Claims (12)
- Gitterstruktur (1) mit mehreren ersten, langgestreckten, rohrförmigen Elementen (2), die parallel und in einem beabstandeten Verhältnis in Bezug aufeinander angeordnet sind, mehreren zweiten, langgestreckten Elementen (3), die parallel und in einem beabstandeten Verhältnis zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei sich die ersten und zweiten Elemente (2, 3) kreuzen und im Feld des Gitters mittels mindestens eines Verbindungssystems (5) miteinander verbunden sind, das die ersten und zweiten langgestreckten Elemente (2, 3) umfasst, die an einem Kreuzungspunkt (4) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei das erste Element (2) ein Rohr umfasst und zwei ausgerichtete Aufnahmeöffnungen (6) bildet, durch die das zweite Element (3) hindurchgeführt ist, und
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Abschnitte des ersten Elements (2), welche die Begrenzungen der beiden Aufnahmeöffnungen (6) bilden, nach innen in das Rohr vorstehen, um zwei Schultern (7) zu bilden, die das zweite Element (3) umschließen. - Struktur (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Innenabmessung der oder jeder Schulter (7) im Hinblick auf eine Außenabmessung des zweiten Elements (3) dimensioniert ist, um einen Reibschluss für die beiden Elemente (2, 3) bereitzustellen.
- Struktur (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element (2) ausgebohrt wurde, um die Aufnahmeöffnung (6) zu bilden, wobei der Durchmesser (D2) der gebohrten Öffnung (11) kleiner ist als der Durchmesser (d2) des zweiten langgestreckten Elements (3).
- Struktur (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gebohrte Öffnung (11) gestanzt wurde, um die Begrenzung der Öffnung (11) so zu verformen, dass sie nach innen in das Rohr gefalzt ist, um die Schulter (7) zu bilden und den Durchmesser (D2) der Öffnung (11) auf denjenigen (D3) der Aufnahmeöffnung (6) zu vergrößern.
- Struktur (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenfläche des ersten Elements (2) mit mindestens einem Steg (9) versehen ist, dessen Scheitelpunkt nahe an der Außenfläche des zweiten Elements (3) an einer Stelle (P1) liegt oder diese berührt.
- Struktur (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten langgestreckten Elemente (2, 3) an einer Stelle oder mehreren Stellen (P1) im Bereich ihres Kreuzungspunkts (4) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Struktur (1) nach Anspruch 6, wenn von Anspruch 5 abhängig, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dort eine Verbindungsstelle (P1) gebildet ist, wo die Außenfläche des zweiten Elements (3) der Innenfläche des ersten Elements (2) am Scheitelpunkt des Stegs (9) gegenüberliegt.
- Struktur (1) nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten langgestreckten Elemente (2, 3) aus Metall bestehen und an der einen Stelle oder den mehreren Stellen (P1) durch Schweißen miteinander verbunden sind.
- Struktur (1) nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten langgestreckten Elemente (2, 3) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial bestehen und an der einen Stelle oder den mehreren Stellen (P1) durch Ultraschallschweißen, Induktionsschweißen oder Schmelzklebung verbunden sind.
- Struktur (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste langgestreckte Element (2) rohrförmig mit einem im Wesentlichen kreisrunden, elliptischen oder ovalen Querschnitt ist.
- Struktur (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite langgestreckte Element (3) rohrförmig mit einem im Wesentlichen kreisrunden oder ovalen Querschnitt ist.
- Struktur (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser (d2) des zweiten Elements (3) um 20 bis 30% kleiner ist als der Durchmesser (d1) des ersten Elements (2).
