vehicle and then, if necessary, manually bring the jump seat back to the middle of slide 17, after which he activates his remote control. to move the jump seat 20 into room 1 and close door 9.

Another subject of the invention is the use of this device for the disabled arriving on other types of vehicles, in particular scooters and tricycles, beach scooters, sledges or skis for the disabled, or even wheelchairs, motorized or not.

On se réfère aux Figures 21 à 41 We refer to Figures 21 to 41

Referring first to the figures 32 to 34 , we see that the device comprises a room 1 'whose floor 2' is flush with the ground 7 'located in front of the opening of the room. The room, for example a bathroom and toilet in a hotel room, includes front and rear walls 5 ', 6', and two side walls 8 ', one of which has a large opening capable of being closed, for example by a curtain or sliding door 9', said opening giving onto the surface 7 ', of on one level with the floor 2 'of the room. Finally, the room can have a technical compartment (not shown) behind the rear wall 6 '. This room can be of any construction, box or urban furniture, prefabricated or not, or be part of any building, for example bathroom or toilet of a hotel room, bathroom or toilet. of an old or new apartment, or restaurant or store toilet, etc. It can have any shape, for example square or rectangular or cylindrical. The surface 7 'can thus be, for example, the floor of a car park or garage, or the floor of a hotel or apartment room, or of an apartment or office corridor, etc.

Inside the room, against the rear wall 6 ', is a toilet bowl 11'. The front wall 5 ′ carries a sink 12 ′, with its supply and discharge. Finally, on one side of the bowl 11 'is a container or receptacle 13', which can be closed at its upper part by a horizontal cover. Finally, a non-raised shower tray 46 'is placed between the door 9' and the bowl 11 '. On the rear wall 6 'is fixed a horizontal guide 14' comprising two parallel telescopic guide devices.

With reference to Figures 21 to 25 , it can be seen that the guide device comprises two parallel guides 14 'each comprising a horizontal slide 15' fixed firmly to the wall 6 ', in which can slide, in both directions, a slide 16' itself forming a second slide , in which can slide, in both directions, a connecting slide 30 '. The exit movements of the elongated slides are stopped by stops (not shown) so that in the extended position, there remains a sufficient length in the slide which guides it, to remain in the horizontal state, and withstand a load significant weight acting on the outlet end of the slide 16 '. The sliding of the slides is carried out easily thanks to the balls. Such guidance devices are customary in the trade. The connecting slide 30 'has two vertical arms 29' emerging from its guiding device.

At the lower ends of the arms 29 'is articulated a jump seat 41' around two joints 45 '. The 41 'jump seat has two 27' feet with 28 'or ball-type casters at the front. The weight load of the folding seat and of the user is taken up, at the rear, by the two arms 29 'presented by the connecting slider 30' sliding in the end slider 16 ', the dimensions of the arms and parts of the guide with its slide and slides being such that the device supports the significant lateral overhang when the slides 16 'and 30' are extended to their extreme positions, when the jump seat is completely out of the room 1 '. The 2'7 feet are articulated to the jump seat by two 44 'joints.

The 41 'folding seat can thus be in the deployed position ( Figures 21 to 23, and 26 ), in which the casters 28 'can roll on the interior 2' or exterior 7 'surfaces, or be folded by rotation upwards of the frame 42' around the horizontal axis materialized by the joints 45 ', the feet 27' can then be folded towards the frame around the articulations 44 'as seen on the Figures 14 and 15 , the casters 28 then being raised away from the ground. (the horizontal spacing of the two feet 27 ', and the width of the frame 4' have been reduced in these Figures). Preferably manually releasable pawls maintain the deployed and folded positions. Preferably a spring, for example helical (not shown) can be interposed between, on the one hand, the folding frame, on the other hand the link arm, so as to substantially compensate for the weight of the folding part of the folding seat, so that the user only needs to exert minimal effort to fold or unfold the frame.

The dimensions of the folding seat can be chosen so that, in the folded state, the folding seat and its wheels 28 'are away from the ground at a height greater than that of the bowl 11', or, if applicable, to the rear exhaust duct the bowl, which allows the folding seat to be stored behind the bowl while leaving it accessible to a user. One can advantageously provide a vertical masking wall 47 ', fixed to the wall 6 of the room or integral with the guide, and at a sufficient distance to allow the folded jump seat to pass behind it ( Figures 28 and 29 ). The lower edge of the wall 47 'is at a sufficient height to allow the jump seat in the extended horizontal position to pass under this edge ( Figure 28 ).

