Description

Vorzugsweise verläuft der Boden des Mündungsquerschnittes in Richtung der kleineren Halbachse bogenförmig bzw. alternativ in Richtung der größeren Halbachse.
Claims (11)
- Tauchausguss für ein einer Gießeinrichtung, insbesondere einer Stranggießkokille oder einem Twinroller vorgeschaltetes metallurgisches Gefäß, bei dem im Bodenbereich eine schlitzförmige Ausgießöffnung (2) vorgesehen ist, die eine mehrfach größere Länge als Breite besitzt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dessen Querschnitt sich in Richtung auf dessen Mündung von einem kreisrunden Einlaufquerschnitt zu einem Mündungsquerschnitt erweitert, dessen eine Halbachse kleiner und dessen andere, senkrecht dazu stehende, Halbachse größer als die Halbachse des kreisförmigen Einlaufquerschnittes ist und dessen Bodenform der des Rotationskörper einer Ellipse oder eines ovalen Mündungsquerschnittes um die größere Halbachse entspricht
und dass die schlitzartige Austrittsöffnung in Richtung der größeren Halbachse verläuft. - Tauchausguss nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mündungsquerschnitt die Form einer Ellipse aufweist. - Tauchausguss nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mündungsquerschnitt die Form einer Kombination eines Kreisquerschnittes mit einem ellipseähnlichen Querschnitt aufweist - Tauchausguss nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Böden des Mündungsquerschnittes in Richtung der kleineren Halbachse bogenförmig verläuft. - Tauchausguss nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden des Mündungsquerschnittes in Richtung der größeren Halbachse bogenförmig verläuft. - Tauchausguss nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übergang von dem kreisförmigen Querschnitt zum erweiterten Querschnitt als Funktion ersten Grades ausgebildet ist. - Tauchausguss nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übergang von dem kreisförmigen Querschnitt zum erweiterten Querschnitt als Funktion n-ten Grades ausgebildet ist. - Tauchausguss nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schlitzförmige Ausgießöffnung (2) sich über die Länge des gesamtem Bodenbereichs erstreckt. - Tauchausguss nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schlitzförmige Ausgießöffnung (2) sich in die Seitenwand erstreckt. - Tauchausguss nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form der schlitzförmigen Ausgießöffnung (2) einem Rechteck entspricht. - Tauchausguss nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der Ausgießöffnung sich von der Mitte nach außen hin vergrößert.
