Said arrangement comprises a member shaped like a hinge plate (6) mounted at its opposite ends, pivoting on the door and the fixed part, at least the part of the door or of the fixed structure, whereto is articulated the hinge plate is formed by a profiled section integral with the door or the fixed structure.
