Abstract

A single-piece plastic lid, having a lower part and a cap. The cap is connected to the lower part via a hinge. The lid has a guarantee strip to ensure that the lid cannot be opened unnoticed and that the lid cannot be removed from the container without damaging the guarantee strip. Thus, the guarantee strip has additional elements which enable a positive fit with both the lower part and the neck of the container. Corresponding positive fit elements are also provided on the container neck, for example in the form of snap-in elements.

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen einteiligen Kunststoffverschluss zur Befestigung auf einem Behälterhals mit am Behälterhals vorgesehenen Befestigungsmitteln zur form- und/oder kraftschlüssigen Verbindung des Kunststoffverschlusses auf den Behälterhals, wobei der Kunststoffverschluss aus einem Unterteil und einer damit über mindestens ein Filmscharnier schwenkbar verbundenen Kappe besteht, gemäss Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.The present invention relates to a one-piece plastic closure for mounting on a container neck with am Fasteners provided on the container neck for and / or non-positive connection of the plastic closure on the neck of the container, whereby the plastic closure a lower part and one with at least one film hinge there is a pivotally connected cap, according to the generic term of claim 1.

Especially in the packaging for food and cosmetics manufacturers are placing increasing demands on the security of the packaging. Most of them Common closures are used depending on the type of closure appropriate means either the connection between closure and containers secured or warranty elements provided, which should indicate the integrity of the product. While the first-mentioned variant particularly with screw closures is provided, the second embodiment especially for closures with a hinged lid intended. Most of the latter variant are so-called snap hinge locks. The applicant, the pioneer in the field of multiple security Closures has already one in WO94 / 03371 Hinged lid plastic closure with guarantee element disclosed, where a guarantee element on the one hand indicates whether the Cap already opened in relation to the lower part of the closure has been and on the other hand also indicates if after the entire closure of the container in the original closed state has been removed. That solution does not work with a guarantee band, but with one in the cap surface provided, tearable seal, which is characterized by the extends into the upper cover surface of the lower part and by means of a locking lug with the fasteners on Container neck is positively and non-positively engaged. It has shown that this is an extremely elegant solution makes extremely high demands on production technology and assembly often leads to defects on the seal. As Another problem has been shown that the destruction of the Siegel is obviously less obvious to the public is like a conventional guarantee tape that has been torn away.

The majority of the guarantee straps for hinged hinges is arranged on the lower part of the closure and on the Corresponding projections are attached to the cap Form fit between cap and guarantee band and thus indirectly enable with the lower part. A one-piece plastic closure according to the preamble of claim 1 emerges from WO93 / 00271. Based on this known Prior art, it was the object of the present invention to change the known closure in such a way that without the addition of other elements only by means of the guarantee tape both secure the closure against unauthorized opening as well as against removal and subsequent reinstatement the closure as a flawless and inexpensive guarantee of integrity can be achieved.

This task is solved by a one-piece plastic closure Attachment to an appropriate container neck with the Features of claim 1.

While previous guarantee bands only ever one degree of movement have prevented a closure, namely either the possibility of swiveling movement from cap to base or on the other hand one in the axial direction of the bottle neck directional movement component to secure the closure For the first time, the guarantee band for the container is designed that it can have a dual function.

Der Behälterhals 5 ist die Mündungsöffnung des Behälters 50.In Figures 1 to 3 you can see a typical one-piece Plastic closure consisting of a lower part 1 and one, via a hinge 3 connected cap or Cover 2 exists. A guarantee tape 4 is attached to the lid. The entire closure is on a container neck 5 attached. The container neck 5 is the mouth opening of the container 50th

The lower part 1 consists of a cylindrical jacket wall 11, which is completed by a top surface 12. In the top surface 12 is a spout 13 in the shape of a Spout 14 available. At the bottom of the top surface 12 is an annular wall is arranged, which forms a sealing lip 15 and sealing when the closure is in place the inner surface of the container neck 5 rests. For fixing of the closure on the container neck are on the inner wall surface appropriate fasteners 54 are provided. These can be so-called retaining beads that are attached in a ring are protruding or pimpled on one elements arranged in a single circle. All of these fasteners are in various versions in the state of the art known. The example shown is a Thread 54.

About the hinge 3 with the lower part 1 articulated in one piece connected the cap or lid 2 is attached. Also the Cap has a cylindrical jacket wall 21, which also is completed by a top surface 23. On the inside surface a sealing pin 24 is attached to the top surface 23 into the pouring opening when the closure is closed 13 engages sealingly. In the mentioned, closed Condition of the closure are the jacket walls 11 and 21 of lower part 1 and cap 2 aligned vertically one above the other. An indentation is provided in the jacket wall 21, which serves as recessed grip 22. In the area of this The recessed grip 22 does not align the jacket wall 21 of the cover with the jacket wall 11 of the lower part. The hinge 3 serves to form the pivot axis 30 and consists of one or two film hinges 31, on the side adjacent clamping elements 32 are provided to achieve a snap effect serve.

On the cap 2, the guarantee tape 4 is over the predetermined breaking point 40 attached. The guarantee band 4 is concentric to the jacket wall 21 of the lid 2. Only in the grasp of Handle niche 22 is followed by the guarantee band of this indentation Not. The guarantee band 4 is essentially exactly about his Thickness offset to the outside with respect to the outer wall of the cap arranged. The connection, which is the so-called predetermined breaking point 40 can either be formed as a thin tear seam be or be formed by a plurality of webs. These webs 42 are shown symbolically in FIG. 1, although this is not actually visible on the drawing would be. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 7 to 9 the predetermined breaking point 40 is designated as a tear seam 41. the Hinge 3 diametrically opposite is the mentioned guarantee band 4 arranged. This extends over a maximum of approximately half the circumference of the lid. While the guarantee band in the middle is elevated, its height increases laterally symmetrically from. In the area of the recess formed by the recessed grip 22 is on the guarantee band 4 towards the center of the cover an additive 44 attached, here the shape of a Has tab 46. There is also a barb on the tab 46 45 molded. This barb 45 extends over the entire height of the tab 46. The tab 46 itself is exactly the same as high as the guarantee band at this point. In this embodiment however, the guarantee band 4 is less and less high than the height of the jacket wall 11 of the lower part 1. Correspondingly is the opening 17 in the lower part 1 from the top surface 12 downward never so long that the jacket wall 11 is severed.