In the case of a bottom-draining toilet bowl, and leaving behind a floor passage 2 'between it and the room wall 6', the jump seat can also include rear feet with casters, for example, feet extending the arms 29 'downwards, so that the entire weight of the jump seat with one user is supported by the four casters. We can then use a lighter guide, with one or two telescopic assemblies.

The folding seat 41 'has a horizontal frame 42' open at its front part and on which is placed a pierced seat 43 ', in the form of a toilet seat. The rear part of the frame 42 'is articulated by the articulations 45' at the lower ends of the link arms 29 '. Preferably, the seat 43 'can slide axially between a retracted position of use ( Figure 21 ) and a partially cantilevered forward position ( Figure 24 ), so that the user, once the folding seat 42 'is located above the toilet bowl, can move closer to the sink. Provision can be made for the seat to be able to be immobilized in its two extreme positions by a pawl that can be released by the user.

In another preferred embodiment shown in Figures 27 to 31 , the elements of the guide 14 'are two simple rails 54' with a C-section open towards the rear connected by a large vertical metal plate 48 'on which the arms 29' are fixed, near the vertical edge of the plate close to the opening of the room. Said rails being able to slide horizontally on 55 'fixed slides fixed to the wall of the 6' room (see Figure 40 ). Sets of this type, provided with small friction-suppressing rollers, are commercially available. When the jump seat 42 'is moved to its extreme position out of room 1', the rails 54 'are offset, over the majority of their length, relative to the fixed slides 55', the plate 48 'ensuring the rigidity and resistance of the whole cantilever.

According to an improvement, a plate 51 'is horizontally articulated on the frame 42' around an axis 52 'located, when the jump seat is in the deployed position, slightly in front of the masking wall 47', this plate, in the folded position ( Figure 30 ) concealing the underlying 43 'pierced seat. The user can then pivot the plate 51 'in the vertical position ( Figure 31 ), which frees the seat and forms a backrest for the user when he is seated on the folding seat, this backrest 51 'passing, a short distance from the wall 47' when the folding seat moves towards the bowl. Low resistance pawls can be provided to hold the backrest 52 'against the frame 42', in the folded position ( Figures 29 and 30 ), and to keep the backrest in a vertical position ( Figure 31 ).

The distance between the bottom wall 6 'and the masking wall 47' may not exceed 10 cm.

The operation is as follows:
Initially the jump seat 41 'is in the folded position, behind the wall 47'. The user comes to park his vehicle, for example an automobile or a scooter, or his wheelchair, for example in the case where the room is a simple bathroom of a hotel room, on the ground or floor 7 'on the left side of room 1', next to the opening of the room, at a distance of around 1 m from the door. It then causes, for example by a remote control or a wireless application, or manually, the opening of the door or curtain 9 'and the exit of the folded jump seat 41', guided on its guide 14 ', and. driven by an electric motor, or directly pulled by hand when the distances are small enough.

With the jump seat within easy reach, the user swings the 4'2 frame down, in a horizontal position, which also deploys the 27 'legs ( Figure 32 ). If a folding backrest 52 'is provided, it raises it to the vertical position. If necessary, he then pulls the seat 43 ′ in partial cantilever forward to place it next to the seat of his vehicle. If the jump seat has a jack or other device for adjusting the height of the seat, it may possibly bring the seat level exactly to that of the seat. The user transfers manually to the seat 43 '. He moves inside the room. The movement of the jump seat inwards causing the telescopic guide elements, or the connecting plate 47 ', it can, once completely entered the room, close the door or curtain of the room, then position itself above the room. 11 'bowl ( Figure33 ). It can, after using the toilet, be carried over the shower tray ( Figure 14 ). It can also slide the seat 45 'towards the 12' sink.

He can then move towards the exit by repeating the reverse steps of moving and opening the door to reach his vehicle, then, if necessary, manually fold up the jump seat 41 'then cause it to return to the initial position behind the wall 47' . in the middle of the guide 14 'and close the door 9' of room 1 '.

On se réfère aux Figures 36 à 39.We refer to Figures 36 to 39 .

