Definitions
- the present invention relates to a control system of leaf blades and a corresponding jalousie.
- a jalousie is a joinery intended to close an opening made in a wall, or bay, using vertical or horizontal blades (the most common case) mounted pivoting.
- the blades are generally all arranged substantially parallel to each other and rotate so as to achieve a closure of the bay, or to allow aeration. In the closed position, the blades can be coplanar and come into contact with one another to ensure a closure, or arranged relative to each other so as to achieve a partial recovery in the manner of tiles.
- control means are provided to allow a simultaneous rotation of the blades of the blind.
- the present invention relates more particularly to a jalousie for which a control system acts simultaneously on all or part of the blades.
- the jalousie usually has a rectangular frame with two lateral uprights connected by two sleepers.
- the blades are integral with an axis whose ends are mounted in the lateral uprights (for horizontal blades) or in the sleepers (for vertical blades).
- the control of opening and closing of the blind, and thus the pivoting of the blades is effected by a system with rod and links arranged on either side of the blades.
- Each blade carries at each of its ends a member called a driver and which is screwed to a connecting rod of the control system.
- a control handle then acts on a rod connecting the links on one side of the blades so as to cause a translation of the rod and thereby a rotation of the rods which then actuate the blades.
- the present invention therefore aims to provide a control system blades ashamedy to perform disassembly of a blade without having to disassemble all the jalousie out of the bay in which it is integrated.
- the proposed system will cost less compared to comparable systems already known and / or will be faster to integrate into a carpentry.
- the present invention proposes a control system for jalousie blades comprising: - a profile extending in a longitudinal direction, - a trainer extending transversely relative to the profile through a first face of said section, - a connecting box with two lateral walls extending longitudinally and perpendicularly to the coach, box inside which is find a toothed sector meshing with a worm, the toothed sector being associated with an axis passing through a side wall and said axis being connected to the coach so that it can be rotated.
- the profile has an at least partially open face extending perpendicular to the first face of the profile; the driver has an end having two parallel faces perpendicular to the first face of the profile, and the axis associated with the toothed sector has a stirrup-shaped end with two parallel branches whose spacing substantially corresponds to the distance separating the two parallel faces of the end of the trainer.
- the invention thus provides means for mounting the connecting box in the profile by sliding one end of the axis on one end of the trainer.
- the movement to make the connection of the through shaft and more generally of the connecting box on the trainer is in a plane transverse to the axis of rotation of the blade and therefore does not require lateral clearance.
- the assembly and disassembly of one or the connection box (s) can therefore be done even when a chassis in which is mounted a control system according to the present invention is sealed in a bay.
- the face of the at least partially open profile is completely open, and that the control system further comprises a lid for closing of this completely open face.
- a preferred embodiment provides that the trainer has a profiled end of square section. Such a shape is already commonly used to form the end of a trainer. It allows, on the one hand, to properly position the traversing axis relative to the trainer and, on the other hand, a good connection between the traversing axle and the trainer.
- the profile has a first longitudinal groove open towards the at least partially open face of the section formed on the first face of the profile, or on a face opposite to the first face of the profile, and that the connecting box has a wall a first leg whose shape is adapted to be able to penetrate into the first groove and whose position is such that it is possible to have both this first tab introduced into the first groove and the trainer engaged with the first groove axis associated with the toothed sector.
- This embodiment avoids transverse displacement of a connecting box in its profile.
- the profile advantageously further comprises a second longitudinal groove open towards the at least partially open face of the profile on the same face of the profile as the first longitudinal groove and parallel thereto
- the connecting box also advantageously has on the side wall carrying the first tab a second tab whose shape is adapted to be able to penetrate into the second groove and whose position is such that it is possible to have both this second lug introduced into the second groove, the first lug introduced into the first groove and the driver engaged with the axis associated with the toothed sector.