When the closure is closed for the first time, the tab moves 46 on the guarantee band 4 during the pivoting movement of the cap 2 the hinge 3 in the opening 17 in the lower part 1. is the cap 2 is pressed fully onto the lower part, so grip nose-shaped projections 18 which on the Shell outer wall 11 of the lower part 1 are arranged in the already mentioned form-fit recesses 43 at the top of the guarantee band. The aforementioned nose-shaped projections 18 on the jacket wall 11 are approximately aligned with their arranged at the top. In this closed state, like Shown in Figure 2 is the closure to the bottler delivered. This fills appropriate containers and then screw the closed cap onto the neck of the container on. The container neck has one on its periphery intended recess as a positive locking means. This deepening can practically be designed so that the thread 54 at the container neck 5 interrupted with sharp edges at least on one side is and so as a positive locking means with the tab 44 on Guarantee band interacts. Such is shown in FIG Container neck shown. The thread on the neck 5 of the container 54 clearly recognizable. The thread is interrupted in area 55, making it a sharp edged shape on one side which forms the actual positive locking means 53. At point 56, however, the interrupted thread increases ramp up to the original height. This design allows the closure in the direction of rotation unscrew without locking the tab 44 with the form-locking means 53 cooperates while in the unscrewing direction the tab 44 on the sharp-edged break comes to lie and thus unscrewing impossible. This is shown in detail in FIGS. 4 to 6. In Figure 4 it can be seen that the tab 44 with her barb 45 over the thread slides away. Thanks to the opening in the lower part 17 this can be seen from the top view of the closure. The recess 43 in the guarantee band can also be clearly seen here 4, and the nose-shaped projection 18, which in this Form-fit recess 43 engages. Thanks to the coordinated Thread on the closure and on the neck of the container comes the tab 44 in the fully screwed state in the To lie in the area of the form-fit means 53 described, as shown in Figure 5. This also ensures that the guarantee element is not screwed over can be destroyed. If you want to unscrew the cap, as shown in Figure 6, so comes the tab 44 at the positive locking means 53 to the stop. simultaneously but the barb is still with the lower part in the Engagement so that a complete locking occurs. Only if you tear off the guarantee tape and thereby the webs 42 destroyed, the tab 44 can be removed from its guarantee position remove.

While in the solution just described, the inventive additional funds on the guarantee band the wall of the Bottom part of the closure interspersed, while in the guarantee position a form fit between the guarantee band and the lower part a form fit between the additional agent on the guarantee band and the neck of the container and the lower part of the closure he follows. The embodiment according to FIGS. 7 to 10 has same solution according to the invention, but this is with changed funds achieved. Of course, the general one Structure of the closure identical. This closure too consists of a lower part 1 and one piece connected to it via a hinge 3 cap 2. On the cap 2 is again over a predetermined breaking point, here as a tear seam 41 is formed, at least on the lower edge of the cap offset approximately to the outside by the thickness of the band thickness the guarantee tape arranged. The guarantee band 4 is opposite However, the solution described above is higher than the amount of Shell wall 11 of the lower part 1. Are directed inwards the lower edge of the guarantee band 4 several cams 44 as additional Molded on means. The form-fit recesses 43 along the top edge of the guarantee band are also still there. In the fully open position according to 7, these means can of course be seen rotated through 180 °, since in this state the bottom edge is of course of guarantee band 4 is located in the drawing. In the closed, partly drawn by dashed lines The position of the closure projects beyond the lower edge of the Guarantee tape 4, the jacket wall 11 of the lower part and mentioned cams 44 are able under the jacket wall 11 of the lower part to reach through. The container neck 5 has in Transition area to the container 50 a collar 51 on which Latching means 52 at least approximately along half the circumference are arranged. These sawtooth-shaped latching means 52 allow it, the already closed closure on the neck of the container 5 screw on the container 50. The ones already mentioned Cams as additives 44 can be directed inwards Slats should be designed in the screwing direction ratchet-like over the sawtooth-shaped latching means 52 can be moved away while in the screwing direction is impossible. Only by removing the guarantee tape 4, the cover 2 can also be open and on the other hand the entire closure from the neck of the container 5 unscrew or remove. Especially with this Solution can also be easily manufactured closures, which have a so-called expansion bead instead of a thread. In such a case, they then need as cams 44 designed additives no more than flexible slats to be designed but can be shaped relatively rigid be practically radially inward. This is however, an absolutely known equivalent solution for the person skilled in the art. In contrast to the previously mentioned version, this is Variant without problems even with relatively large closures finished. For smaller closures, the variant is according to Figures 1 to 6 rather preferred.

The general inventive principle is self-evident has also been retained with this solution. While previous Guarantee bands always only the form fit between the lower part and cap, thanks to the appropriate additives the connection on the guarantee band at the same time between the guarantee band and the container or container neck getting produced. Without additional parts or an additional assembly process is hereby Plastic closure offered, which is a real guarantee of integrity able to give. Not only is it ensured that the lock does not open before first use can still be that the closure goes unnoticed by the container is removable and consequently manipulated on the goods can be. This security practically without additional effort can be used with known closures with guarantee elements have not yet reached.
