Claims (19)

  1. Agencement de soupape LUDV comprenant une balance de pression (6), dont le coulisseau de balance de pression (80) est sollicité dans la direction d'ouverture par une pression en aval d'un diaphragme de dosage et dans la direction de fermeture par une pression de commande correspondant de préférence à la pression de charge maximale de plusieurs consommateurs, une pression de charge en aval du diaphragme de dosage pouvant être communiquée par le biais de la balance de pression (6) dans une conduite LS (46), et comprenant un dispositif de maintien de charge qui peut être amené dans une position de fermeture dans laquelle un chemin d'écoulement de fluide sous pression du consommateur au diaphragme de dosage est bloqué, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau de balance de pression (80) est réalisé sous forme divisée avec une partie supérieure (82) et une partie inférieure (84), cette dernière étant guidée contre la partie supérieure (82), définissant avec une arête de commande de la bande de pression la section transversale d'étranglement de la balance de pression, et constituant un corps de fermeture (98) du dispositif de maintien de charge.
  2. Agencement de soupape selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le diamètre de guidage (d) entre la partie supérieure (82) et la partie inférieure (84) est inférieur au diamètre du siège de soupape (V).
  3. Agencement de soupape selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le diamètre de guidage extérieur (D) de la partie supérieure (82) est supérieur ou égal au diamètre du siège de soupape (V).
  4. Agencement de soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la partie inférieure (84) est réalisée avec un canal de connexion (102) qui débouche dans un espace limité par la partie supérieure (82) et par la partie inférieure (84).
  5. Agencement de soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la partie supérieure (82) a une arête de commande (109), par le biais de laquelle une connexion à la conduite LS (46) peut être commandée pour s'ouvrir.
  6. Agencement de soupape selon les revendications 4 et 5, dans lequel l'arête de commande (109) est formée par un alésage traversant (108) de la partie supérieure (82), dans lequel débouche un alésage axial (106) connecté hydrauliquement à l'espace (104).
  7. Agencement de soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un ressort (110) est disposé entre la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure (82, 84), lequel sollicite la partie inférieure (84) dans le sens de la fermeture.
  8. Agencement de soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la partie supérieure (82) est guidée dans une douille de soupape (72) ou dans une portion d'un boîtier (2).
  9. Agencement de soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un cône de soupape (98) est réalisé sur la partie inférieure (82) ou du côté du boîtier.
  10. Agencement de soupape selon la revendication 9, première variante, dans lequel la surface frontale annulaire (112) côté siège de soupape de la partie supérieure (82) est en retrait de telle sorte que la partie du cône de soupape (98) placée en aval du siège de soupape (98, 100) soit équilibrée en pression.
  11. Agencement de soupape selon la revendication 9 ou 10, dans lequel des entailles de commande de précision (114) sont réalisées dans la région du cône de soupape (98).

Agencement de soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une soupape de distribution à réglage continu (4), comprenant une partie de vitesse constituant le diaphragme de dosage et une partie de direction disposée en aval de la balance de pression (6), par le biais de laquelle un chemin d'écoulement de fluide sous pression depuis la balance de pression (6) jusqu'à un raccord de consommateur (A, B) et depuis un autre raccord de consommateur (B, A) à un réservoir peut être commandé pour s'ouvrir.
  15. Agencement de soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un dispositif d'amortissement (148) pour l'amortissement du déplacement du coulisseau de balance de pression (80 ; 82, 84).
  16. Agencement de soupape selon la revendication 15, dans lequel le dispositif d'amortissement est un alésage de buse (148) par le biais duquel un espace de retour (146) limité par une surface frontale arrière (86) de la partie supérieure (82) est connecté à la conduite LS (46).
  17. Agencement de soupape selon la revendication 16, dans lequel l'alésage de buse (148) est toujours ouvert vers l'espace arrière (146).
  18. Agencement de soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le cône de fermeture (98) est réalisé avec un siège coulissant.
  19. Bloc soupape comprenant plusieurs agencements de soupapes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
