Claims (11)
- Nockenwellenverstelleinrichtung für Brennkraftmaschinen von Kraftfahrzeugen, mit einem Einlaß- und/oder einem Auslaßnokkenwellenversteller, die mit einer Kurbelwelle antriebsverbunden sind, die über einen Endlostrieb die Nockenwellenversteller antreibt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Nockenwellenversteller (1, 2) über ein Zahnradgetriebe (10, 28, 31) miteinander in Eingriff sind. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Nockenwellenversteller (2) ein Antriebsrad (6) aufweist, das axial neben dem Zahnrad (10) liegt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsrad (6) und das Zahnrad (10) durch ein Distanzglied (9) voneinander getrennt sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zahnrad (10) einstückig mit einem Stator (11) des Nockenwellenverstellers (1, 2) ausgebildet ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Zahnräder (10, 28) der Nockenwellenversteller (1, 2) gleichen Durchmesser haben. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vorteilhaft als Kettenrad ausgebildete Antriebsrad (6) am Zahnrad (10) des Nockenwellenverstellers (1, 2) befestigt ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsrad (6) zur Radialausrichtung gegenüber dem Zahnrad (10) mit wenigstens einem Formschlußelement (15) versehen ist, das vorteilhaft durch einen radialen Vorsprung an der Innenseite des Antriebsrades (6) gebildet ist und mit wenigstens einem Gegenformschlußelement (14) des Nockenwellenverstellers (1, 2) zusammenwirkt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenformschlußelement (14) eine axiale Nut im Mantel (13) des Stators (11) des Nokkenwellenverstellers (1, 2) ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der das Antriebsrad (6) aufweisende Nockenwellenversteller (2) der Auslaß-Nockenwellenversteller ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nockenwellenversteller (1, 2) über ihre Zahnräder (10, 28) unmittelbar miteinander antriebsverbunden sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnräder (10, 28) der Nokkenwellenversteller (1, 2) in ein gemeinsames Zahnrad (31) eingreifen, das drehfest auf einer vorteilhaft über den Endlostrieb (4, 5, 32) mit der Kurbelwelle (3) antriebsverbundenen Zwischenwelle (30) sitzt.