- the first tab and / or the second tab may be formed by the lateral edge of a groove extending over substantially the entire height of the corresponding side wall of the connecting box, said groove being open towards the first groove and / or the second groove of the profile.
- the two side walls of the connecting box are preferably symmetrical with respect to a median plane of the connecting box.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment of a control system provides that this system comprises several connection boxes with each time a worm having an inner longitudinal bore and an external thread, and in addition a rod linkage passing through a plurality of worm bores, the shank and the bores being configured so that the connecting rod can rotate said worm; that the connecting rod is made of several sections, a section corresponding in each case to a worm; that each section can slide longitudinally with respect to the bores endless screws, and that at least one stop is provided on a section so as to limit the sliding of said section relative to the inner longitudinal bore of the corresponding worm. While the known devices of the prior art only propose connecting rods in one piece requiring the mounting of all the connection boxes almost simultaneously, the proposed variant allows to mount and dismount each connection box independently of the other boxes of link.
- each endless screw of the control system is preferably a tubular piece; all the worms arranged on the same side of the blades are aligned and connected together by a rod, in one piece or preferably in several sections, passing through all the worm, and the rod is connected to an engine .
- the figures 1 and 2 illustrate a shamey according to the present invention.
- a jalousie comprises two lateral uprights 2, a lower crossbar 4, an upper crossbar 6 and blades 8 pivotally mounted between the lateral uprights 2.
- the blades 8 are illustrated in the same intermediate position between a position called closed position in which all the blades 8 would be coplanar corresponding to a closed position of the blind and a position called open position in which all the blades 8 would be rotated about 90 ° from the closed position.
- Each lateral upright 2 comprises a U-shaped section 10 and a cover 12 intended to close the profile 10 by connecting the free ends of the branches of the U of the profile 10.
- a profile 10 has not been illustrated so as to show a control system for the blades 8 for controlling the passage of these blades from the open position to the closed position, or vice versa.
- FIGS. 2 and 3 show the presence of a connecting box 14 mounted at one end of each blade 8.
- Means described below allow to connect the connecting boxes 14. These means are for example driven by a motor (not shown) that can take place in a cross, or a side jamb.
- FIG 4 illustrates in perspective and on a larger scale a box of link 14.
- a housing comprises an outer casing and elements arranged wholly or partially inside the outer casing.
- the outer casing of the connecting box 14 illustrated here comprises two half-shells assembled by screws (not shown) and a fastening clip 16.
- the overall shape of the outer casing is parallelepiped with two main lateral faces.
- a first half-shell carries a first side face 18 while a second half-shell carries a second side face 20 which extends parallel to the first side face 18 and is substantially symmetrical.
- the two half-shells are held together by screws and the fastening clip 16 allows to perfect the maintenance of the two half-shells.
- It is a piece of U-shaped synthetic material with two elastic branches that pinches between its two branches one side of the two half-shells when they are assembled.
- the first lateral face 18 carries a first longitudinal groove 22 and a second longitudinal groove 24.
- the second lateral face 20 also carries a first longitudinal groove 22 and a second longitudinal groove 24.
- These grooves being arranged symmetrically and having substantially the same shapes, the same reference 22 is used to designate the first two grooves and the same reference 24 is used to designate the two second grooves.
- the first longitudinal groove 22 of the first side face 18 does not appear because it is slightly shortened to allow the passage of an assembly screw of the two half-shells of the outer casing of the connecting box 14.
- a worm 26 is disposed longitudinally in the connecting housing 14 and extends parallel to the first side face 18 and the second side face 20 (and parallel to the grooves on these faces).
- the worm 26 has a tubular shape. It presents here a longitudinal hole 38 of square section which passes through the endless screw from one side to the other. On its outer face, the worm 26 has a thread in its central part and bearings at both ends.
- the outer casing of the connecting box 14 is shaped so that the wall of said casing forms two bearings for receiving the ends of the worm 26 and guiding the latter in rotation.
- a transverse axis 28 traverses both the first lateral face 18 and the second lateral face 20.
