Claims (10)
- Dispositif de commande hydraulique pour l'activation d'un consommateur avec deux diaphragmes de mesure réglables (16, 18) disposés dans une arrivée de fluide sous pression et dans une évacuation de fluide sous pression, une balance de pression (20), laquelle est soumise en direction de la fermeture à une pression en amont du diaphragme de mesure d'arrivée et en direction de l'ouverture à une pression de signalisation plus faible et à la force d'un ressort, étant associée au moins au diaphragme de mesure d'arrivée (16), caractérisé en ce que la pression de signalisation est prélevée sur un canal de commande (24) qui relie entre elles des sections d'arrivée de fluide sous pression et d'évacuation de fluide sous pression qui se trouvent en amont des diaphragmes de mesure (16, 18).
- Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 1, une vanne de descente freinée (36) qui peut être déverrouillée par la pression régnant dans l'arrivée étant disposée dans l'écoulement.
- Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 1 ou 2, une buse fixe (22) et une buse réglable (28) étant disposées en série dans le canal de commande (24) et la pression de signalisation étant prélevée entre les buses (26, 28).
- Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 3, la buse réglable (28) pouvant être ajustée en fonction du réglage des diaphragmes de mesure (16, 18).
- Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 4, les diaphragmes de mesure (16, 18) étant formés par un élément de vitesse d'un distributeur LS à réglage proportionnel (6) et le canal de commande (24) avec les buses (26, 28) étant de préférence intégré dans un tiroir de distribution (38) du distributeur (6).
- Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 5, le tiroir de distribution (38) comprenant une rainure annulaire à peu près centrale (62), qui est disposée dans la zone d'un raccord de pression (P) du distributeur (6) et par le déplacement de laquelle il est possible de réaliser la commande d'ouverture d'une liaison vers une arrivée ou vers un retour du consommateur.
- Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 6, sachant que dans un collet de commande (66) qui est attribué au retour et qui vient à la suite de la rainure annulaire, est prévue une forure radiale de buse (94) dont la section d'écoulement de l'huile de commande peut être réduite lors de la commande de l'ouverture du diaphragme de mesure d'arrivée (16) et qui aboutit dans une forure axiale du tiroir de distribution (38), qui est reliée au moyen d'un orifice d'arrivée d'huile de commande (92) du tiroir de distribution (38) avec un compartiment sous pression (52) disposé en aval du diaphragme de mesure (16) et relié avec le raccord de pression (P) et qui conduit à un raccord LS pour le prélèvement de la pression de signalisation.
- Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 7, les orifices d'arrivée (92) étant configurés sur le collet de commande (66) entre les forures des buses (94) et la rainure annulaire (62).
- Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 7 ou 8, les forures de diffuseurs (94) comprenant respectivement une section radiale de forure, qui aboutit dans une section d'extrémité large d'une entaille (96) qui s'étend dans le sens axial et qui se rétrécit et s'aplatit en s'écartant de la rainure annulaire (62).
- Dispositif de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une pompe à cylindrée variable (4) qui peut être activée au moyen de la pression de signalisation.
