Claims (9)
- Zweistoffsprühdüse mit einer in einem Gehäuse vor einer Austrittsöffnung angeordneten Mischkammer (16) in die Zufuhrkanäle (11, 17) für ein flüssiges und ein gasförmiges Medium münden und in der ein Prallkörper (6) vorgesehen ist, auf den der Flüssigkeitsstrahl auftrifft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Prallkörper als ein koaxial zu dem Flüssigkeitsstrahl ausgerichteter, sich in Strömungsrichtung bis zu einer Abreißkante (15) erweiternder Verdrängungskörper (6) mit einer gegen die Strömung der Flüssigkeit gerichteten Spitze (8) ausgebildet ist, und dass die Zufuhrkanäle (17) für das gasförmige Medium in den den erweiterten Bereich des Verdrängungskörpers (6) umgebenden Teil der Mischkammer (16) münden.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zufuhrkanäle (17) für das gasförmige Medium in Strömungsrichtung vor der Abreißkante (15) münden.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zufuhrkanäle (17) für das gasförmige Medium in etwa parallel zur Strömungsrichtung des Flüssigkeitsstrahles verlaufen.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenwand des Mischkammer (16) in etwa parallel zu der Kontur des Verdrängungskörpers (6) verläuft.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verdrängungskörper (6) als eine Pyramide ausgebildet ist.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verdrängungskörper (6) als Kegel (9) ausgebildet ist.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verdrängungskörper (6) als Doppelkegel (9, 14) ausgebildet ist, der sich in Strömungsrichtung (12) bis zur Abreißkante (15) erweitert und dann wieder verjüngt.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Austrittsöffnung aus mehreren hinter dem Bereich der Abreißkante (15) des Verdrängungskörpers (6) angeordneten Austrittsbohrungen (19) besteht.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lage, die Anzahl und der Austrittswinkel der Austrittsbohrungen (19, 20) in Abhängigkeit vom gewünschten Sprühwinkel und Sprühstrahl gewählt ist.
