Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de montage d'une partie intermédiaire à plancher surbaissé (M) dans la caisse (W) d'un véhicule sur rails à plancher haut, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes:
    a) recevoir et serrer dans une carcasse rigide la structure porteuse (T) de ladite caisse (W) sur au moins respectivement trois points de réception (H1, H2, K1 ; H3, H4, K2) de la structure porteuse (T) devant et derrière une section intermédiaire (TM) de la structure porteuse ;
    b) éliminer toutes les parties de plancher non porteuses au niveau de ladite section intermédiaire (TM) de la structure porteuse ;
    c) insérer de nouveaux tronçons de longerons (T1, T2) dans la structure porteuse (T) de la caisse (W) au-dessous de la section intermédiaire (TM) de la structure porteuse ;
    d) retirer la section intermédiaire de structure porteuse (TM) ainsi que les zones existantes de parois et de toiture dans la partie intermédiaire (M) de la caisse (W) ;
    e) en cas de besoin, insérer un ou plusieurs nouveaux tronçons supplémentaires de longerons (T3 ... TN) ainsi que des poutres transversales dans la structure porteuse (T) de la partie intermédiaire (M) de la caisse (W) ;
    f) disposer et insérer de nouvelles zones de plancher, de parois et de toiture (B, WA, D) dans ladite partie intermédiaire (M) de la caisse (W), sur lesdits nouveaux tronçons de longerons (T1, T2, T3 ... TN) de la structure porteuse (T) ;
    g) supprimer le serrage des points de réception (H1, H2, K1 ; H3, H4, K2) de la structure porteuse (T), libérant ainsi cette dernière de la carcasse rigide.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits au moins respectivement trois points de réception (H1, H2, K1) et (H3, H4, K2) sont disposés à des endroits périphériques de la structure porteuse (T) et présentent une distance aussi grande que possible les uns des autres.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 et/ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que les points qui servent de points de réception (H1, H2, K1; H3, H4, K2) pour serrer la structure porteuse (T) sont les points de levage (H1, H2, H3, H4) et les points de couplage (K1, K2) de la caisse (W).
  4. Procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que la nouvelle zone de toiture (D) dans la partie intermédiaire (M) de la caisse (W) est réalisée de manière à être élevée par rapport aux zones avant et arrière de toiture existantes (D1, D2) de la caisse (W).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que ladite zone élevée de toiture (D) sert à recevoir l'équipement de commande d'entraînement du véhicule sur rails.
  6. Procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la nouvelle zone de plancher (B) de la partie intermédiaire à plancher surbaissé (M) est réalisée à une distance d'environ 240 mm du sol.
