Claims (7)
- Hubeinrichtung mit einer Spindel (1) und einer in einem Getriebegehäuse (4) drehbar gelagerten und antreibbaren Mutter (5) zur Verstellung der Spindel (1) in Richtung ihrer Längsachse (2), wobei eine Verdrehsicherungseinrichtung für die Spindel (1) ein mit dem Getriebegehäuse (4) drehfest verbundenes Rohr (9), das als Mehrkantrohr, insbesondere Vierkantrohr, ausgebildet ist und in das die Spindel (1) mit dem ihrem Stellende (8) gegenüberliegenden Ende ragt, und eine an der Spindel (1) drehfest angebrachte, innerhalb des Rohrs (9) liegende und einer Verdrehung der Spindel (1) um ihre Längsachse (2) durch Anlage an die Innenwand (11) des Rohrs (9) entgegenstehende Anlageeinheit (10) umfasst, welche einen Grundkörper (12) besitzt, in dessen dem Rohr (9) zugewandter Umfangsfläche (17) mindestens zwei Ausnehmungen (18) ausgebildet sind, in denen Anlageteile angeordnet sind, welche zur Anlage an die Innenwand (11) des Rohrs (9) vorgesehene Anlageflächen (25, 26) aufweisen, wobei die Ausnehmungen (18), in einem senkrecht zur Längsachse (2) der Spindel (1) verlaufenden Querschnitt des Grundkörpers (12) gesehen, einen kreisbogenförmig verlaufenden Boden (19) aufweisen und die am Boden (19) der jeweiligen Ausnehmung (18) anliegende Basisseite (23) eines jeweiligen Anlageteils einen gegengleichen kreisbogenförmigen Verlauf aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für jeden Eckbereich des Rohrs (9) ein Anlageteil in Form eines verschwenkbar in einer Ausnehmung (18) des Grundkörpers (12) gelagerten Anlageklotzes (22) vorhanden ist, der zwei winklig zueinander stehende Anlageflächen (25, 26) zur Anlage an den beiden an die Ecke (27) anschließenden und die Ecke (27) zwischen sich einschließenden Abschnitten der Innenwand (11) des Rohrs (9) aufweist.
- Hubeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die winklig zueinander stehenden Anlageflächen (25, 26) der Anlageklötze (22) jeweils über eine eine abgeflachte Ecke ausbildende Verbindungsfläche (28) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Hubeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verankerung des in einer jeweiligen Ausnehmung (18) angeordneten Anlageklotzes (22) in achsialer Richtung der Spindel (1) die Ausnehmung (18) in achsialer Richtung der Spindel (1) beidseitig von Seitenwänden (20) begrenzt ist.
- Hubeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in der Ausnehmung (18) liegende Abschnitt eines jeweiligen Anlageklotzes (22) die Form eines Teilzylinders aufweist.
- Hubeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Rohr (9) mindestens ein Endschalter (29, 30) angebracht ist, der ein durch eine Bohrung im Rohr (9) in den Innenraum des Rohrs (9) ragendes Betätigungsteil (31) aufweist, welches mit dem Grundkörper (12) zusammenwirkt und von diesem beim Überfahren des Betätigungsteils (31) betätigbar ist.
- Hubeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlageklötze aus Bronze bestehen.
- Hubeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umfangsfläche des Grundkörpers (12) in Bereichen zwischen den Ausnehmungen (18) für die Anlageklötze (22) zylindermantelförmig ausgebildet ist.
