Claims (18)
- Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Waschvorrichtung einer Offsetdruckmaschine, bei dem die mindestens eine Sprühstange aufweisende Waschvorrichtung der Offsetdruckmaschine vor dem Reinigen entnommen und in eine Reinigungswanne eingebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass auf die Waschvorrichtung (5) in der mit einem flüssigen Medium gefüllten Reinigungswanne (16) Ultraschallwellen gerichtet werden undwährend der Reinigung der Waschvorrichtung (5) mittels Ultraschallwellen das flüssige Medium durch jede Sprühstange (11) gefördert wird.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Waschvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die Waschvorrichtung (5) Ultraschallwellen mit einer Frequenz im einem Bereich von 16 kHz bis 100 kHz gerichtet werden.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Waschvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die Waschvorrichtung (5) Ultraschallwellen mit einer Intensität von mindestens 2 W / l flüssiges Medium gerichtet werden.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Waschvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Waschvorrichtung (5) zumindest teilweise in ihre Bestandteile (6,7,8,9) zerlegt wird, bevor sie in die Reinigungswanne (16) gelegt wird.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Waschvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ultraschallwellen aus unterschiedlichen Richtungen auf die Waschvorrichtung (5) gerichtet werden.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Waschvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flüssige Medium in der Reinigungswanne (16) gekühlt wird.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Waschvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Waschvorrichtung (5) mittels eines Reinigungsgutträgers in die Reinigungswanne (16) eingebracht wird.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Waschvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flüssige Medium eine Mischung zumindest aus aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen, Emulgatoren, Lösungsvermittlern und Korrosionsinhibitoren ist.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Waschvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flüssige Medium ein alkalisches Waschmittel umfasst.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Waschvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ultraschallwellen für eine Dauer von mindestens 20 Minuten auf die Waschvorrichtung (5) gerichtet werden.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Waschvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Waschvorrichtung (5) nach dem Reinigen aus der Reinigungswanne (16) entnommen, getrocknet und wieder in die Offsetdruckmaschine (1) eingesetzt wird.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung mit einer Reinigungswanne zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 ,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Reinigungswanne (17) mindestens ein Ultraschallkopf (21) angeordnet ist und die Reinigungsvorrichtung ein Spülsystem (18) zum Anschluss an jede Sprühstange aufweist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spülsystem eine Pumpe umfasst, die das in der Reinigungswanne befindliche flüssige Medium durch die Sprühstangen (11) fördert.
- Reinigungswanne nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Ultraschallköpfe (21) an gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (20,21) der Reinigungswanne angeordnet sind.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ultraschall-Generator (19) mit einer Leistungssteuerung und/oder einem Zeitgeber verbunden ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Füllstandsüberwachung (47) für das flüssige Medium aufweist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Heiz- und/oder Kühleinrichtung aufweist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpe (28) über mindestens eine Schlauchschnellverschlussverbindung an jede Sprühstange (11) anschließbar ist.
