Claims (11)

  1. Hinged closure (1) made from plastic material, for a container (2), in particular a bottle,
    wherein the closure (1) has a circumferential outer collar (5), which can be deposited in at least one beaded edge (12) of the container (2) by way of at least one projecting part (10),
    having a cover (20) that is connected to the outer collar (5) by way of a hinge (15), has a grip lug (22) and can be arrested in the closed state behind a circumferential projecting part (26) of the outer collar (5) by way of an inside cover edge (24),
    wherein the grip lug (22) has predetermined breaking points (28) that are connected to the cover (20) as security of originality, and
    the cover (20) is provided with a reinforcement (30) in the region of the predetermined breaking points (28),
    characterised in that the predetermined breaking points extend on both sides of the grip lug in the longitudinal direction of the container.
  2. Hinged closure according to claim 1, characterised in that the reinforcement (30) is a web (32) that is arranged on the inside of the cover (20).
  3. Hinged closure according to claim 2, characterised in that the web (32) connects together two regions (A, B) of the cover edge (24) that are separated from each other by the grip lug (22).
  4. Hinged closure according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the grip lug (22) is connected to the cover (20) in a pivoted manner by way of a film hinge (34).
  5. Hinged closure according to claim 4, characterised in that the film hinge (34) extends over a portion of the circumference in the upper region of the cover (20).
  6. Hinged closure according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the circumferential outer collar (5) is connected, by way of an annular region (36), to an inner collar (38) that rises above the outer collar (5) and is used as a guide for a closure ring (40) that extends on the inside of the cover (20).
  7. Hinged closure according to claim 6, characterised in that the inner collar (38) is bevelled on the inside and the closure ring (40) is bevelled on the outside.
  8. Hinged closure according to claim 6, characterised in that the annular region (36) lies so that it is higher than the outer collar (5) and is connected to the latter by way of a side wall (42).
  9. Hinged closure according to claim 1 and 8, characterised in that the side wall (42) has the projecting part (26), into which at least in part an edge region (24') of the cover (20) can be deposited in the closed state.
  10. Hinged closure according to claim 9, characterised in that a bead (46) on the inside of the grip lug (22) can be deposited in the projecting part (26) in the closed state of the cover (20).
  11. Hinged closure according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cover (20) has on the inside a plurality of ribs (44) that run in radially and are arranged between the cover wall (21) and the closure ring (40).
