Claims (13)
- Procédé de mise à disposition d'informations routières pour un ou plusieurs tronçons de route déterminés à un usager de la route,
caractérisé en ce qu'en présence d'un incident de circulation sur un tronçon de route concerné, il est généré à l'intention de l'usager de la route un paquet d'informations routières, chaque information contenue dans le paquet décrivant l'incident de circulation respectif à un autre moment à l'intérieur d'un laps de temps défini, et en ce que l'on choisit dans ce paquet l'information pertinente pour l'usager de la route, laquelle sera valable à un moment pertinent pour l'usager de la route. - Procédé de mise à disposition d'informations routières selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que c'est l'usager de la route lui-même qui choisit l'information pertinente. - Procédé de mise à disposition d'informations routières selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que c'est le terminal qui choisit l'information pertinente pour l'usager de la route. - Procédé de mise à disposition d'informations routières selon la revendication 1,

caractérisé en ce qu'il est associé aux paquets d'informations routières un paquet d'informations matricielles sur les temps de parcours, ce paquet indiquant les temps de parcours nécessaires pour traverser l'incident de circulation en question au moment indiqué par l'information routière par des itinéraires entre le point de départ et le premier incident signalé, entre deux incidents signalés ou entre le dernier incident signalé et la destination. - Procédé de mise à disposition d'informations routières selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que les informations de temps de parcours sont également disponibles sous forme de paquets, dont la structure correspond aux paquets d'informations routières, de sorte qu'il est possible de calculer les temps de voyage sur des itinéraires en faisant la somme des temps de parcours sur des tronçons libres et des temps de passage par des incidents. - Procédé de mise à disposition d'informations routières selon l'une des revendications précédentes,

caractérisé en ce que les informations routières se rapportant au futur sont fournies avec une valeur de probabilité pour le pronostic. - Dispositif de mise à disposition d'informations routières selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le paquet d'informations routières contient aussi des informations routières dont les moments de validité se situent dans le passé. - Procédé de mise à disposition d'informations routières selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que la sélection de l'information routière pertinente à partir du paquet d'informations routières s'effectue en calculant des distances à vol d'oiseau et des vitesses autorisées sur différents types de routes. - Procédé de mise à disposition d'informations routières selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que les informations routières contenues dans les paquets d'informations routières concernent l'ensemble d'un réseau routier d'une taille définie.
