Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum kontinuierlichen Zugrecken von metallischen. Bändern, insbesondere mit einer Banddicke von 0,05 mm bis 1,5 mm, wonach das jeweilige Band einen Bremsrollensatz und einen Zugrollensatz durchläuft und zwischen beiden Rollensätzen im Zuge seiner Reckung im plastischen Bereich einem Streckzug unterworfen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band zwischen beiden Rollensätzen drei oder mehr Reckzonen durchläuft und in diesen Reckzonen im plastischen Bereich und/oder elastischen Bereich gereckt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band in allen Reckzonen im plastischen Bereich gereckt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band in der einlaufseitigen Reckzone und in der auslaufseitigen Reckzone im plastischen Bereich gereckt wird und in der zwischen diesen Zonen befindlichen mittleren Reckzone einer im elastischen Bereich liegenden Bandzugspannung unterworfen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bandzugspannung in der mittleren Reckzone bei ≤ 80 %, vorzugsweise ≤ 50 % der Streckgrenze des Bandmaterials liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band die mittlere Reckzone mit einer Verweildauer ≥ 1 Sekunde durchläuft.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band beim Durchlaufen von fünf Reckzonen in den beiden einlaufseitigen Reckzonen und in den beiden auslaufseitigen Reckzonen im plastischen Bereich und in der mittleren Reckzone im elastischen Bereich gereckt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band nach dem Durchlaufen der einlaufseitigen Reckzone oder Reckzonen zwischenaufgewickelt wird.
- Zugreckanlage zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, mit einem Bremsrollensatz und einem Zugrollensatz, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Bremsrollensatz (2) und dem Zugrollensatz (3) zwei oder mehr Zugreckrollenpaare (4, 5 und 6, 7) angeordnet sind, wobei eine einlaufseitige Reckzone (I) zwischen den beiden Zugreckrollen (4, 5) des einlaufseitigen Zugreckrollenpaares, eine auslaufseitige Reckzone (III) zwischen den beiden Zugreckrollen (6, 7) des auslaufseitigen Zugreckrollenpaares und eine mittlere Reckzone (II) zwischen den beiden Zugreckrollenpaaren (4, 5 und 6, 7) gebildet ist.
- Zugreckanlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest jeweils eine Zugreckrolle (4 und 6) der Zugreckrollenpaare als eine konkave/konvexe Zugreckrolle mit jeweils unterschiedlich einstellbarer Geometrie ausgebildet ist.
- Zugreckanlage nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (1) in den einzelnen Reckzonen (I, II, III) jeweils von einem oder mehreren Linearmotoren beaufschlagt ist.
