Abstract
Description
Mittels der Paare von Tragarmen 02 wird eine neue Materialrolle 06 in Aufachsposition 12 aufgeachst und nachfolgend in die Abrollposition 11 angehoben - die neue Materialrolle 06 kann auch von einem nicht dargestellten Transportwagen abgehoben werden. Die abgelaufene Materialrolle 07 ist zwischenzeitlich und während ihres Betriebes mittels der Paare von Tragarmen 02 im Maschinengestell B in die Klebeposition 09 verschwenkt worden. Nunmehr wird die von der abgelaufenen Materialrolle 07 ablaufende Materialbahn 30 von der Andrückwalze 19 der in Arbeitsposition 22 verschwenkbaren Klebeeinrichtung 14 im Maschinengestell B an die vorher beschleunigte neue Materialrolle 06 angestellt und eine Klebeverbindung hergestellt. Nachfolgend wird durch die Betätigung des Arbeitszylinders 23 im Maschinengestell B das Abschlagmesser 24 im Maschinengestell B betätigt, so dass die von der abgelaufenen Materialrolle 07 kommende Materialbahn 30 durch das Abschlagmesser 24 im Maschinengestell B getrennt wird.

Claims (2)
- Rollenwechsler für Materialrollen (06; 07), wobei jeweils ein Paar schwenkbarer Tragarme (02, A; 02, B) für eine neue Materialrolle (06) und eine ablaufende Materialrolle (07) vorgesehen ist, wobei die die Materialrolle (06; 07) aufnehmenden Enden (04, A; 04, B) der beiden Paare von Tragarmen (02, A; 02, B) aufeinander zu weisend und zwischen den Schwenkachsen (05) der beiden Paare von Tragarmen (02, A; 02, B) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in horizontaler Richtung ein Abstand (a) der Schwenkachsen (05) der gegenüberliegenden Paare von Tragarmen (03) kleiner als ein zweifacher Durchmesser einer neuen, in diesem Rollenwechsler abzurollenden Materialrolle ist.
- Rollenwechsler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils das zweite, eine zu Ende gehende Materialrolle (07) tragende Paar von Tragarmen (02, B) in eine oberhalb einer Rotationsachse (33) der neuen Materialrolle (06) befindliche Klebeposition (09) verschwenkbar ist.
