Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Richten von Baustahldraht, wobei der Baustahldraht über eine Richtstrecke ausgerichtet wird, entlang der mindestens eine Rollenrichtvorrichtung und mindestens eine Rotorrichtvorrichtung zum Richten des Baustahldrahtes vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Rollenrichtvorrichtung (5) und/oder mindestens eine Rotorrichtvorrichtung (10) wahlweise in eine Arbeitsstellung und eine Ruhestellung bringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollenrichtvorrichtung (5) und die Rotorrichtvorrichtung (10) alternativ zum Einsatz kommen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Rollenrichtvorrichtung (5) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Rotorrichtvorrichtung (10) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen einer Rollenrichtvorrichtung (5) und einer Rotorrichtvorrichtung (10) Vorschubrollen (7) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die Richtvorrichtungen (5, 10) anschließend eine Schneidvorrichtung für den Baustahldraht (4) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die Richtvorrichtungen (5, 10) anschließend eine Biegevorrichtung für den Stahldraht angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass anschließend an die Richtvorrichtungen (5, 10) ein Drahtauslauf (13) für längere Stäbe vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drahtauslauf (13) mit einer Biegevorrichtung oder mehreren Biegevorrichtungen ausgestattet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollenrichtvorrichtung (5) mehrere achsparallele Rollen (6) umfasst, die beidseitig des Baustahldrahtes (4) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine mindestens Rotorrichtvorrichtung (10) mehrere Richtsteine (9) mit Richtdüsen (11) umfasst, wobei die Richtdüsen (11) in Bezug auf eine Achse, die dem gerichteten Baustahldraht (4) entspricht, wechselweise seitlich versetzt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollenabstände auf unterschiedliche Drahtdurchmesser einstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Versatz der Rotordüsen (11) zur theoretischen Achse des gerichteten Baustahldrahtes (4) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollen (6) mehrere Rillen zur gleichzeitigen Bearbeitung mehrerer Baustahldrähte (4) aufweisen.