- This transverse axis 28 is integral with a toothed sector 30 in engagement with the worm 26 as illustrated in FIG. figure 5 .
- the toothed sector substantially corresponds to the rotating stroke of a blade 8. In this case, for a blade 8 that can pivot about 90 °, the toothed sector extends over a little more than 90 °.
- this transverse axis 28 is prestressed. Indeed, this transverse axis 28 has a cam 32 on which bears a telescopic arm 34 whose free end is adapted to the shape of the cam 32 to engage therewith.
- the telescopic arm 34 is pivotally mounted at its other end about an axis 36.
- a not shown spring for example a helical spring, is mounted around the arm 34 which thus exerts an elastic return stress on the transverse axis 28. through the cam 32.
- Each end of the transverse axis 28 protruding out of the outer casing of the connecting box 14 has a circular cylindrical shape in the center of which a square recess is formed.
- one side of this square is fully open so that each end of the transverse axis 28 is in the form of a stirrup inscribed in a circular cylinder and having three internal faces: a bottom 40 plane and two lateral wings 42 planes also and extending perpendicularly to the bottom 40.
- the transverse axis 28 shown (for example on the Figures 4 to 7 ) further has a boss 44 at its periphery. This boss 44 forms a stop intended to cooperate with an abutment described below.
- each transverse axis 28 is intended to cooperate with a driver 46 which is generally in the form of a cylindrical piece of square section.
- One end of the driver 46 takes place in the stirrup formed at the corresponding end of the transverse axis 28 while its other end cooperates with an axis carrying the blade 8.
- the end of the driver 46 is slotted longitudinally. This form makes it possible to make a connection with an axis and more generally with a set forming a blade of jealousy that will not be detailed here.
- the trainer 46 has a square section because it is the most commonly encountered form for the assembly of jalousie blades.
- the trainer can for example have a circular cylindrical end with only two opposite flats. It is also possible to provide sections of polygonal shape. It will be more like hexagonal or octagonal sections.
- the connecting box 14 being disposed inside the profile 10 and the blade 8 being outside this profile, the trainer 46 which connects the connecting box 14 to the blade 8 thus crosses a wall of this profile.
- a passage hole is therefore provided in the profile 10 at each blade 8.
- a driver bearing 48 is provided at each passage hole for holding and guiding the driver 46 which has at the level of the bearing 48 is a circular section.
- FIGS. 6 and 7 show two examples of mounting in the profile 10 of a control system of the position of the blades 8.
- the connecting box 14 is positioned against the wall of the profile 10 located on the side of the blades 8 (that is to say the wall of the section through which the driver 46).
- the profile 10 has on this wall a first longitudinal groove 52 intended to cooperate with the corresponding first groove 22 of the connecting box 14 and a second longitudinal groove 54 intended to cooperate with the corresponding second groove 24 of the connecting box 14.
- the first longitudinal groove 52 and the second longitudinal groove 54 are open towards the open face of the profile 10 (and closed by the cover 12).
- the mounting of the connecting box 14 in the section 10 is then simple and easy.
- the control system of the blades 8 of a louver is mounted after assembly of the blades 8 on the frame comprising the two lateral uprights 2, the lower crossbar 4 and the upper crossbar 6.
- the trainers 46 are in place and protrude inside the profile 10.
- a first variant provides for mounting all the connecting housings 14 on a square section rod which passes inside each worm 26. In this way, it is sufficient thereafter to act on the square section rod to simultaneously control all the blades 8.
- each connecting box 14 is then introduced into the profile 10 so that each first groove 22 of the connecting boxes 14 comes to cooperate with the first longitudinal groove 52 of the profile 10.
- the outer edge that is to say remote from the side face of the connecting box
- the first groove 22 is introduced into the first longitudinal groove 52 of the profile.
- each second groove 24 cooperates with the second longitudinal groove 54 of the profile 10.
