Claims (13)
- Textilmaschine mit einem Streckwerk (1) mit mehreren Unterwalzen (2, 3, 4) und mit mehreren den Unterwalzen jeweils zugeordneten Druckzylindern (5, 6, 7), wobei mindestens ein Druckzylinder (5, 6, 7) von einer Belastungsposition, in welcher der Druckzylinder (5, 6, 7) unter Druck auf der zugehörigen Unterwalze (2, 3, 4) aufliegt, in eine Entlastungsposition bewegbar ist, in welcher der Druckzylinder (5, 6, 7) keinen Kontakt mit zugehörigen Unterwalze (2, 3, 4) mehr hat, und mit mindestens einer Druckstange (20) in einem Verzugsfeld (VV, HV) des Streckwerks (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckstange (20) beim Bewegen des mindestens einen Druckzylinders (5, 6, 7) mitbewegbar ist.
- Textilmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Druckzylinder (5, 6, 7) und die mindestens eine Druckstange (20) in einem Schwenkrahmen (8; 18; 108; 208; 218) angeordnet sind.
- Textilmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Einlaufdruckzylinder (5) eines Einlaufwalzenpaares (2, 5) und ein Mitteldruckzylinder (6) eines Mittelwalzenpaares (3, 6) in dem Schwenkrahmen (8; 108; 208) gelagert sind.
- Textilmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Auslaufdruckzylinder (7) eines Auslaufwalzenpaares (4, 7) ebenfalls in dem Schwenkrahmen (108) gelagert ist.
- Textilmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auslaufdruckzylinder (7) in einem zweiten, separaten Schwenkrahmen (18; 218) gelagert ist.
- Textilmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckstange (20) in dem zweiten Schwenkrahmen (18; 218) gelagert ist.
- Textilmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckstange (20) in ihrer Eindringtiefe in das Fasermaterial (FM) einstellbar ist.
- Textilmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckstange (20) in mindestens einem Halter (14) gelagert ist, der seinerseits am Schwenkrahmen (8; 108; 208) angeordnet ist.
- Textilmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckstange (20) an ihren beiden Stirnseiten jeweils in einem Halter (14) gelagert ist.
- Textilmaschine nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Halter (14) im Schwenkrahmen (8; 108; 208) verstellbar angeordnet ist.
- Textilmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckstange (20) im Halter (14) verstellbar angeordnet ist.
- Textilmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellung der Druckstange (20) und/oder des mindestens einen Halters (14) durch Linear- und/oder Schwenkbewegungen realisierbar ist.
- Textilmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckstange (20) in einem Langloch des mindestens einen Halters (14) verstellbar angeordnet ist.
