Claims (11)

  1. Jonction de tuyaux entre une extrémité de tuyau (2) d'un tuyau de jonction (1) et un raccord (10, 11) d'une cuve collectrice (9) d'un échangeur thermique, en particulier d'un radiateur pour véhicules automobiles, l'extrémité de tuyau (2) présentant une moulure (3) périphérique, étant emboîtée dans le raccord (10, 11) et étanchée par une bague d'étanchéité (23), l'extrémité de tuyau (2) étant bloquée par une fermeture à baïonnette dans le raccord (10, 11), caractérisée en ce que la fermeture à baïonnette présente des crans d'arrêt (5, 6) à l'extrémité de tuyau (2), des rainures longitudinales (17, 18) dans le raccord (10, 11) pour le passage des crans d'arrêt (5, 6) et une surface de verrouillage (22) sur le raccord (10), les rainures longitudinales présentant des contours intérieurs pour guider les crans d'arrêt (5, 6) dans les rainures longitudinales (17, 18), qui sont adaptés aux contours extérieurs des crans d'arrêt (5, 6).
  2. Jonction de tuyaux selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la surface de verrouillage est formée par une surface frontale (22) du raccord (10).
  3. Jonction de tuyaux selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le raccord (19) présente un siège (21) en forme de palier antagoniste pour la moulure (3).
  4. Jonction de tuyaux selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité de tuyau (2) présente une surface frontale terminale (7) et une paroi de tuyau (2a), et les crans d'arrêt (5, 6) sont formés à partir de la paroi de tuyau (2a) dans la zone de la surface frontale (7).
  5. Jonction de tuyaux selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les crans d'arrêt (5, 6) sont réalisés par cisaillage et estampage de la paroi de tuyau (2a).
  6. Jonction de tuyaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la bague d'étanchéité (23) est disposée entre le siège (21) et les rainures longitudinales (17, 18).
  7. Jonction de tuyaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le raccord (10, 11) est dirigé dans la cuve collectrice (9).
  8. Jonction de tuyaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la cuve collectrice (9) et les raccords (10, 11) sont fabriqués d'une seule pièce à partir d'un matériau métallique, en particulier d'un alliage d'aluminium, notamment par emboutissage.
  9. Jonction de tuyaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la fermeture à baïonnette présente deux ou trois crans d'arrêt (5, 6, 27) sur l'extrémité de tuyau (2, 25) et deux ou trois rainures longitudinales (17, 18, 28) dans le raccord (10, 11, 26).
  10. Jonction de tuyaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les rainures longitudinales (17, 18, 28) présentent une section transversale sensiblement en demi-cercle.
  11. Échangeur thermique, en particulier radiateur pour véhicules automobiles, avec un tuyau de jonction (1) et une cuve collectrice (9), comprenant une jonction de tuyaux entre une extrémité de tuyau (2) du tuyau de jonction (1) et un raccord (10, 11) de la cuve collectrice (9), caractérisé en ce que la jonction de tuyaux est configurée selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