Il rentre alors sur son strapontin jusqu'à la position représentée sur la Figure 39.Room 1 'is, for example, a restaurant or apartment toilet room, in which the toilet bowl 11' is arranged on the side wall 8 'opposite to that which has the door 9'. is folded behind a 47 'masking wall located near the 9' door ( Figure 36 ). A seat in the form of a substantially circular bezel 53 'is mounted on the frame 42' of the jump seat. Once the jump seat has been pulled outside the room, and deployed ( Figure 37 ), the user, seated on a wheelchair parallel to the opening wall 8, can manually transfer to the seat 53 '. He then returns to his jump seat to the position shown on the Figure 39 .

In order to be able to easily adapt the device to rooms arranged according to Figures 36 to 39 , it is possible to provide that the feet 27 'can be easily mounted in various locations of the arms 42' of the jump seat frame. It can be seen that the frame has a plurality of holes 56 'distributed over their length. The joint 44 'of a leg 27' can then be simply inserted and fixed in the relevant hole 56 '. It is also possible to provide holes 56 ′ arranged further to the rear, to receive the rear feet. When the jump seat 41 'is moved from the opening of the room towards the bowl, the front and / or rear feet present come to be placed towards the corresponding lateral side of the bowl, at a certain distance. As a variant, provision can be made to mount the jump seat frame 42 'on a horizontal jump seat structure making it possible to fix this frame 42', with its feet and wheels, at an adjustable distance from the guide 14 '.

It is then possible to mount on the plate 13, rails 24 and 25 in which slide roller slides such as 42, ( Fig. 25 to 27 ) fixed in the middle of the upper and lower edges of a second plate 43. The latter carries at its upper and lower edges rails 44, 45, arranged similarly to that of the other rails and guiding the slides 26 integral with the jump seat 7. It is understood that in this embodiment, the folding seat 7 can come out completely to the right ( Fig. 25 ), to the left ( Fig. 27 ), or be in any central position, plates 13 and 4 then being brought to the center ( Fig. 26 ).

We refer to Figures 42 to 44 , which show a kit that is easy to install and which allows a solid hold in the case of a telescope that can slide in partial cantilever perpendicular to the guide device, even for a very heavy handicap.

The guide device 23 "has two rails 10" and 11 "in C section, extending in parallel by being fixed to the wall 32" which carries the bowl 35 "and extends towards the opening of the toilet. lower 10 "has its longitudinal slot towards the side, while the upper rail 11" has its slot upwards. The slide is formed of a vertical rectangular plate 13 "connected to its rear face, on the one hand, with two pairs of horizontal rollers 14, that is to say of vertical axis (not shown), guided in the lower rail 10, and, on the other hand, with two pairs of vertical rollers 15 guided in the upper rail 11, said pairs of rollers being mounted on the right part of the plate 13 ".

On the plate 13 "are fixed two parallel rails 24", 25 "each guiding two pairs of rollers, namely a pair of vertical rollers 26" in the rail 24 "and a pair of horizontal rollers (not seen) guided in the 25 "lower rail. These pairs of rollers are attached to the back of a 27 "vertical plate attached to the top of the 7" jump seat, so that the jump seat can slide relative to the plate 13 ", and in particular move closer to a scooter or other vehicle 6 disposed completely on the side of the device.

As can be seen in the Figures, the length of the 13 "plate is much greater than the length of the jump seat which can slide between the left and right edges of the plate, so that when the jump seat is placed on the first location to side of a vehicle, for example a wheelchair, ( Fig. 43 ) a large part of the plate 13 "is still placed facing the guide 4, the pairs of rollers integral with this part remaining located inside their respective rails 10" and 11 ".

The jump seat, guided on the guide 23 ", has two front feet 33" carrying 17 "castors or ball bearings and, optionally, two rear feet. It can also include a backrest (not shown), preferably folding, and two 20 "folding armrests. Preferably, the jump seat includes brakes (not shown), for example roller brakes, making it possible to immobilize the jump seat. These brakes are preferably actuated by the armrests 20 ", when an armrest is pivoted upwards. The seat in the form of a window is mounted to slide as on the Figure 23 . Preferably, this seat is circular and can turn, for example by an angle of 90 ° so that the seated user can pivot between a position back to the plate 27 "and a position parallel to the latter.

Provision can be made for the jump seat 7 to be able to be retracted, for example by articulating the frame on the plate 13, and the feet 33 "on the frame.

Another subject of the invention is the use of this device for the disabled arriving on other types of vehicles, in particular scooters and tricycles, beach scooters, sledges or skis for the disabled, wheelchairs, motorized or not.
