Claims (9)
- Folienverpackung (1) für sauerstoffempfindliche Lebensmittel (10), die aus einer mehrlagigen Folienbahn (11) besteht und eine umschlagbare eine Öffnung (3) abdeckende Verschlussklappe (4) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folienbahn (11) auf der der Öffnung (3) gegenüberliegenden Seite gefaltet ist, dass eine miteinander versiegelbare Lage (13) der Folienbahnen (11) die Innenseite (16) der Folienverpackung (1) bildet und in den beiden Randbereichen versiegelt ist und dass zum Versiegeln der Verschlussklappe (4) mit der als Sperrschicht ausgebildeten Lage (12) der Folienbahn (11) auf dieser oder der Verschlussklappe (4) partiell eine Schicht aus einem Heißsiegellack (21) aufgebracht ist. - Folienverpackung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit der Verschlussklappe (4) verbindbare Seite der Folienverpackung (1) gegenüber der Faltkante (5) der Verschlussklappe (4) zurückgesetzt ausgebildet ist. - Folienverpackung Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht des Heißsiegellackes (21) bündig mit der Kante der zurückgesetzten Seite der Folienverpackung (1) angeordnet ist und deren beide in den Randbereichen verlaufende Siegelnähte (17, 18) überdeckt. - Folienverpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht des Heißsiegellackes (21) mit Abstand zu der Kante der zurückgesetzten Seite der Folienverpackung (1) angeordnet ist und sich an die beiden in den Randbereichen verlaufenden Siegelnähten (17, 18) anschließt. - Folienverpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die versiegelbare Lage (13) der Folienbahn (11) durch eine Polyethylenschicht gebildet ist. - Folienverpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die als Sperrschicht wirkende Lage (12) der Folienbahn (11) durch eine Polyamidschicht gebildet ist. - Folienverpackung nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polyethylenschicht (13) über einen Haftvermittler (14) mit der Polyamidschicht (12) verbunden ist. - Folienverpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Außenseite (15) der Folienverpackung (1) im Bereich der Verschlussklappe (4) oder auf dieser, vorzugsweise im Anschluss an die Schicht des Heißsiegellackes (21), eine doppelseitig wirkende Klebefolie (22) angeordnet ist. - Folienbahn zur Herstellung einer nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 ausgebildeten Folienverpackung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folienbahn (11) aus einer die Außenseite (15) der Folienverpackung (1) bildenden als Sperrschicht wirksamen Polyamidschicht (12) und einer die Innenseite (16) bildenden Polyethylenschicht (13), die miteinander mittels eines Haftvermittlers (14) oder Klebers verbunden sind, und einer auf der Außenseite (15) der Folienverpackung im Bereich der Verschlussklappe (4) oder auf dieser aufgebrachten Schicht aus einem Heißsiegellack (21) besteht.