- Each connecting box 14 is thus guided longitudinally in translation in the section 10.
- FIG. 1 Another variant of the mounting embodiment, when the chassis is not yet mounted in a rack, may consist in first putting the connecting boxes 14 in place on the drivers 46 and then connecting them with a connecting rod passing by the longitudinal holes 38 of the worm 26. Indeed, as the jalousie is not in place in a bay, the section 10 remains accessible from above and from below.
- the driver 46 In order to allow easy assembly of the assembly (or only of the connecting boxes) in the section 10, it is envisaged in the design of the blind that when it is laid flat on a work surface (chassis and blades horizontally) that the drivers 46 are oriented so that the square section opening into the profile has two faces extending longitudinally. All that remains then is to ensure then a correct positioning of the stirrup end of the transverse axes 28.
- the boss 44 can be a reference to facilitate the control of the correct orientation of the transverse axis 28 of a box of link 14.
- the connecting boxes 14 to the trainers 46 the transverse axes 28 will automatically take place on the trainers 46.
- the displacement of the connecting boxes 14 to the trainers 46 is in the sense of gravity.
- the connecting boxes 14 are held in position by gravity as well as by the cooperation of the grooves of the profile with the corresponding grooves of the connecting housings 14.
- the transverse axis 28 has rotated 90 °, the first groove 22 and the second groove 24 of each connecting housing 14 can then out of the first longitudinal groove 52 and the second longitudinal groove 54 respectively.
- the boss 44 mentioned above and made on the transverse axis 28 of each connecting box 14 then cooperates with the second longitudinal groove 54 to prevent such movement and thus guarantee a perfect guidance and maintenance of the system in all the positions of the blades 8.
- the montage illustrated on the figure 7 is not described in detail. It is proposed here to mount the connecting boxes 14 not on the wall of the profile 10 located on the side of the blades 8 but on the opposite wall. It is then on this opposite wall that then lie the first longitudinal groove 52 and the second longitudinal groove 54 of the profile 10. In this configuration, it is appropriate to adapt the length of the trainer 46. To better maintain the latter, it is then also possible to provide a holding clip 56 on the drive 46 between the wall of the profile 10 traversed by the trainer 46 and the connecting box 14.
- FIGS. 8 and 9 illustrate a preferred embodiment in which there is not an integral connecting rod for connecting the connecting housings 14 but as many rod sections 58 as linking boxes 14.
- Each connecting rod section 58 is in the form of a longitudinal piece with a square section fitted inside the worm 26 with a collar 60 placed at an intermediate position on the section 58.
- the figure 8 shows two sections 58 of adjacent rods in a position for the connection between them connecting boxes. To show these sections well, the figure 8 does not show an outer casing of a connecting box, nor the corresponding worm. It can then be seen that two neighboring sections 58 meet opposite the toothed sector 30, that is to say inside the worm which has not been shown to allow the junction zone to be seen.
- a spacer 62 is disposed between the lower connecting box 14 and the collar 60 of the first section 58 (starting from the bottom), and more precisely between the worm 26 of the connection box. 14 and the collar 60 mentioned above. When the spacer 62 is positioned, all the sections 58 are then positioned.
- the spacer 62 is a C-shaped piece designed to grip a portion of square section of a connecting rod section 58.
- the figure 9 illustrates the removal of the spacer 62 illustrated on the figure 8 .
- the connecting rod section 58 can then slide downwards. Its downward movement is blocked when the collar 60 of the section comes into contact with the worm 26 of the lower connecting box 14.
- the other section 58 of the figure 9 was not moved in relation to his position from the figure 8 but it is clear that by gravity, once the spacer 62 removed, all sections 58 slide down until their collars 60 abut.
- each connection box is then possible by performing a first translational movement upwards to clear the transverse axis 28 of the driver 46 and a second translational movement to remove the connecting box 14 from its profile 10.
- the assembly and disassembly of the control system of the blades of the blind is easy and quick to achieve.
