Claims (26)

  1. Sicherheitsvorrichtung für eine Schließ- oder Sonnenschutzeinrichtung, welche einen Mechanismus zum Antreiben einer Schürze zum Verschließen (T) einer Öffnung (O) aufweist, wobei der Mechanismus eine Welle (3; 103; 203; 303; 503; 603; 703) und ein Element (8; 108; 208; 308; 505; 605; 705) aufweist, welches mit einem Zahn (89; 189; 289; 389; 589; 689; 789) versehen ist, welcher dazu eingerichtet ist, mit wenigstens einer schwenkenden Sperrklinke (6; 106; 206; 306; 506; 606) oder mit einem schwenkenden Zylinderelement (706) bei Drehbewegungen der Welle zusammenzuwirken, und dazu eingerichtet ist, die Drehung der Welle zu blockieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (20; 120; 220; 320; 572; 592; 692; 794) zum Bremsen oder zum Blockieren der Sperrklinke (6; 106; 206; 306; 506; 606) oder des Zylinderelements (706) in deren Schwenkbewegung bei einer Abrollbewegung der Schürze (T) aufweist, wobei die Mittel zum Bremsen oder zum Blockieren durch Mittel (8, 9, 30; 108, 109, 130; 208, 209, 230; 308, 309, 330; 509; 609; 709) zur Detektion eines Bruchs oder eines Versagens einer Feder oder eines Seils (10; 110; 210; 310; 510; 610; 710) zur Kompensation eines durch die Schürze (T) auf die Welle (3; 103; 203; 303; 503; 603; 703) ausgeübten Drehmoments gesteuert werden.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Mittel zum Bremsen oder zum Blockieren einen Schlitten (20; 120; 220; 320) aufweisen, welcher bezüglich der Welle (3; 103; 203; 303) axial bewegbar (X-X') ist und dazu eingerichtet ist, gegen die Sperrklinke zum Anliegen zu kommen (F2).
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Schlitten wenigstens ein Relief (24; 124; 324) trägt, welches dazu eingerichtet ist, mit einem zugehörigen Relief (94; 194; 394) zusammenzuwirken, das an einem mit dem Mittel zur Kompensation (10; 110; 210; 310) drehfest verbundenen Organ (9; 109; 209; 309) vorgesehen ist, zur Steuerung der axialen Position des Schlittens bezüglich der Sperrklinke (6; 106; 206; 306).
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die jeweils an dem Organ (9; 109; 209; 309) und dem Schlitten (20; 120; 220; 320) vorgesehenen Reliefe Rippen (94; 194; 394) und Vertiefungen (24; 124; 324) aufweisen, welche dazu eingerichtet sind, ineinander zu greifen.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass wenigstens bestimmte (24; 124; 324) der Reliefe an Zungen (22; 122) ausgebildet sind, welche sich durch die Öffnungen (87) hindurch erstrecken, welche in dem mit der Welle (3; 103; 203; 303) fest verbundenen Element (8; 108; 208; 308) vorgesehen sind.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Schlitten (20; 120; 220; 320) und das Organ (9; 109; 209; 309) axial an beiden Seiten des Elements (8; 108; 208; 308) angeordnet sind und durch das Zusammenwirken der Reliefe (24, 94; 124, 194; 324, 394) kinematisch verbunden sind.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie Mittel (30; 130; 230; 330; zum Aufbringen einer Federkraft (C2,F2) zum verschieben des Schlittens (20; 120; 220; 320) hin zu der Sperrklinke (6; 106; 206; 306) aufweist.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß den Ansprüchen 3 und 7, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Organ (9; 109; 209; 309) und das Element (8; 108; 208; 308) mit Rippen (88, 95) versehen sind, zwischen denen wenigstens eine Druckfeder (30; 130; 230; 330) angeordnet ist, welche zum Drehen des Organs bezüglich dem Element ein Drehmoment (C2) ausübt.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Schlitten ein Ring (20; 120; 220; 320) ist, welcher im Inneren der Welle (3; 103; 203, 303) und um ein Element herum angeordnet ist, welches eine Abstützung (4; 104; 204; 304) und/oder eine Motorisierungseinrichtung (275) für den Mechanismus (1; 101; 201; 301) bildet.
  10. Vorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 1, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Mittel (592; 692; 794) zum Bremsen oder Blockieren dazu eingerichtet sind, die Sperrklinke (506; 606; 706) hin zu einer Brems- oder Blockierposition zu verstellen (F7, F11) oder zu schwenken.
  11. Vorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 10, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie eine Reibfläche (572) aufweist, welche an der Sperrklinke (506) oder dieser gegenüber angebracht ist, und welche dazu vorgesehen ist, die Sperrklinke in anliegender Weise aufzunehmen oder mit einer Anlagefläche (503c) in Kontakt zu kommen.