- the proposed solution therefore saves time during the mounting of the control system and allows intervention on this easy control system even when the corresponding jalousie is sealed in a bay.
- Binding boxes can correspond to several types of coach from the moment these coaches have the same terminal square section.
- the fact of having sections of connecting rod also makes it possible to adapt the number of blades on a blind with the same sections of blades, only the number of sections used varies.

Description
The present invention relates to a control system of leaf blades and a corresponding jalousie.
A jalousie is a joinery intended to close an opening made in a wall, or bay, using vertical or horizontal blades (the most common case) mounted pivoting. The blades are generally all arranged substantially parallel to each other and rotate so as to achieve a closure of the bay, or to allow aeration. In the closed position, the blades can be coplanar and come into contact with one another to ensure a closure, or arranged relative to each other so as to achieve a partial recovery in the manner of tiles. Generally, control means are provided to allow a simultaneous rotation of the blades of the blind.
The present invention relates more particularly to a jalousie for which a control system acts simultaneously on all or part of the blades. The jalousie usually has a rectangular frame with two lateral uprights connected by two sleepers. The blades are integral with an axis whose ends are mounted in the lateral uprights (for horizontal blades) or in the sleepers (for vertical blades). Conventionally, the control of opening and closing of the blind, and thus the pivoting of the blades, is effected by a system with rod and links arranged on either side of the blades. Each blade carries at each of its ends a member called a driver and which is screwed to a connecting rod of the control system. A control handle then acts on a rod connecting the links on one side of the blades so as to cause a translation of the rod and thereby a rotation of the rods which then actuate the blades.
In the known jalousies of this type, the screwing of each rod on the corresponding trainer takes place in the axis of the movable blades. Therefore, when the chassis is mounted in a bay, the screws can not be removed and the blades can not be changed without having to disassemble the entire blind with its chassis.
Another disadvantage of this type of assembly is that it is long to put implemented and therefore its cost price is high.
The system mentioned in the preceding paragraph certainly allows a motorization of a blind but is also long and expensive to implement and does not allow the change of a blade without having to disassemble the entire blind with its chassis out of the corresponding bay.
The present invention therefore aims to provide a control system blades jealousy to perform disassembly of a blade without having to disassemble all the jalousie out of the bay in which it is integrated.
Preferably, the proposed system will cost less compared to comparable systems already known and / or will be faster to integrate into a carpentry.
To this end, the present invention proposes a control system for jalousie blades comprising: - a profile extending in a longitudinal direction, - a trainer extending transversely relative to the profile through a first face of said section, - a connecting box with two lateral walls extending longitudinally and perpendicularly to the coach, box inside which is find a toothed sector meshing with a worm, the toothed sector being associated with an axis passing through a side wall and said axis being connected to the coach so that it can be rotated.
According to the present invention, the profile has an at least partially open face extending perpendicular to the first face of the profile; the driver has an end having two parallel faces perpendicular to the first face of the profile, and the axis associated with the toothed sector has a stirrup-shaped end with two parallel branches whose spacing substantially corresponds to the distance separating the two parallel faces of the end of the trainer.
The invention thus provides means for mounting the connecting box in the profile by sliding one end of the axis on one end of the trainer. The movement to make the connection of the through shaft and more generally of the connecting box on the trainer is in a plane transverse to the axis of rotation of the blade and therefore does not require lateral clearance. In addition, thanks to the at least partially open face of the profile, the assembly and disassembly of one or the connection box (s) can therefore be done even when a chassis in which is mounted a control system according to the present invention is sealed in a bay.
To facilitate access to the connection boxes of a control system according to the present invention, it is advantageously provided that the face of the at least partially open profile is completely open, and that the control system further comprises a lid for closing of this completely open face.
A preferred embodiment provides that the trainer has a profiled end of square section. Such a shape is already commonly used to form the end of a trainer. It allows, on the one hand, to properly position the traversing axis relative to the trainer and, on the other hand, a good connection between the traversing axle and the trainer.
To ensure a good maintenance of a connecting box in the corresponding section, it is proposed that the profile has a first longitudinal groove open towards the at least partially open face of the section formed on the first face of the profile, or on a face opposite to the first face of the profile, and that the connecting box has a wall a first leg whose shape is adapted to be able to penetrate into the first groove and whose position is such that it is possible to have both this first tab introduced into the first groove and the trainer engaged with the first groove axis associated with the toothed sector. This embodiment avoids transverse displacement of a connecting box in its profile. To further prevent any risk of pivoting about the longitudinal axis of the profile, the profile advantageously further comprises a second longitudinal groove open towards the at least partially open face of the profile on the same face of the profile as the first longitudinal groove and parallel thereto, and the connecting box also advantageously has on the side wall carrying the first tab a second tab whose shape is adapted to be able to penetrate into the second groove and whose position is such that it is possible to have both this second lug introduced into the second groove, the first lug introduced into the first groove and the driver engaged with the axis associated with the toothed sector.
In the embodiments mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the first tab and / or the second tab may be formed by the lateral edge of a groove extending over substantially the entire height of the corresponding side wall of the connecting box, said groove being open towards the first groove and / or the second groove of the profile.
To allow mounting of the same connection box both at a first end of a blade at its opposite end, the two side walls of the connecting box are preferably symmetrical with respect to a median plane of the connecting box.
A particularly advantageous embodiment of a control system according to the invention provides that this system comprises several connection boxes with each time a worm having an inner longitudinal bore and an external thread, and in addition a rod linkage passing through a plurality of worm bores, the shank and the bores being configured so that the connecting rod can rotate said worm; that the connecting rod is made of several sections, a section corresponding in each case to a worm; that each section can slide longitudinally with respect to the bores endless screws, and that at least one stop is provided on a section so as to limit the sliding of said section relative to the inner longitudinal bore of the corresponding worm. While the known devices of the prior art only propose connecting rods in one piece requiring the mounting of all the connection boxes almost simultaneously, the proposed variant allows to mount and dismount each connection box independently of the other boxes of link.
- a frame with two lateral profile posts and two cross members, and
- blades pivotally mounted between the two lateral profile posts,
In such a jalousie each endless screw of the control system is preferably a tubular piece; all the worms arranged on the same side of the blades are aligned and connected together by a rod, in one piece or preferably in several sections, passing through all the worm, and the rod is connected to an engine .

The outer casing of the connecting
The

One end of each
On the side of the connecting
The connecting

For the mounting of the connecting
The assembly comprising the square-section rod and the connecting
Another variant of the mounting embodiment, when the chassis is not yet mounted in a rack, may consist in first putting the connecting
In order to allow easy assembly of the assembly (or only of the connecting boxes) in the

It is assumed here that the
In case the jalousie should be arranged not vertically or inclined but horizontally, then two

As can be seen, the assembly and disassembly of the control system of the blades of the blind is easy and quick to achieve.
The proposed solution therefore saves time during the mounting of the control system and allows intervention on this easy control system even when the corresponding jalousie is sealed in a bay.
The fact of providing grooves on two opposite faces of a connecting box makes it possible to have only one type of case which can then be mounted as well in a lateral upright or in the other lateral upright of a frame of jealousy, depending in particular on various constraints.
The realization of a rod in several sections allows to intervene on a single blade of a jalousie and dismount just a single connection box to access it.
The solution proposed here allows a great modularity. Binding boxes can correspond to several types of coach from the moment these coaches have the same terminal square section. The fact of having sections of connecting rod also makes it possible to adapt the number of blades on a blind with the same sections of blades, only the number of sections used varies.
Of course, the present invention is not limited to the preferred embodiment described above and illustrated in the accompanying drawing. It also relates to all the variants within the scope of those skilled in the art within the scope of the claims below.