  12. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Mittel zum Bremsen oder Blockieren eine Fläche (592; 692; 794a; 794b) aufweisen, welche an einem mit dem Mittel zur Kompensation (510; 610; 710) drehfest verbundenen Teil (509; 609; 709) vorgesehen ist und welche dazu vorgesehen ist, direkt oder indirekt eine Verstell-(F7,F11) oder Schwenkkraft auf die Sperrklinke (506; 606; 706) auszuüben.
  13. Vorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 12, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Fläche (592) sich entlang einer bezüglich einer Drehachse (X-X') der Welle (503) im Wesentlichen geneigten Richtung erstreckt, wobei die Fläche eine Rampe ausbildet, welche dazu eingerichtet ist, die Sperrklinke hin in eine Brems- oder Blockierposition zu verstellen (F7).
  14. Vorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 12, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Fläche (692) bezüglich einer Drehachse (X-X') der Welle (603) im Wesentlichen radial ist, wobei die Fläche dazu eingerichtet ist, mit einem Finger (666) der Sperrklinke zusammenzuwirken, um sie durch In-Eingriff-Bringen mit dem Zahn (689) um ihre Schwenkachse (X1-X'1) in eine Position zum Bremsen oder Blockieren zu schwenken.
  15. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie Mittel (571; 671) zum Rückstellen der Sperrklinke (506; 606) in die entgegengesetzte Richtung zu der Brems- oder Blockierposition aufweist.
  16. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Mittel zum Bremsen oder Blockieren wenigstens ein Pendelstück (780) aufweisen, welche dazu eingerichtet ist, die Sperrklinke (706) in Richtung eines feststehenden Zahns (789) zum Blockieren zu verstellen (E11).
  17. Vorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 16, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Pendelstück mit einem elastischen Mittel (780c) zum Einstellen seiner zwischen einer Auflagefläche (794) und der Sperrklinke (706) liegenden Länge versehen ist.
  18. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 17, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie Mittel (530; 630; 730) zum elastischen Rückstellen (F5) der Mittel (592; 692; 794) zum Bremsen oder zum Blockieren hin zu einer Position, in welcher sie auf die Sperrklinke (506; 606; 706) eine Verstell- oder Schwenkkraft hin zu einer Brems- oder Blockierposition ausüben, aufweist.
  19. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Sperrklinke (6; 106; 206; 306) an einem feststehenden Element der Einrichtung montiert ist.
  20. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Sperrklinke (506; 606; 706) an einem mit der Welle (503; 603; 703) drehfest verbundenen Element montiert ist und dazu vorgesehen ist, durch dieses in Drehung versetzt zu werden.
  21. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Mittel zum Bremsen oder zum Blockieren (20; 120; 220; 320), die Mittel zur Detektion (8, 9, 30; 108, 109, 130; 208, 209, 230) und das Mittel zur Kompensation (10; 110; 210; 310) um ein Element herum angeordnet sind, welches eine Abstützung (4; 104; 204; 304) und/oder eine Motorisierungseinrichtung (275) für den Mechanismus (1; 101; 201; 301) bildet.
  22. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Mittel zur Kompensation eine Feder (10) ist, welche um eine Endabstützung (4) der Welle (3) herum zwischen einem bezüglich der Abstützung feststehenden Teil (11) und einem runden Organ (9) gewickelt ist, welches dazu eingerichtet ist, sich um die Abstützung zu drehen, wenn es durch die Welle (3) angetrieben wird, wobei die Sperrklinke (6) um eine bezüglich der Abstützung feststehende Achse (7) schwenkend montiert ist.
  23. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Mittel zur Kompensation eine Feder (110) ist, welche mit einem Gewicht (P) verbunden ist und mit einem runden Organ (109) fest verbunden ist, welches eine Endabstützung (104) der Welle (103) umgibt, wobei die Sperrklinke (106) um eine bezüglich der Abstützung feststehende Achse (107) schwenkend montiert ist.
  24. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Mittel zur Kompensation eine Feder (210) ist, welche um eine Motorisierungseinrichtung (204, 275) herum gewickelt ist, welche innerhalb der Welle (203) angeordnet ist, wobei die Sperrklinke (206) um eine bezüglich eines die Endabstützung der Welle ausbildenden Teils (204, 205) feststehende Achse (207) schwenkend montiert ist.
  25. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Mittel zur Kompensation eine Feder (310) ist, welche in einen Feder-Kasten (400) aufgenommen ist, welcher innerhalb der Welle (303) zwischen dieser und einer feststehenden Achse (304) angeordnet ist, wobei der Feder-Kasten ebenfalls die Sperrklinke (306), die Mittel zum Bremsen (320) und die Mittel zur Detektion (308, 309, 330) aufweist.
  26. Mechanismus (1; 101; 201; 301) zum Betätigen einer Schließ- oder Sonnenschutzeinrichtung, welche eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung (5-97; 105-194; 205-278; 305-401) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
